I want to thank Rachel , Ivy and Matt for the excellent customer service, everyone was nice and kind and willing to help anyway they could. I also want to thank my car technician for fixing my car. I love the fact that they could tell me a time frame when my car will be done and give me an estimate through a text link to there website and by email on how much it is and give me an option if I want to pay that or not. I also love the fact that they can take me home and pick me up with the free shuttle. I am definitely going to continue using Christian Brothers.

Today was my first time ever using Christian Brothers and I must say I m very pleased with their work. The customer service at the Bedford location is amazing. Mr. Matt and Ms. Ivory are so kind and answered every question I had. I received a quote to get my brakes done along with a list of other things my car needs in the future. There weren t any surprises like there may be when you drop your car off to most mechanics. The thing I love the most is throughout the process you receive updates on the status of your vehicle. I also utilized their shuttle service which is a huge plus. The pricing is very reasonable and my car drives like it s brand new! Thank you Christian Brothers for your hard work and amazing customer service. I recommend them 10/10, they ve gained a loyal customer.

A Great Experience!From the drop off of my vehicle to the completion of the repairs, As I called repair shops to get estimates, Christian Brothers was helpful providing information as best possible based on my shared information.And during my drop off, Ivory was very helpful and pleasant during the check in and shared the next steps. Also, check in is through a text link and easy to navigate to review and approve repairs.I was kept informed with timelines and once the shared tech report, Ivory walked me through the report and provided information for all of my many questions with patience and a smile.This was a really good experience and will use again.

The customer service at this location is excellent! I called to schedule an appointment for a tire rotation and to have them conduct a 15,000 mile maintenance inspection. The person I spoke with spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions, which I appreciated.The best part, I didn't have to sit and wait on my car. They provided a shuttle service to and from work.They took such great care of my car and me. I will definitely bring my car back for additional services.

First, I have to say that the interaction with every employee I talked to was excellent, along with the facility and shuttle service. That is why this is a 2 star review and not a 1 star review. The disappointing part is the pricing and work they considered required immediate attention. That estimate was for $5600 to solve the problem with my vehicle. I went to another shop locally and wound up paying $600 to fix my vehicle. To be clear, they did separate the different required repairs to be chosen but there wasn t a suggestion to start with one and move on from there. Not all customers understand the process of vehicle repair and the codes involved. So, in my eyes, I was expecting to pay this outrageous amount instead of the actual amount I wound up paying being only a $600 repair to fix the issue.

Very impressed! Will be back. Took my car in for an oil change. I really appreciate how they send pictures of all the findings of the inspection, so you can see it all yourself and trust what they are recommending. Great service and friendly staff!

Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. My car had an issue and no one else was able to figure out the issue but they were able to and they also fixed it very fast! I'm very satisfied and happy!

Don't be fooled by the name or their motto. They won't give me a quote to replace the abs module on my truck unless I pay them $171.37 to diagnose it which I already had done elsewhere. But I wanted 3 estimates which is what we should do.

Working with immensely terrific people, especially Fannie, was an experience beyond my expectations. Their exceptional level of responsiveness, customer care, professionalism, and good old-fashioned kindness were off the charts! Went here yesterday day for my state inspection... Due to the name I figured it was a Christian base auto shop.... Upon walking in it definitely didn't remind you of an auto shop the waiting area felt like an office building very cozy and relaxing... They were playing some country music which I enjoy , but next time I want to hear some Whitney Houston playing lol .... What I enjoyed the most is the time in which it took them to inspect my car, I don't think I was there more than 10 minutes... After afterwards I went down to the tax county office to get my registration... Yesterday was convenient and productive... Thanks Christian Brothers for your professional and bottle of water.... The prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY high$800 for spark plugs? $2700 for 2 wheel hubs? The pricing is ridiculous I am very aware that you need to make money as a business but you are scamming people by overcharging and recommending fixing things that are in good condition I am honestly truely appalled by the pricing. The people here are very friendly but I wouldn't recommend the worst people I know to go there is how bad your pricing is

I didn't realize this was a national brand, there are a couple where I am from (Tennessee). The person I was with took their BMW 7 series to get an oil change and it was $257. I had them canceled my service request took it to the dealership where it was $99. Never thought I would witness an independent car repair service company to out price the dealership. But they were friendly and environment was nice.

