I waited for an oil change for over an hour. 3 technicians are working, but all 3 are doing one vehicle at a time. One is working, and the other two are standing around on their phones or just chatting. They also changed my air filter and charged me without asking if I needed it, it was just changed about 8k miles ago. If my company didn't use Take 5 for fleet services, I would never come again.

Worst place I have ever been. they over charge, I watched them assume the guys oil change next to us, did a whole bunch of work and when they told him the total he was like What did you do, His total was $189. something. I heard the whole conversation when the guy pulled in, stating I was a standard oil change and that is all, They gave him the most expensive one. They also tried that on me as well, I was like NOPE, I was what I asked for and nothing more. There was also a young lady trying to assist us, she had no clue what she was doing and all the young guys there were not even wanting to assist her. my husband got out to watch this happen and make sure they didn't mess up anything, They yelled at him to get back in the car. I mean.. WORST WORST place to go. Stay away!

This is my local Take 5 and I have been going there for years. I was greeted right away and directed to a bay , they young man was transparent about how many cars where ahead of me. The young men who work there have great energy and have fun at work. I received Great customer service once I was helped. I went in for oil change and inspection.

I did make an appointment and glad I did because it got pretty busy shortly after I arrived. Stayed in my car for an oil change and inspection. Even got to use a cple of coupons. The guys took good care of me and it took less than a half hour for everything. Very pleased and I'll be back! Thank you!

Very fast and friendly, let me know everything they were doing and what exactly I was paying for, I would ve put 5 stars however I used a 10 dollar coupon only to pay 2 dollars more then the actual oil change price! That was the only downfall. I have to get the full synthetic oil change which is pricey in itself so the fact that the coupon didn t help was a lil disheartening.

I booked an early morning appointment on a Sunday at 9am, got there at 8:50 and was willing to wait the 10 mins, but my Boy Jacob said nope pull on in and I'll have ya done in bout another 10. He was RIGHT!Everything was perfect except for my bill. It was more expensive than I accepted because I usually get mu oil changed complimentary at my home dealership. But TAKE 5 IS ALWAYS THE FASTEST!

I have to unfortunately remove my 5 star review here. I've been going to this location multiple times and they failed me this time. They put coolant in my break lines "topped off". I tried calling the office multiple times without success . I needed to call corporate to get someone on the line as I was stuck since my break lines failed. This is a safety issue and who ever worked on my car need to get their certification revoked. I spend till 8pm figuring out what they were going to do with my car because the manager did not want to speak with my. The representative did all he could but the situation was too extreme for a representative to handle. He needs to get paid more or promote. Today, it's already 9am and they still haven't told me if they picked up my car from where it's parked. They have not called me to neither apologize or to tell me how we are going to go about this after the wrecker comes to pick up my car. I am taking a long trip and I'm afraid they may have put the wrong oil in my car or "topped off" anything else. I was lucky that I was not on the highway because my breaks failed. The Death of a person could have been at your hands. I don't know if I could ever trust anyone here to take care of my car needs again even if they end up rectifying this issue. This was too much for me easily brush under the rug. Specially now, knowing my break system will have to be replaced as it will deteriorate with time due to the coolant/antifreeze in my break line. Very disappointing. I hope that someone higher calls me in an hour. I could not go to work due this and they've caused me to loose my pay for this day due the inconvenience.Service: Oil change

Great service at this Take 5 location! The young men who were working were polite, efficient and patient. Francis made sure to answer all of my questions and was very accommodating. This is my go-to oil change station from here on out!

Last month I gave them 5 stars, I had been coming to this place for 3 months, today I had more than 1 hour of waiting just to change the Oil, and I wonder, take 5 what? The truth is disappointed, I won't return.

The guys at Take 5 in Bedford took excellent care of me. I went in for an oil change and the tech offered to change my air filters for an additional charge. Replacing the filters was something that I had been putting off, and I was able to save some time and energy by getting it done at the shop. The whole experience was very quick and I definitely recommend checking this spot out.

Keyshawn & Trelonnie were phenomenal. I saw them service several cars, including my own, with precision and care.Plus they upsold a few products by educating people on the benefits XYZ could bring.Haven t even left the parking lot so I can t be sure if everything is good good be I m confident in the guys. I wanted to leave a review because they were so awesome.Young guys working hard and doing a great job!The service was really the best I ve received in a long time. I congratulated them in person and other patrons agreed too!

After being pulled in, they started the evacuation and left to work on other cars. I sat for an hour while one technician tried to go back and forth and work on 4 cars at one time. There was one helper that seemed to know absolutely nothing about cars. I watched them drip oil and coolant all over the engine and front of my car. Once they finally finished they wiped the front bumper with a dirty rag and smeared it all over. They also put air in two of my tires, but not the other side. The whole process took over an hour once I was in the bay, and a full service oil change doesn t even include an oil filter, that s an extra charge.Altogether unprofessional and not worth the premium price.

Upon arriving, I followed instructions to pull into a bay and waited for someone. After half an hour, they offered a $10 discount, but I preferred using my coupon. Despite some upselling attempts, I stuck to regular oil. There was confusion about the discount, and the staff insisted on discussing my driving habits. Tires took extra time, and my final discount was less than promised. The manager joked about the delay, and the process seemed disorganized, unlike previous experiences at Take 5.

