I walked in for a state inspection without an appointment and was able to drop off and pick up later. I was told I would be called when ready and everything was as promised. This place consistently does well with services availability and communication, as opposed to other local locations.

Don't bring your car here. More than $2,600 was spent for nothing. Value your money and shop somewhere else. I'm not too fond of the mechanical service I received; I felt the money spent was unnecessary. I dropped off my car on March Wednesday, 06, due to issues with steering vibration, jerking, and the check engine light blinking and beeping. From the first call the next day (Thursday), they tried to sell me tires, brain-watching me and saying that was the reason for the vibration and jerk. I explained all symptoms happened when the car was not moving. They replaced the Harmonic balancer, crankshaft damper, and rear brakes. I picked up the car on the 07th, still with the check engine on. The Next day, the check engine started to blink and beep again; needless to say, the service order said they ran a complete service check, and all was ok. I took the car back the same Friday, and they removed the ignition coils, sparks, gasket, fuel, and induction decarbonization; pick up the car on Saturday, and nothing changed; same problem; they connected the scanner code reader and told me it was an electric problem that they couldn't fix. So why would they change all of the above, charge $2,653.32, and leave the car unfixed?

Had an appointment. Arrived an hour early and was told there was one care in front of me and that it would take about an hour. This was fine as that would put me at my initial appointment time. An hour and a half pass and the car that was in front of me had not even been started. I waited another 30 minutes and still nothing. Wasted two hours of my time. This shop is the slowest.

Seems that they are understaffed, specially on the weekends. If you make an appointment for the weekend through the app for a special service other than tire repair, balance or alignment, make sure to call and confirm they can perform what you are needing, as they will not tell you that they can t do it until your arrive to the store and you may have wasted your time/day.

Do not go here. I had my car serviced for an oil change and break check. The day I had the oil change done, I had an appointment but I didn t get my car back till 7 hours later and they never put the oil change sticker on the window. They didn t install the oil splash guard correctly so it got destroyed on my way home and when I pulled into the garage, the splash guard popped off. I took the splash guard up to Firestone the next day and the guy at the desk said he would order the part on Monday when the dealership opened. Come to find out after I put in a negative survey, the store manager called me and told me they never put in an order for a new splash guard so she did it her self. They contacted me a few days later after the part came in, and I scheduled an appointment the following Monday at 9am to have them fix it. I arrived at 8:45am and they pulled my car into the bay and put it on the lift but after an hour and a half I asked the guy at the desk how long before the car will be ready and he went to check. Come to find out the mechanic didn t even know what he was supposed to be fixing on my car so for an hour and a half it just set on the lift. Once they finally figured out what was being fixed, they pulled my car out but the guy behind the desk didn t even realize the car was done till I had to say something. This store has ruined the Firestone brand and I will never use a Firestone ever again. Do not use this store!!Service: Oil change

Come if you want someone to lie to your face with the I don t want to serve you attitude.I was a loyal Firestone customer. I have been using Firestone to service all my three cars for years in another city without any issue. Recently, I moved to DFW area. One of my cars was due for oil change, without a second thought I took my car to Firestone (Grapevine). For some reason, the technician at the Grapevine location could not reset my service indicator after the oil change and ask me to contact this Firestone location, which I was OK with. I called this location and talked to a lady, explained what happened and asked for the help to reset my service indicator. She said they cannot do it. In order to reset the service indicator, I have to do another oil change, which makes no sense to me because the oil change was just done by another Firestone location. But she insisted the oil change is required. I felt she was no help and decided to call again and hoping someone else to pick up the phone. This time, a guy answered. He said of course someone can take a look at my car and asked me to make an appointment so that they will be prepared. It would be a happy ending if that was the end. However, not too long after my conversation with the guy, that same lady that I talked to earlier called me back. She asked me to take my car there early in the morning when they open. I asked if I could take my car in at noon since I have a day job to do, and cannot make it in the early morning. She responded like she cannot guarantee the technician will be available to check my car since they are always busy during the day. I asked if we could make an appointment, it does not have to be today or tomorrow. She replied that they can NOT make an appointment for this. I was like I was just asked by the guy to make an appointment and we have made one already. And then she changed her lie to oh there is no appointment available . Shocker! Firestone has no appointment available! While I was still in shock, she kindly offered that she will speak with other locations and see if they can take care of my car and call me back. Then I finally realized that she just wanted to make my life harder by saying she cannot make appointment/no appointment available, and wanted to end the call and push me away and by saying she will contact other location. Of course, she never called me back.This experience really bothers me since I was a loyal customer to Firestone, and that s why I decided to leave this review.

