I am sharing real bad experience with Nissan dealer ship , Bedford.Couple of days before I took my car to the dealer ship for airbags recall. But I got my car back with damage to my car. I m attaching the pics. When I went back to them to get it fixed ,they denied to fix it. ( I had the proof that car was not broken before, I have before and after pics).I also called to the corporate office they also not addressed my request by saying that the deal or shop is independent they only can notify the GM of the dealership.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, very disappointed in the lack of service or response I have NOT received from the service manager or service department. I have been waiting to hear back from someone for 2 weeks now and not a word from them. Let me give a little breakdown.....in Feb I took my Pathfinder in for routine oil change/maintenance, at the end of my service I was advised that there was a small oil leak that needed to be diagnosed. I then took my vehicle to my spouse's mechanic to get diagnosed and it was determined the oil dip stick was not completely inserted hence causing oil leak. This oil leak got into the alternator which caused it to burned out, left me stranded requiring me to have it towed and without a vehicle. All this because Grubbs Nissan mechanic didn't insert the oil dip stick properly and not to mention has caused me hundreds of dollars that I will not be responsible for. Grubbs do better and take care of your customers vehicles/services!!

Incredible Service!!!If could change my rating to 10 stars I would.2nd VisitKnocking underneath my car.� Service advisor Sal jumped right in and was so willing to help solve my issue that he offered to bring out the service tech (Phillip) to actually talk to me before performing any work. An out of town dealer upsold me for 250 on other work and told me it would cost another 550 dollars to actually fix the problem, speculatively the axle. I waited to bring the car back to Grubbs and Phillip found it was just a loose cover underneath...wow!It is my sincere observation, these two (an the others) really take pride in what they do and truly care about providing quality service and genuine help to their customers. In the end I got my usual complementary wash inside/out AND an engine clean (pic). I can't say enough about this place and encourage anyone to try them before other dealerships in the area!1st VisitTried a new dealership for regular car service and maintenance and was extremely well pleased with the quality of service and the staff. They provided a Lyft shuttle service to my home and another back to the service center which was s major surprise and will absolutely make it easier for me to do business here. I asked if their service was under warranty and i was told to bring it back if anything was wrong with any service they performed. While many places give you a very basic free car wash that looks more like they sprayed water with a hose, these guys did a very nice job. Great job!

The service department did a great job servicing my car. Was helped in a timely matter. Did not have to wait long for my car to finish compared to most dealerships. Communication was great.

I have two cars that have full warranty package. I set up a 445pm appointment for my daughters car to have one tire replaced under warranty. First a rep had us call the service dept to make sure they had the tire in stock!? Then when my daughter showed up today for her appointment she was told the tire change (one tire) service would take too long and processing the warranty was too time consuming and she could "try again on Monday". Worst Service Ever!!

This is the best Nissan Service Center in all of DFW. I have a Nissan Ariya, and before that had a Nissan LEAF. Jeff and the service center staff are very friendly, professional, and they are knowledgeable about the cars they service.

First let me state I made an appointment first thing in the morning, 8a.m. to get my breaks changed. I arrived a few minutes late from traffic and whether. The price was stated at about $250, I was not informed this was per axle before the appointment. So I continued to try to get one axle done. They informed me one set of breaks was worse than the other, after waiting 45 minutes from the time my "appointment" was supposed to take place. They then doubled back and let me know they could not just change one without the other after AN HOUR. this was an extreme waste of time. I should have been notified that the service I made an appointment for would not be able to be fulfilled in a timely manner. I will 100% not be returning or telling anyone to go to this service center.

They don't provide donuts,Frappuccino hot drink and mocha hot drink here..Other Nissan Service area do..No space chair for me to able sit and relax and had to stand long..Look at picture not enough chair..I don't think I will come back here again.

I dropped off my Sentra at 9 AM Thursday 10/12 for two recalls and was told it would be done by 3:00 and I would be texted with updates. I was sent home in a Lyft. As 3:00 approached I didn t hear anything so I called and after being hung up on, sent to a voicemail, and calling back I was told that the service manager would check on my car and call me back with news. I was not called back so I called again and was told my car hadn t even been looked at in the five hours it had been there. I told them I had work so to just not do anything and I need to come pick it up. After waiting another 20 minutes for a Lyft to be scheduled I arrived and was told that the work had in fact been done. I am not sure why I was put through all this stress just to be told two different stories about my car. There was no communication and when there was I m not sure what was truth and what was not.I sent an email to customer service as well about this and was never responded to.

I normally love coming to Grubbs Nissan in Bedford, TX but not today. My appointment was at 8:30 and I rolled in about 8:39 not realizing they were under construction. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and for some reason it is 11:01 am and I'm still in waiting on my car. Initially when I got here I told them that I have coupons from Nissan in Fort Worth but they told me they cannot accept them. The advisor asked me if I was going to wait on my car and I told him that I would. There is no reason I should still be sitting here falling asleep.

Horrible customer service, made an appointment for some warranty work asked about a loaner vehicle as my truck is still under original factory warranty and I also purchased the extended warranty, first service advisor said I wasnt entitled to a loaner vehicle, I disagreed and only after he looked up my info he said oh yeah you do but only if the repairs can not be completed in 8 hrs,ok whatever. Go in at appt time and was told by a different service advisor that they are backed up and will be 4 days before they can even look at it and that no Nissan won't give a loaner until they determine if it is a warranty issue,this is on Thursday he tells me to take my vehicle,gives me his card and call him directly the next week that they will be caught up and repairs will be done quickly well.......I've left 3 messages over 3 days and he has yet to return 1 phone call . I have since made an appointment at a different Nissan dealer.

