They exceeded my expectations for sure. Freddy and Ashley were very helpful and kept me updated on my vehicle the whole time.The process was easy and quick. They even repaired my vehicle and had it ready before the estimated date. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs their car repaired.

I was rear ended at a dead stop. Very upsetting, because I was doing what I needed to do as an attentive driver. I baby my car and Freddy at Caliber Collision was able to make the process easy. They repaired my car well and made every effort to get it back to me fast! The only drawback that remains is the fact that the accident will be part of her carfax report. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the work done by Caliber Collision and would definitely use them again if I needed collision damage repaired.Our car was rear-ended by a hit and run driver on the expressway. There was significant body and undercarriage damage. Caliber was recommended by our insurance company.They had to retrieve our car from the lot to which it was towed after the accident. After notification from me on the location they handled the rest. Once they had the vehicle I was able to visit their facility after their estimate was done and our advisor, Freddy, showed me all the damage and explained what they would do to fix it. That was both informative and comforting.I then received text messages nearly every day on work status and Freddy was always available by phone if I had questions. The car was finished on the committed date. You could not tell there was ever any damage done to it. It looked and drove like it just came from a show room.A day later I started getting error messages about a problem. I contacted Caliber and they immediately took the car back to investigate. It turned out that one of their suppliers had provided a defective part. I was impressed though, that they immediately took ownership of the problem and made it right. I am also impressed that they provided a lifetime warranty on their work for as long as we own the car.Everyone in the organization was friendly and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I wholeheartedly recommend Caliber of Bedford.

I had a tree branch fall on the hood of my new car. This shop is guaranteed and warrantied by my insurance company. After an issue getting the estimate from the adjuster, they were quick to get my car repaired and repainted. Note: I didn t realize that the paint job on my car was special. I did know there was an up charge from GM for the color, but didn t know why. Evidently, it s an unusual color with three coats to get the specific color. The shop matched the color of the hood to the car.

Attempted to have warranty work completed on my vehicle for almost a year. It led to a point that I purchased the parts myself because they were taking too long. Now, they still haven t returned any phone calls or requested for me to bring my vehicle to complete the work with the parts I purchased since they failed to do so theirselves. I 100% do not recommend this establishment.

This Caliber Collision shop in Bedford, TX was excellent. They kept me informed on a regular basis of the status of my vehicle. The vehicle was ready exactly on the day promised. My Service Advisor "Freddy" was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Freddy dealt with everything pertaining to my insurance. Will definitely use this shop in the future if I ever get into another mishap where I need body work.

Highly recommend Caliber collision on Racquet Club Drive in Bedford. My experience there was definitely first class. The quality of collision repair was excellent. Customer service was over the top. Highest recommendationAsk for Hoa! You will be glad you did!

Great customer service and communication. This Calilber location was easier to work with with USAA accident insurance. Right next to Enterprise so it made the process easier.

Caliber was great and made the whole experience pretty painless. David made sure to provide weekly updates on where they were at with my vehicle. The completion dates were pushed out a couple of times but they kept me informed and when we were approaching my insurance rental allowance they got it done a couple days earlier. The work was great and everyone at the caliber location was courteous.Service: Body & Trim

Getting in a wreck and having your car fixed is a nightmare. However, this shop was AWESOME. I got rear-ended in December and finally got my car back several days ago (6 months total). The delay was parts, but the shop kept us informed of all the delays and was really great with communication. When we picked up the car and noticed some minor paint damage, the shop was very understanding. They took the car back in and fixed the minor paint errors.I highly recommend it.

Fabulous experience with Hoa at this location. My car was ready a day early and they would update me almost daily through the whole process. Very friendly staff and was very easy to get repairs done working with my insurance. Great work Caliber!

The paint lasted about 1 month before it started to peel. (see pic) They repaired parts that they said they would replace with new. They painted over the gas cap door without even washing it first (see pic). The gaps were not fixed to be even. Some chips looked like they were repaired with touchup paint even though part of the panel was sprayed. Clips that hold carpet were gone...then I discovered it was because the holes no longer line up. I've taken it back 3 times and always get answers like 1. Come back on a Monday 3. Someone will call you. 3. Our 'guy' is not here today. Today they were not even answering their phone...so much for the guarantee.

My car was being repaired after someone side swiped me. These folks were outstanding. They kept me well informed, and were able to finish the repairs early. My car looks fantastic!
