I've had to use the 2-3 times due to minor bumper crashes.They have been great about communication and delivering as promised. When delays happened due to insurance companies, they keep me informed.I've never had a problem after services needing a follow-up.I was once very rude and in too big of a rush with the counter people. I should not have taken my bad day out on them.They were still calm and professional. I apologize later for my behavior. My car was fix beautifully as well.

I had a great Experience at this Caliber Collision. The front desk lady Nicole, and Carlos were extremely helpful and very courteous. My car was repaired amazingly fast and they even went the extra mile and buffed out some scuffs on the sides of my car where I had some paint rubs from shopping carts and other mysterious door dings. This location on Airport Freeway in Bedford will get many referrals from me.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ours was a complicated repair and they kept us informed, communicated with the other insurance company to make sure everything was done to standard, and offered to pick us up to go get the car on delivery day.

The first time we got the jeep back, it was not done correctly. I was very disappointed. To their credit, they did take it back and make it right. It took 3 weeks to do it wrong and an additional 5 weeks to make it right. They can do good work, just make sure you check it.

Great Experience. Shop kept me very informed. Car was completed 2 days early, which helped with the rental car costs. Sergio kept me in contact with all the details, and was terrific throughout the entire experience.

Disappointed. Took it in after hitting a pothole for a wheel repair and 2 tires. Got it back a week later and the wheel was painted the wrong color, and both tires that were replaced were completely different from the ones it came in with. They blamed it on the 'wheel shop' they contracted out to. Took another week to get that fixed and they apparently put the wrong TPMS sensor in one of the wheels. Again, 'wheel shops fault'. Couldn't keep taking time off work to pick up/drop off the car so I just spent $400 at the dealer to get it replaced correctly to avoid having to go back to caliber. Serious lack of attention to detail.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Speedy service and very reasonable prices. Saul is very knowledgeable , honest and the whole crew is very competent.Before you go to any of the other surrounding collision places in the HEB area please talk to them first. If I could give them above 5 stars I would.

Had damage that was covered by someone elses insurance, and the folks at Caliber in Bedford made the process very smooth and painless. The repairs were perfect, paint job was excellent. They even detailed the interior of my car, which was a complete surprise. My car had nearly $10k worth of damage.Caliber Collision was able to repair said damages, Let's start off with the good. They washed my car.But, that's where the good stuff ends. In general, there was a lack of communication with me while my car was in their possession for three weeks. When dropping off my car after being told it was "100% perfect", I found Their cleaning, although "free", was somewhat of a joke as the car was filthy, and they left greasy spots all over the interior panels. I went in to get my windshield, right mirror and chrome removed and replaced.( I don't know why they were in my trunk! )After picking up my car I went to the grocery store and my trunk began to slam shut, they had removed my shocks!Absolutely outrageous.This is a great example of a company taking shortcuts, being lazy, trying to save a couple of bucks on labor, and hoping the customer doesn't notice. Well, I did. What else did they take a shortcut on that I can't see?Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Please document everything they tell you they re going to do so when you go back to ask them why they didn t do it they try to lie they cannot cover that up. They made it look good on paper, but they gaslight you and they don t use common sense when it comes to wrecks

This location is amazing! Not only were they able to get me in first thing in the morning the same day I called (when all other locations were booked out for weeks), they fixed my car literally within 10 minutes of being there. Chris Patrick was the person helping me that day and he went above and beyond while helping me. He was able to look at my car, determine the problem, and fix it all within a 10 minute time frame. He was kind, helpful, and efficient! I will definitely be going back to this store for any further car issues!Service: Body & Trim

I had an appointment for something roadside assistance damaged to my door. Caliber knew exactly what was wrong even though there wasn t any obvious damage. There was a lot of road noise in the window. Caliber repaired my car within 10 minutes. They are professional, very knowledgeable, and experienced.

I was greeted immediately when I showed up to check in my vehicle, at the same time I was doing that Enterprise Rental was already waiting on me to sign and take the keys to my rental. Patrick Martinez took my number explained what to expect from him and how he would keep me updated on the progress of the repairs.