This is not the normal location I go to and I won t come back to this one either. No sense of urgency or motivation at this location. The staff is not near as friendly and courteous either. Disappointed in the time it took and the lack of professionalism. The tech didn t show me the dipstick either like they do at the other location to show my oil is full. I had to ask to see it. I try to only write positive reviews but the service was less than stellar.

I was approached as soon as I drove up. I have a fairly new car. I thought I needed an oil change but the nice gentleman offered to check my oil to see. I didn t need an oil change. Didn t do unnecessary work just to charge me like some companies would. I had an inspection and the fellow doing it kept us in the right order. I thought I would be there for 30 minutes or so. I wasn t. I was surprised and thankful. Nice guys at this location. On Central and Harwood in Bedford, Texas.

The employees at the Central Drive, Bedford location are fantastic! They explain everything they are doing & answer all of your questions!They R the best!!!Even the manager worked on it. Scraped some bird crap off my windshield with a razor blade. That is above & beyond!!!!!

Took over a hour and didn t get any information of any kind other than pop you Hood and pull in this other bay it s over $100 for a basic oil change. Just wish someone could have said hey we have a long wait or sorry you sat inside here and watched us for over a hour. Pretty sure it was 1:20 minutes.

The interactions with the employees are positive and good. They seemed to have come with good intentions when working on my vehicle. But I had my oil pan replaced because the drain plug threads were stripped. So I needed my first oil change after getting the new oil pan on and during that time of getting the new pan and needing the oil change I had no leaks at all. I came to Take 5 Oil change and thought things went well at reasonable price. But after I got home and let the car sit for hours I checked under the oil pan and it was leaking from the drain plug. I cleaned it off and checked again hours later and it was still leaking and the next day the leak was continuing. This tells me they used an impact drill or some kind of battery powered tool to put the drain plug back in instead of hand tightening with ratchets, wrenches and sockets. Quality over speed is what these chain auto stores need to focus and work on. Kwik Car Lube on Harwood is another store that stripped my drain plug threads the second time I replaced my oil pan. I recommend steering clear of this place for oil changes, the employees obviously only care about getting the job done as quickly as possible through laziest means possible that in turn causes problems to your car causing you to spend more money than just on simple oil change. You re better off going to Speedee on Central or Brakes Plus on Harwood or Costa Oil on Harwood. Those places actually care and whenever I ve gotten oil changes from those places I have no leaks unlike when I go to Take 5 or Kwik Car Lube. Just because you work at a chain store doesn t mean you shouldn t try to do quality work even it takes time to become efficient at it. Moral of story these people don t care about the quality of work but they are focused on getting your money and maybe nefariously trying to cause issues to vehicle so you have to come back for repairs. STEER CLEAR OF HERE

As always, the oil change is fast and efficient. What i do not like is the ridiculous effort to up-sell unnecessary things. I'm a car guy; stop assuming i do not know you're lying to new when you term me my air filter needs replacement! And i can get fuel injector cleaner for half the price you "suggest" it for me evenn if it too is unnecessary. Keep it limited to oil change and stop assuming people are stupid when it comes to filter maintenance.

I've never been before and most likely will never come again. But since I was in my daughter's car I decided to goand that's where she last took it. It was Xmas eve, but that's still not an excuse give poor customer service.The guys that were there seemed really bothered to be at work, and it showed. Their conversation was not business related nor appropriate in front of a paying customer. Another customer drove up and you could immediately hear the dread and disgust in their tone towards his arrival. No customer service skills what so ever.

Take 5 is texting me begging for a Google review even though I didn t receive a service yesterday so here it is. Waited in line for 40 mins and when it was my turn for an oil change and state inspection I was told the inspector wouldn t be there for another hour and I could pay for my inspection and come back which of course I wasn t going to do so I left. Would ve been nice to have been greeted upon arriving so they could ve told me there was no inspector so I didn t have to waste almost an entire hour of my day

My friend brought her car in today during our lunch break & lost brakes after she left the Bedford location. Take5 replaced the brake fluid with something else & now the manager doesn t want to talk to her.

The staff at the Take 5 Oil Change in Bedford is great. From the time you drive in the bay, they offer you water and are very courteous in letting you know what to expect, as far as time goes. They are a friendly, fun bunch of guys who know their jobs well and who seem to enjoy their jobs. I ve been there for an oil change and also for my inspection and I was pleased both times. They get an A+ in customer service in my opinion!

I went in for an inspection and was greeted immediately by a technician with a bottle of water (greatly appreciated). He let me know it would be about 5 minutes but i doubt I wait that long. Great service.

Go to this location for my oil change every single time ! Always so friendly and helpful ! Keyshawn ( I believe was his name) and another young guy were very helpful and very very nice. Great customer service !!

I was told 15 minute wait for an inspection. I spent the next 45 minutes watching the car in front of me trying to repair itself to pass, in the booth, with multiple cars waiting for the 10 minute procedure. When I finally got my turn, they insisted I give them my phone number to check out, apparently so they could spam me asking for a review. Careful what you wish for.