My fianc� took her car here for a new tire and an alignment because of uneven wear. They quoted her 2000 dollars worth of repairs. I took it to a family friend s shop and they said there was nothing to indicate a repair of that cost or any repair at all. Good job trying to take advantage of a girl who wouldn t have known better otherwise

The wetness shown in the picture is oil, right after getting an oil change here. It was on the valve cover to the point of pooling near the spark plug wires. It was also on the alternator, the heat shield for the exhaust manifold, a headlight, door handle, gear shift knob, and more. Clearly they have technicians on staff here who do not care about your car. I will not be going back here. Really disappointing because the associate at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Not a fan. Asked about getting the windshield wiper fluid topped off with my oil change and tire alignment, which they assured me was standard protocol. They called me to say my vehicle was ready to pick up and there was still no windshield wiper fluid and they hadn t changed out the sticker so that I would know when to get my next oil change. Which makes me wonder did they even change my oil or did they just have my car sitting there for a few hours since the windshield wiper fluid wasn t refilled and I didn t have a new sticker. You would think this would be standard operating procedure to change the oil, change the sticker and check all the fluids. I have lost faith in the Firestone brand and will definitely not be using this company again. The one good thing I have to say is the front office staff was nice. And they were decently quick at the tire alignment and oil change. But again, however, not sure that any of it even happened since the two things that I was there for I had to specifically request once I picked up my carServices: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Just got 4 new tires from Firestone. Those things can be expensive, but the service was great here. I ve always liked Firestone.

I came here due to the check engine light came on, the light was solid but I got it checked anyway. The technicians did not work with timely manner and did not stand with their competency. A few day after the light came on again but I did not trust this place to get it fixed again. I went to another location and they found out the previous technician make the loose connection so that issue remained. After the second time fixing it, I gave up when the light came again.

It's been my 3rd visit to this shop.. Last 2 visit was good but the 3rd one, was very unhappy and bad experience. Was there for just oil change which was around $54, but after I left with my car. That's last oil change caused me an extra of $1200. They changed my oil as they said, but when I was driving back home which was in 3 miles from the store, all of sudden my car got heated up to Max. Next morning it did the same thing. When I opened and had a look under the bonnet, I found there was no coolent in the radiator. They didn't bother to top up the fluids and because of that it leaked my radiator and with that messed my engine up.. I don't even want to remember that incident.

1. They charged me for a failed state inspection.2. They said if i came back withing 15 days i would recieve a free inspection. But they constsantly gave me a run around. Probaby to stop me from recieving a free inspection. 3. It doesn't take 3 hrs to get seen with only a couple of cars waiting before you, for an inspection.

This is the third Firestone that I have reached out to to try and get a tire repaired that we bought from Firestone and I've sat on hold with these people for 15 minutes just to be turned down because they don't have time. If the tires would have been bought from a discount tire I can go to any of them and get it fixed with no problem.

Customer service at an all time high. Really on a tight time crunch finding out all 4 tires were bald. I called and spoke with Kenya and she provided me with outstanding customer service. She addressed all my question and askedfor me to come in. Service with a smile.

Took my wife s car to get oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. Kenya helped us and was very professional. We picked up the vehicle the next day and the guy who checked us out was taking care of two other customers but was very professional and efficient.