This place has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.I live in Denton and was in the area for a dr. appointment, when the front of the skid plate on my car dropped to the ground at 65 mph on the freeway. I had an oil change 2 days prior, NOT at their location, at a Kwik Kar in Denton, and they forgot one of the screws . Luckily, I was able to exit quickly and drive into Christian Brothers. Not only did they help me, and have me back on the road in less than 30 minutes, they didn't even charge me!!Unbelievable that, in a world where both manners and customer service are disappearing, they took such good care of me. I technically wasn't even their customer!Amazing. Anyway, if I lived in Bedford, this is the ONLY place I would take my car to.

I am from out of town and one of my brake calipers seized up. I first went to a different shop and got an outrageous quote for the rear brakes and a wheel bearing. I took my car from there and brought it to CBA. Rachael was extremely helpful and made me feel confident that I could trust my car to be taken care of. I dropped it off the next day, and they had it back to me by the end of the day. They told me I didn t even need a wheel bearing, did the brake repair, and sent me on my way. The work was quick and to high standards, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We need more auto shops like CBA.

Amazing company! very helpful I brought my Toyota corolla 2020 in for inspection and they were very straightforward. They helped me out and gave me full inspection of the vehicle and gave me the out the door price. Super friendly and super helpful. thank you for all your help!

Definitely recommend. The process went smoothly and I felt my vehicle was well taken care care. Rachel was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, and kept me in the loop with periodic updates throughout the day. Needed to have truck alignment checked. No charge to check it, only if it needed to be aligned. Needed slight adjustment and price was very fair plus allowed me to use coupon, which cut cost almost in haff. Took less than an hour from start to finish, great customer service. There were a lot of other vehicles there for services which tells me they must have a large regular customer base.Service: Wheel alignment

The people at reception were super kind, but the company was definitely dishonest about the work that needed to be done, and it's hard to not feel like they are trying to gouge and exploit people.. I expected them to be a bit pricey, but I did not expect them to straight up lie to me about the work needed.The biggest issue was my ac because my ac stopped blowing... their fix? Said needed new compressor and to fix the AC alone was OVER $3600..the problem was 100% just the blower and I saved myself $3200 by not going to CB, and also now my ac is running flawlessly and even better than before.

I brought in my 2015 Hyundai Elantra, key wouldn't release from ignition. They also suggested a fuel system clean and coolant replacement. I had those services done, in addition to getting the ignition key issue resolved (piece of plastic interfering with the release mechanism or signal from gear selector in Park). I brought the car in after 8 am. Everything was complete around noon. They provided a courtesy shuttle home and back to the shop. Great service, and caring Team! My check engine light went on while I was in town visiting my sister. I was so grateful for great service and quick turnaround. They even picked me up from my sister s house to bring me to my car. I was so appreciative of this added service as sister couldn t drive after her surgery. Thanks again! Great customer service is hard to come by these days.Services: Auto maintenance, Battery

I went in to get my Air Conditioning fixed, they charged me about $500 with all the fees and such, but also gave a laundry list of other things they wanted to fix, wanting me to pay $5,000 for other things, which I declined. A couple weeks later, my A/C wasn't working well even though I paid $500 to get it fixed, so I went back, since there was a warranty, to see if they could fix it more. Then they showed $3,000 worth of A/C related repairs that they didn't mention the first time. It seems like this place just tries to price gouge and nickel and dime for anything they can. Beware of auto repair shops trying to take advantage of you. I do not recommend.

With only one vehicle and a serious electrical problem, we were in need of a timely repair of our minivan. Fanny took the details and scheduled an early appt. for the next day. A free shuttle to and from our home during the repair was provided. We were kept informed of the specifics of our problem and progress of the repair. We only lost use of our vehicle one day. A significant repair done quickly and well!. Thank you!

I originally was taking my vehicle to Firestone, but my son told me mom take your vehicle to Christian Brother s I m like huh, I ve never heard of them before! Well, I am so glad I did bring my vehicle to Christian Brothers and listened to my son, my experience has been professional and courteous, they listen patiently to my questions, and I really do like that. Attentive to my concerns, of course [ Cost ] everyone s concern, one of the details I have never seen before in any mechanical shop, they take pictures of any issue they find and they send it to your phone, I m like that s so good I ve never seen that before. I really appreciate that, especially by me being a woman that is not familiar with car parts etc, I could research this issue and understand what s going on with my vehicle. Their customer service was exceptional, and they have a shuttle service that brings you back, and picks you up if needed. I really appreciate that, thank you.
