I am a teacher and a single mom who doesn t have a lot of time so when my oil change light came on I happened to stumble upon this place and they were a god send! The customer service was amazing and timely and they squeezed me in when I was on a time crunch. The prices are reasonable and I am so happy that I found them! I highly recommend this place

The customer experience here is top notch for sure. I pulled in at closing in need of services in a panic due to a family illness.but extended the best compassion while showing and explaining every detail about my vehicle. To find such honesty, sincerity, compassion, diligence, and thoroughness are rare in the rush of the world. Add on the amazing prices and you would think it was family with the experience. Too find out that I had no oil my engine was crazy I just purchased this vehicle 1 week ago, and if it wasn t for the gentleman that took care of not only my pockets but my Engine I would ve been stuck I m so thankful that I came to Costa Oil .good energy I will definitely come back

I've been coming here for about 2 years now and the service is still amazing. They have refreshments in the waiting area. They go over everything their going to do plus I get a great price on an oil change and they check and top off fluids. This is my go to oil changes.

This is the 1st oil Change establishment I have WVER went to that truly made sure all the boxes were checked ! Eli was so generous and thoughtful and made sure I was aware of the status of my car and ensured everything was up to par before I left. He walked me through each step of my services and showed me what to look for going forward. I will now ONLY come here for my oil changes and inspections. Eli was amazing!!!!!

Today was my first time at Costa Oil. I got an oil change plus state inspection. He was very informative about what he was doing throughout the process. He also gave me information to better understand how to take care of my car. I appreciate the way he looks out for his customers.

Came in today for an oil change and inspection. The owner did me a huge solid with some things that needed to be done on the car and I was really impressed at the speed of him getting the work done. Definitely will be coming back!

Costa Oil is a great place for getting your oil changed. Service is top level and very professional. Locally owned by an Army veteran. If you re looking to get your oil changed and like to support small and local businesses, please stop in and let them take care of you.

Eli was great. He changed my oil and did an engine flush in 20 min max. Good pricing. Came back into the lobby multiple times throughout the process to show me exactly what he was doing and why. I will be back.

Found this place from Groupon. When I called he told me not purchase the Groupon, so I didn t. He honored the Groupon price which was good because I didn t have much to pay on an oil change. Service was great he was done in 10-15 minutes. I will be coming back for my next oil change for sure.

Oil was changed and engine flushed efficiently and by the owner himself. He was a straight shooter and honest with no malicious upselling like some other oil change places. I will definitely be coming back as my preferred local maintenance shop.

Might have been fast service for a Texas state inspection, but he charged "tax" of 4 dollars, which he's not allowed to do, and charged a $3 fee for credit card use. When I went back, he gave me $3 back but claimed the rest was not refundable. Do not trust this place. Never going back to Costa Oil!

It's the go to for my whole family. In and out with the best customer you can get from a place to get your oil changed. They inform you, not force you, but let you know if there is anything else going on. Color of my oil was off and suggested a flush, why would I say no? If you need a change, go to this spot, won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend this establishment for an oil change. I was greeted by Eli and we spoke about a couple of concerns. All my concerns were handled. I was in and out. Eli explains everything he will be doing for the vehicle. He has a nice/clean waiting area. I will definitely return for my next oil change. Eli was AWESOME, very professional and Very caring about what your car needs. I came in for a synthetic oil change that I got off of groupon. He told me their contract with Groupon expired but he would still take it.He told me I needed a new battery, suggested different things I may need in the future and also gave me things I needed to make my oil last longer. Went to Autozone when I left and I definitely needed a new battery. Its hard to truly find Great, Honest Mecanics now a days. You have a client for life now. Thank you soooo much!!!

This is the best place for oil change service. They went above and beyond to provide a great service. They were very kind with me and my son. While doing the oil change they discovered a piece had to be changed. Since the AutoZone did not have it, they helped get the part in Haltom City and even pre-paid. Simply out of this world!!!