What should have been a quick wheel alignment has turned into a 2+ day ordeal. I called a few places in the area in advance and ultimately went with Firestone because they had the best price and told me they could have my car done in the next 4 hours (5 pm). Came back at 5 and they hadn t even started working on it, told me they needed 1 more hour. When I called back at 6 they told me they just started working on it. At that point I had things to do and said I would pick it up the next day. When I picked it up my wheel was still pulling heavily to the left so I came back. They did a quick test drive with me in the car to confirm, I guess they don t test their work by default? Then they told me it was because the tread on my front left tire. Of course I refuse to get a tire from them now knowing the quality of work, so I will have to go get a new tire then come back if I still need an alignment adjustment with my warranty.Overall I wish there was better communication from the start about the service time and then about the tire affecting the alignment instead of making me come back looking for answers.Service: Wheel alignment

I dropped my truck off at 11am. Just a simple oil change and flat repair. They said about a hour and a half so I went home to work. I came back at 6:30pm. They hadnt even started on my vehicle.Take your vehicle somewhere that values your time.

Unfortunately we had to tow our vehicle to this location on Christmas Eve. Clearly they took advantage of the situation charging us $35 to test the system $195 for a 4-year battery They gave us a core charge for our old battery but charged us that much $22 and then $15 to install the battery. I called to make sure the invoice was correct and the manager said it was. The total bill was $269 for a 4-year battery.

I went by this Firestone early in the morning to try and beat the rush. The staff were kind and punctual. Not only did they refill my cars fluids they aired up my tires and let me know that one of mine tires was getting close to needing repairs. There was no trying to convince me to get work done, or pushing additional purchases. I left this Firestone with a smile on my face, by far my best experience at a Firestone

Dropped a work van off to get serviced. Van needed 2 new tires on the front since they were showing wires, needed an alignment, and an oil change. Dropped it off on a Friday and didn't get ready till Friday night so picked it up Monday morning. picked up the van and the paper work said tire tread was good and that they did the oil change and rotation. Front tires still had wires showing and tire pressure light was still going off. talked to the manager and he said they would get tires pulled and would do the alignment. dropped the van off the next morning and didn't get a call back till right before they closed that it was ready. Picked up next day with 2 new tires and tire light still on. Its ok firestone ill go somewhere else to finish the tire job you guys couldn't do. 5 days they had the van and it still isn't fixed.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had a good experience the first time I came here. It s my company vehicle and the lease company suggest Firestone.Today I made an appointment in advance, arrived 30 minutes earlier to allow time for check in for an oil change and tire rotate. Well at 11am the work wasn t even started. They blamed it 1) on the cabin air filter 2) the leasing company not approving the work. The girl here doesn t know, but I get the emails as soon as the work is requested, then approved. Which happened at 8:51 and 8:52 respectively. At 11 am, nothing still was done, they just started on the cabin air filter. So I just asked to leave. 2.5 hours wasted and time not respected. It would not be so bad if there was a place to work, while getting a company car worked on. Or better yet, perform the work they were going to get paid for. I get it, techs are hard to find oil changes with tire rotate are an hour job at most. Another 15 for cabin air.

Tried to make an appointment for a Wheel alignment and every time I went I was given a difference response. I had to go back 3 different times, the staff up front had apparently set an appointment for me but I was never in the system or come at 5 pm but each time I was turned around due to lack of clear communication from the front desk.Service: Wheel alignment

Staff lied about how long it would take, lied about the service being provided, and then locked up for the night without attempting to reach me to discuss my vehicle status. They seem to have a new store manager, and he will have serious work to do to improve the integrity of the staff at this location. For now, suggest trying one of the many other repair facilities nearby.

Great service @ counter. However I had to clean up numerous oil stains inside my car. Even great mechanics still need to wash hands before getting into a customer's vehicle. Still finding more oil stains .

Let me start by saying if you don't have a Tesla then DONT GO THERE!!! If you are a woman then DONT GO THERE!!!Kyle didn't know that my husband use to work at place similar so KYLE thought he could tell me anything and I would buy it. I was told 2 hours to change 2 tires. It took almost 4. At what point does KYLE think that this was ok? Never again in life will I step foot in another Firestone. Good luck to those who do.
