Don t do business here. Picked up a delivery through a third party source, got yelled at and told I ll be reported to my INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. Yelling at INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS do not make us do the job simple. We do NOT work for you we do not have to take the items, and the person claiming to be the manager claims they can t give out their name when he just said I WORK FOR HIM . Well I just needed to know who I supposed to work for this older gentleman is very rude and will continue to make this store loose business if he conducts business this way in the future. Because you are mad you should be able to control your tongue at work or place of business especially when no one did anything to you to make you snap other than not moving fast enough for YOUR liking

Customer service here is completely lacking. I was sent here to have a repair on my lawnmower due to a warranty issue. That was 6 months ago. I was treated rudely and disrepectfully by the service department when I called to get information and have been unable to get any information about when my lawnmower will be ready to use. If you have an option for repairs on your equipment, choose a different option. Northern Tool is not the way to go.

A place where things you can't find anywhere else (and didn't know you needed until you see them) kind of place. A smaller place still with well known brands and store brand items. Along with a smaller chain store comes greeting as you enter, help to find what you're looking for and able to shop and purchase online.

Thank you Scott for helping us with our power washer and compactor. Got us back up and running. Best service by far...went beyond and above...thanks again...we will be bringing the rest of our tools...

nfortunately the north Star soft wash machine I purchased from you guys doesn t work. First the original pump didn t work and the replacement pump worked with one batch and on the second batch it stopped working. Now I have a full 13 gallon batch mix wasted and stuck in your North Star tank. I don t have a separate container to put it in. And it s a diluted mix which useless now. And after both pumps failed you said you would overnight a third pump but that was a lie. Tracking says 6 day delivery! You guys are a joke! Please refund me. Thank you!

Northern has a good selection of items that are hard to find elsewhere. Their prices are reasonable, so you should always check their website because sometimes it's different than what you find in the store and they will match it.

Employees are nice and helpful! Customer oriented. Once you get passed the store level, I m not impressed. First thing we ordered came with a third party delivery. Item weighs 610 pounds empty and it was fully crated and I unassembled for two senior citizens to try to deal with. We had to pay someone to help us. Second thing we ordered didn t come when promised. Didn t come again when promised. Finally came after 3 weeks in the wrong color. Like I said, store is great but if you order something things become difficult. We ve spent nearly 5k with 3 purchases recently. One purchase was in-store so no problem.

I went to look for a gasket an another item couldn't find either. I also noted no floor associates. As I was walking out three where standing discussing Mexico while one employee was alone in another isle working alone an making sure the store looked great. Sad we pay for employees to hang out.

Store looked horrible and unorganized, trash in the parking lot. This dude Mike was very rude and unprofessional, which took me by surprise because he is in a higher position but you could tell he was just full of his own ego. The shop mechanic was disgusting with his attitude as well.

Called to simply ask if they repaired nail guns. I was put on hold three times. A lady finally came on and put me on hold again to try to find the answer to my question. When she took me off hold, she didn t realize that I was still on hold and I reminded her of my question. There was a long pause before she gave me an attitude and put me on hold yet once again. It was a total of 20 minutes. I just hung up and this company will not get my business with their poor customer service.

Deceptive advertising as I was sent an Email with an offer that read good in store or online. The store would not honor their offer in store and instructed me to order online and (return) to pick-up in store. This is a "nutty" process and I consider it customer abuse.

Products and prices are great. You got a one-star due to your young blonde cashier who doesn't realize how loud her voice is when she talks s*** about customers. She needs an attitude check. Hopefully she learns one day.

I had a very good Experience, Angelica assisted me very nice and professional. Her and another associate helped me choose the right tool. I value this type of treatment, also the cashier was very nice. Overall great experience!

When you enter the store all the employees stare at you like they are all working security. No one offers help. After looking 30 mins for 1/2 drive 21mm deep socket and wheel stud installer I had to ask for help. I don't know why the store looks so unorganized now. There used to be some really helpful people working here. Where are they now??

Day shift did not follow through with their promise to have my online order item ready when I arrived later that day.They left it to the night shift to deal with which forced them to scramble to unload it and forced me to wait while they did the work that should have already been done.

I find it hard to leave this place without finding something extra than intended and up on the register. Main reason for visit included locating heli-coil or similar product: no go. Have another project involving motorizing a mountain bike and found the build-it-yourself go-kart isle is gone unfortunately. However the Stihl chainsaw 170 would make a wonderful powerplant!!! Any thoughts? Pluses short list includes built in clutch, reliable, 30.1cc turned 1.7bhp, both sides feature LOUD, a few minuses to consider are lower fuel economy compared to a four stroke, vibration, and 2 cycle oil.

Terrible experience, its costumer service mark your work as a company I was using my right to use a warranty on a product that you guys offer and i bought. i was being acused to exchange warranty on products, be clear and tell the costumers the true dont cover any warranty if is more than 30 days, be clear.

I visited the Bedford Northern Tool recently and was very impressed from the time I entered the building. The store was very clean and well stocked and perfectly arranged. I was just going to run in to find a power washer but wasn't sure what I exactly needed. As soon as I entered the store one of the salesmen came right up, introduced himself and asked how he could help me. His name was David and he stayed with me and explained the power washers he thought I might be interested in. His help was greatly appreciated because when I got home and got started it was everything he said it would be. I was going to go for a less expensive one but happy I didn't because I definitely needed the power of this one. I highly recommend this store and definitely ask for David if he is there. He is a great asset to this store.

Rude manager was very snappy at me and terrible service. Wouldn t take care of a two week old tool that broke. Then she accused me of buying it somewhere else. I told her my number again and she realized she entered the wrong phone number (that I told her twice) she got embarrassed and started accusing me of running it over and refused to warranty it or return it. She started raising her voice being very rude so I took my broken tool and left.

It's my first time to order from Northern Tool. I always assumed their prices were too high to bother. That is not the case. I just bought the exact tool I need for less than I would have paid at the junk stores. I'm a new "regular" customer!!

The store location was convenient for me for an online order pickup. The cashier was not very friendly.I went to the outside loading area to pickup my order. One of the items had, in my opinion, had enough damage to the box I asked for a different item with an undamaged box. I was told to return the item if I found damage when I opened the box. I finally demanded the item with an undamaged box. I left with an item in an undamaged box. I was satisfied.I guess the employees were having a bad day. This is typically not what I have experienced at this store.

My first experience at Northern Tool was today during the winter storm here in north Texas to buy a generator. The way the store manager handled the 100+ people in line for hours was amazing. This store manager along with his team is top notch. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air. I can t comment on quality of generator but as far as quality of people, it doesn t get any better. Texas at its finest here

Setup my order online and called the store before placing it to ensure they had the products. Places the order and immediately received confirmation and then a short time later another email saying it was ready for pickup. Simple easy and accurate.

Customer service was off the charts and incomparable to similar stores! I visited the Bedford store in search of a pressure washer I wanted to buy for my husband. I had no clue on what I was needing or looking for. An employee named David greeted me shortly after entering the store and led me to where the pressure washers were. He asked what I thought my husband's applications for the unit might be and thoroughly explained the differences in features and prices. After making a decision on one, he explained what accessories would be needed and also offered an extended warranty which I thought was a good idea for the long term. He made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and painless. I will always return to this store for my future needs and I'll be asking for David when I do.
