Honest review* I was given the wrong battery at a different Oreillys location and was told they could not replace my battery because it was too difficult, which I understand if its company policy,but this location here and the two gentlemen I believe there names were (Denny/Danny and John) went above and beyond to resolve my issue and replaced my battery! They were there in the evening shift, but I hope the manager sees this review because they truly were of great help, and Denny/Danny was just awesome, sincerely thank you !

The staff at this location has really gone down hill since the management change. It s very unfortunate because I used to always shop here but I ll be going to another location going forward. I thought maybe it was just the morning staff that was cranky but the even staff was just as bad. They truly did not want to be there and asking them a question was an inconvenience. I hope corporate monitors these reviews to send in secret shoppers to see how customers are treated

Enter store to get a light bulb for my blinker. Upon entering the store Hugoberto was outside of the store we walk in together. I get the blinker I ask could he assist me he LIED and said he was the only one in the store. I got to my car to put in the blinker was given the wrong one. Went back in to be greeted by Christopher which I believe is a MANAGER. I let him know that the employee told me he was the only one here and just was like ok. So he assisted Hugoberto find the right bulb to only be giving the same wrong bulb. At this point I just ask for my money back. I will not due business here again.

I had a very nice and knowledgeable young lady named Anna help me out at the Bedford TX store on Central Monday. She was very pleasant and professional and she definitely made me feel as if I would be happy to return to her store in the future. I also talked to a young named Nathan a few days prior and he was also very pleasant and helpful.

They won't answer phone, rings about 5 times then disconnects. It's isn't 7pm yet, they are open til 10 pm..

I gave them 5 stars because they went above and beyond of the service the offer. My daughter went there to get oil for her car these guys I can not mention all there bakes but they know who they are they got the oil for my daughter and poured the oil in for here checked it and also checked the water as well. They were friendly and know how to take care of their customer needs

I went to look for a hydraulic hose and the person who was attending did not know if they did the service. he searched the computer, left me waiting for 30 minutes and I asked him again if they did it and he told me he didn't know. Bad service they have to train their employees. 5/29/23. 10am.

I just want to say, I really appreciate the help I had from Alejandro today. I don t know anything about what oil my car needs and I m glad he was able to help me find the one I needed. I appreciate him also helping with my headlight. All the workers there were nice and friendly

I had no idea that O'Reilly's will not allow you use the tools to check your check engine light in the rain. No worries though AutoZone helped me out and got the sale for the products I needed. Good luck picking an chosing when you want to help customers with your services that are largely displayed on your front window. You all should put in fine print Check Engine light when we choose.

I want to preface this review by saying that prior to this visit, I didn t care for O Reilly s. Truthfully. Last time I went there for help, the person who helped me didn t seem to care for my existence, and seemed to know little to nothing about motor vehicles.Tonight, that all changed. My car suddenly came upon some battery troubles, and having had my car jumped twice in the same day to get where I needed to go - I had had enough. I made the split second decision to head towards O Reilly s; the closest car shop I knew that could maybe help me. I didn't relish the idea, but I had no other options. As I pulled in, my battery suddenly gave out just as I was about to enter their parking lot. I couldn t believe it. I exited my vehicle and went inside. I was warmly greeted by Gabriel and Jason, who assured me that they could replace my battery. All I had to do was get into the parking lot.Gabriel and Jason personally came out and helped push my vehicle far enough into the parking lot to get out of harm s way. Afterwards, we went inside and Gabriel began testing my vehicle to see if it was a battery issue or an alternator issue. Long story short, we determined it was an alternator issue, and Gabriel was able to sell me a refurbished alternator at a cheaper rate than it would have been brand new.While I was not able to fix the problem immediately, Gabriel was able to find a solution for me and sold me the part I needed. He jumped my car and I was just barely able to make it home. Gabriel and Jason saved my hide tonight and I have turned from a non-believer into a lifelong customer. Give those two a raise or whatever you have to do. They truly went above and beyond for their customer, and I ll never forget that.- Andrew

We really enjoy coming here for our Auto parts and needs. When cars are outside, usually an employee is out there helping to install something just bought or fill oil. They are very helpful and work quickly to help you find what you need. Store is always clean and stocked. If they don't have it, they will either order it or tell where you can get it.I like that.

Overall Great experience. I was having issues with my wipers and with my battery and got great service from Alejandro! Would 100% recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out no time wasted

Walked in at 9:07am Sunday. Great service to look up windshield wiper blades for me. While at check out he said he would go put them on for me. Never had to ask. He was done by the time I paid. Only a few bucks more for the same blades on Amazon and I was out by 9:15am. I ll be back!!

It was not getting much traffic. BIG MISTAKE. The staff was ready 2 help, the guys were familiar with old customers and creating relationships by troubleshooting issues. The manager at 6p was so kind 2 a little lady and several others while I fixed my truck. Sorry now that I didn't take a pic.

These two guys helped me get O-rings I really needed right at closing after the other O'Reilly in Colleyville closed early and said they couldn't even let me in at 8:50 ten minutes before closing because they had already started counting the cash. I really appreciated the helpful guys at the O'Reilly in Bedford. Give those guys my sincere thanks!

Very helpful people behind the counter. I was looking for wipers and the employee behind the desk told me about the wipers he uses on his personal vehicle. They are a little expensive form what i normally but they have worked great thought all seasons and i will definitely buy them again.

Max was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help us figure out what was wrong with our Honda, and wanted to make sure we weren t spending money on unnecessary repairs. Definitely coming back!

I had to swap the motor out in my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 recently and limped it in to the store to get somethings straightened out . The truck immediately broke down and would not start again and I was stuck four days trying to get everything fixed and running again . Truck needed sensors , parts , timing , hardware , fluids , fuel pump and I even had to go the junkyard for a new steering column before it would start and run again . Crystal., Shawn , Eric , Ken and Jorge were all top notch and did everything they could to help me out ! I can not evee say enough about this great group and crew of people they were each very experienced and knowledgable . They took the time to help diagnose and figure out the hard stuff that a computer or scanner will not tell you ! I even rebuilt a starter that has no actual rebuild kit available and with Kens help we did so and even bench tested it and it passed ! No words for how grateful I am to this crew and location and if I ever have the need for parts or advice this is my first and only stop !

Great place to find what you need. Daughter needed a tool to remove vehicle sticker and the had just what what we were looking for. Perfect size to keep in car glove compartment. Under $2.00

The part was a little bit higher price than I had anticipated however it came with the lifetime warranty. Quick credit back for core exchange.
