The guys were all nice and the work completed reasonably quickly. What infuriates me however is when shops advertise a price then tack on hidden shop and waste fees. If they are necessary then they should be part of the oil change price. Don t advertise and tell it me it costs $86 and then charge me 10% more, just tell me the truth.Additionally their guys need a bit more training. The fluid change wasn t very neat. Quite a few drops of various fluids on the car but the bigger problem is they topped off the three front fluids way over max. I know the fluids were already at proper level there was no reason to fill them more. There s a reason there are Max Fill lines on the reservoirs. I appreciate them trying but this will cause a mess later.It s too bad, they were all nice guys.

Do not utilize this location for your auto services. I went last friday for an oil change and inspection. As soon as I left, my vehicle made the loudest noice like i had hit something. Very scary. I was able to immediately and safely pull over to access what has happened. I looked under the car and the plastic protector had not been properly attached from the technician. I was able to get under and remove it and immediately drove straight back to the service center. I spoke with Sean the Manager and explained that this should not have happened. I was very upset. He apologized and agreed to put the plastic cover back on. After, 30 minutes, he returned telling me that he now had to reattach it with zip ties. Unacceptable. He did offer to give me a $10 off coupon for my next visit. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused and said that i must write a review. Here it is. I would not recommend that you utilize this location for any services. Mistakes happen. however, this was unacceptable in making it right.

Great first time experience here as I got my car inspected. While some of the personnel was friendlier than others all were helpful and immediately came to assist me.I appreciated that the restroom was in good order and clean and I was surprised and thankful for a variety of cold beverages for free while we waited.They also had magazines and children's books which was fantastic since I was running errands with my kids!Well done y'all! I will return and recommend based on this experience.

My wife and I were traveling home for the holidays and experienced a problem with a tire. They stopped what they were doing and quickly worked to solve our problem. Customer service was above and beyond better than anywhere I have been in years. They took care of us as if we were the most important people of the day. Thank u all so much for your courteous and friendly care!!

I stopped by today to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be about 2 hours to get the tires rotated due to another vehicle being in the bay getting a brake job - Ok, not a big deal as I will just go down the road to get that done at one of the 500 tire shops in the area for $20.What shocked me was I asked how much for a diesel oil change and the guy tells me that it's around $100 for up to 5 quarts + filter - Well my truck holds 13 quarts so I asked how much extra and he says "well it will be $300 something but I can write up an estimate for you to get an exact figure."My jaw dropped - $300+ for an OIL CHANGE? Are you KIDDING ME!?!? I know diesels are more expensive and yes it holds a lot of oil, however, the dealership does oil changes for $179.95 including all 13 quarts, filter and will even rotate the tires for you included - This is even a MOBILE SERVICE that comes to your home and gets it done in your driveway. I just figured since I was out and about and had time I would go ahead and get it done so I didn't have to schedule an appointment with the dealer for mobile service. Well I figured wrong. I got home and called the dealer for mobile service on Monday and yep, still $179.95, not $300 something as quoted by SpeeDee.Check your prices, people! Don't just pay the first place you stop in at or you might be paying double for your service!Needless to say, that will be my last experience at this place.

I have been here three times now and I love their professionalism and friendliness. Larry is someone I talk to the most and really think is a good guy. He'll tell me what is needed or recommended, but doesn't push me to get it done there. They offer their customers free car scents and free drinks i.e. water, coke, sprite and have a nice waiting area. Of course, as their name indicates, they are speedy with good service. I don't leave many reviews, but had to with these folks, here in Bedford, because they rock!