I went in to get a recall repair on my vehicle with an appointment I was able to make online very easily. The staff has the morning drop off well organized and had plenty of staff available to greet each of us that arrived first thing in the morning to get our vehicles serviced. When they opened at 8 a.m. there was about six cars in line waiting and they had their drop off so well organized that everyone was greeted right away. The drop process and picking up was so easy and the staff is extremely friendly. I plan to return for any my future service needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car had issues starting while I was at work a few days ago. I had been to this dealership/service center before. I had called around 3:00 and asked if I could get it towed in that day. They said yes, scheduled a time for me, and I went straight there. My service coordinator was Brandon and he was amazing. Very communicative when they had found out what the problems were, and was very upfront about costs including parts and labor. The estimate he gave me was very accurate when it came time to pay for the service. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and communicated with me every step of the way. I got my car back yesterday and it is working beautifully now. I feel assured that they provided the best service to my car. I have had no issues starting my car since, and they even managed to remove the horrendous squeak from my brakes (that was driving me crazy for months). I'm glad I came to this particular service center, and I will be returning for any additional issues I may have with my car. Thank you Brandon!

I was greeted by Jarrett Ackerson, he was also helping other customers. However he acknowledged me and let me know he would be with in a moment. Jarrett asked if I had an appointment I stated no, he said he would take care of me and it was ok that I didn t have an appointment. We chatted about the holidays and my car was dirty extra dirty to me. He was very kind about the situation and remained pleasant. When my car was complete he walked to to the car and I noticed the car wasn t vacuumed, he immediately vacuumed my car. I say all this to say the young man made my day! I went pick up my 2020 Nissan Altima that had been in the shop since February on yesterday. When I tell you I was pist I have bought many cars from this dealership. There was a nasty cup in my car. Was not vacumed out ran through the washer. One the guys saw me and he offered vacuum my car and help throw away some things. As long as I have been coming to Grubbs the worst service department I have ever dealt with when I decided to buy another vehicle it will not be Grubbs the only one helpful was SalService: General repairs & maintenance

Great service by professional and friendly team. I have purchased and been servicing my cars at this dealer for over 3 years. Their services are exemplary and exceptional.For example, in my last service, Mr Charles Black offered step by step details of my car service then followed up the next day with a text message to inquire of my progress. This place really blew me away, in a good way. My wife s car had an outstanding airbag recall that needed to be serviced. I set up the appointment online over the weekend. That process was smooth, and they had plenty of availability the next day. I called to confirm the next morning and was quickly routed to a service rep. He was incredibly nice and even offered a rental while they worked on the car. I didn t even know this was an option. The rental was great, made me want to buy a new car! Maybe that s their plan all along lol. Anyways, they were great at following up and letting me know when everything was finished. Couldn t have gone any smoother. A much better experience than I had with the Honda dealership when getting the same airbag recall replaced. Next time we are in the market for a new car, we will be back!

Purchased Tire and Wheel Protection. Dealership hasn't submitted pictures or inspection to Insurance company. The claim is reasonable and per specific terms.Repeated calls, mostly unreturned, managers, supervisors have not be responsive. When they have responded it was with many promises and zero results. Something is not right here.We were always pleasant and professional. Never treated so rudely by a dealership.Service: Tires

If you have 1/2 a brain, you will NEVER take your car here. This is the most unorganized group of people to ever walk the planet! They are also crooks. They give you a price that you will be responsible for and then raise the price when the work is completed! This is one of the WORST dealerships I have ever had an experience with. Wife had an appointment for a week to get her oil changed, when she showed up they had just given the last oil filter to another customer. The next time she came here for that oil change she waited 2 hours. Cool they had a self service snack store, shame the prices dont cover the lack of service.

BEWARE and STAY AWAY! We took my son's Rogue here at the first of the year because the passenger AIRBAG is not working. They charged us to run a diagnostic test and reset the sensor. When we got it home, it still was not fixed, and they wouldn't do anything to make it right. Now they are telling us that it is a $3,000 repair job that would have been under warranty, but it expired in March. This was their diagnostic mistake. They claim that we refused this service which is a complete lie. NEVER AGAIN a Nissan, and never again this dealership.

Went for an oil change, and the didn't put oil in the engine! all their people are liers,, I requested to talk to the service manager, a car salesman told me ," let me transfer you to the service director" at the end he ended by transferring me to the attendant pretending to be the service director, fu...en liers

Fast and friendly staff. Charlie will come through and try to get you to buy a car. No pressure though just giving u his business card. Get the complementary car wash every time I get my vehicle serviced.

Never go hereI took my car here, they charged me $150 to diagnose the problem, then they charged me $4600 to replace the transmission and after the repair, my car is vibrates a lot, ever time I took it here, they told me something else, I changed everything they said, but it didn't work, now after 5 months all the parts the transmission are breaking down and they do not accept the fault of their work, and treat them very badly, I lost $7000 and my car was not fixedService: Transmission repair