I went by this morning to get a routine inspection done, I've never been here before. I was greeted right as I drove up which was nice, sometimes at other places I've had to hunt someone down. The waiting area was nice and clean. I'm pretty sure they also offered free sodas on the way in although I didn't look closer as I carried my own soda in. There was also a TV inside showing the inside of the shop, you could watch your car being worked on which was pretty cool. The inspection was done quickly and there were no issues at all paying and getting back out the door! Definitely a smooth process all around.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Do not recommend!!! This place did not do an oil change at all! Placed oil in another place in my vehicle messed up the vehicle and then went to a mechanic to find out they never did the actual oil change! Went back to try to get clarification they were rude and problematic! Spoke with the unprofessional owner! And he was just as rude and ghetto as the workers!! This is not their first complaint! I will be filing a law suit. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I literally stopped in to service my car, before going on a 600 mile trip, to check fluids, hoses, tires, etc. When I drove in, rolled the window down and asked if they did that type of service and cost. The guy was very friendly and said Yes, we do that service, would take 10 to 15 minutes and would be free! :D Wow!!10 minutes later, he serviced my car, that everything is good and enjoy the trip. I tipped him $10 and left for College Station the next day.SpeeDee Oil Change helped me with peace of mind on the trip.The trip was Wonderful!Thank You, SpeeDee Oil Change!!

My first time getting my oil change here and right away I was greeted by Alex as soon as I pulled up he communicated what kind of oil is recommended for my vehicle. My husband and I have been coming here since we've moved to Bedford in 2019, and they've always been great. Wonderful customer service and very helpful. They'll definitely give you a real run-down of your vehicle if it needs extra care without just trying to slap on charges for extra profit.

This place has gone severely down hill. Staff, especially Rachelle Linnville, are rude, unprofessional and dishonest. She and Larry Wood misdiagnosed the issue with our car which was confirmed by a second opinion specializing in this issue (transmission), and after working on our car and telling us we were "good to go" since they checked everything, we have broken down twice within 48 hours of leaving their shop, seeing issues we didn't even have before, making us question either neglect to truly inspect everything as they claimed, or that they caused the subsequent issues like a snip in the radiator hose. Rachelle then lied claiming we were outside to watch her do some of the work on the car, when in reality, we were sitting in the lobby the entire time.It's a family run business, but not all the members seem to want to be there nor care about their customers or the service they should be providing. Two of the owners sons left to go work for Christian Brothers instead of SpeeDee. I ve called to try to speak to Matthew Kirby, the owner, but he won t call me back. Horrible service! I would advise no one go there!

As long as I m living in Bedford, I will continue to use this business. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly. Unlike other places I ve been to they didn t try to up-charge me, there was open communication with what they were doing. This was my second visit here and the second time I felt like I wasn t a money pit. 10/10 recommend!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

These guys are knowledgeable and do great work. They fixed an issue that Westway Ford of Irving caused having to do with my brakes. They immediately identified the issue after taking off the tire in less then 2 minutes. If you want your repairs done right the FIRST TIME, check these gentlemen out. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Only had been here once before, but car was have issues and took back here to see what was wrong and was not disappointed. Larry was able to get the issues diagnosed, gave me ways to help keep the engine nice and healthy, and didn't try to over sell me random things, which is always a pleasant thing. be going back here for my future issues. Thanks Larry!!!!

I see ppl had good experiences at this place but i have a different story, my friend stopped in and the mechanic they had working on her car didn t tighten the positive cable on the alternator so the car broke down in the middle of the street and she got into an accident (same day) when she went back to the company about what happened she was sent away, saying that it wasn t their fault, no accountability. Be careful where you get the work done to your car because this could be you.

Fast and efficient! I gave them a call, walked in 10 minutes later and they were able to to take care of all my car needs. Great customer service from start to finish! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Showed up at 4:20pm, asked for an OC and State Inspection. Shop had 1 vehicle in the OC bay. No other cars waiting. Technician told us we had to wait for the owners trailer to be unloaded before receiving service. Technician again told us the owners trailer had to be unloaded no matter what. Decided to leave after a few minutes.We have been coming here regularly for years and was very unhappy to be pushed aside especially since the wait was so short.

These guys are the best they are always kind and professional, I got my oil changed and needed to change out my driver door handle. I was originally quoted 50 dollars to change the door handle but they let me help change it out and didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend Speedee to everyone

Speedee has been my go-to shop since moving to Bedford. When my battery died in an emergency, I knew to call them and they told me to come right away. Above and beyond customer service when I arrive, they were waiting and ready to help. Chris stayed late to get my battery and alternator replaced to get me back on the road ASAP. 5/5 experience every time!Service: General repairs & maintenance
