I love these guys I trust these guys with my Volvo. My car was in shop a week but I still had to work, they gave me a loaner car at no cost. I've only used them for oil changes until now. I'll keep coming back. THANKS GUYS

This place was great. I had a broken water hose on my car and they were able to fix it same day. They were super professional and didn t try and sell me on things I didn t need. I just moved to HEB and don t have a usually shop yet. My car was making a squeaking noise. I thought it was the pulley or a belt. I went to two other shops. The other shops didn t fix it or acted as if I didn t know what I was talking about (perhaps because I m a woman. Not sure.). But I came here and he immediately knew what I was talking about. Replaced the belt that day. He didn t try to up sale anything. It was very reasonably priced. This was even on a Sunday. After going through all of that with the other shops, it was so nice to find this place. Customer service was kind and to point. I would definitely come back. Thank you!

I broke down on 121 North on Black Friday and had no idea who to call since I'm new here. I found Bedford Auto Center on Google and it was as good of an experience as you can think.I called and spoke to Taha(owner) who set me up with a towing service to get the car to his shop and by Monday morning my 2008 Kia Sportage V6 was running like a New car.New plugs, wires, O2 sensor and fuel injector cleaning with the tow was less than $800. Knowing that half of the horizontally mounted V6 is unaccessible it was no easy job.I highly recommend Bedford Auto Center and will bring my cars there as long as I'm in Texas!!!Thanks Taha I appreciate your work!!

We all dread auto repairs. Here you'll find Smiles, Warm hand shakes and friendly knowledgable service. Attention to detail. I have had any number of repairs done to my Dodge Pickup in a reasonable amount of time and at extremely fair prices. No, I am not an owner or employee writing ghost reviews. This is completely unsolicited. I highly recommend Rico and all of the rest of the professionals at BEDFORD AUTO C#NTER!!

Having been coming here for all my car needs. Taha and Rico were very honest and helpful. They do good and honest work, are quick, very reasonable priced, and very friendly people. They explained everything to me and didn t push for anything. I highly recommend

Alright so I don't do reviews really ever, but I've used these guys for about 10 years now. Recently Ive had a jeep with loads of problems. There have been many times where they have put in hours and did not charge me for it. Most recently my AC went out and over a short span of time they were able to fix it and save me money. On top of that they didn't skyrocket the labor rate and communicated with me on absolutely everything. I feel like there is always that thought when somebody takes their car to a mechanic "am I getting ripped off". That has never been the case for me with these guys.They have been great and I will take all my vehicles to them as long as I live in the area.

I am a single, senior citizen and I am female and these wonderful men at Bedford Auto Center took extraordinarily good care of my Kia when it needed an emergency tune up. I will take my car ! to Bedford Auto Center should I ever need car mechanic care again! They are exceptional!!!

An Honest, Genuine & Extremely Professional Auto Shop.I've always felt really content living nearby to Bedford Auto Center; I've taken all of my vehicles here over the past few years and have never had to look any further for automotive professionalism. They do everything quickly and efficiently, while walking you through every step of the process. You never have to worry about being overcharged or taken advantage of in any way.These guys take pride in everything they do. Their work is thorough and their prices cannot be beaten. I've had everything done from oil changes to tire maintenance and even an entire motor swap done at Bedford Auto Center. I can personally attest that this is the best place to go for any automotive work.

I would DEFINITELY recommend them! I came in on a SUNDAY afternoon with a flat tire(20in rims) on my Charger and they took care of my RIGHT AWAY! I was able to get new back tires at a great rate. They even took the time to show me the nails in my tires! Everyone was super nice and the cost with labor was EXTREMELY reasonable! As a woman, I feel comfortable enough to recommend them to other women as well. We all know how we feel like we can be taken advantage of but that WONT happen here!Service: Tires

So last week I went in to have my tires rotated after an oil change. While there, I asked that they check my brakes. They then told me that my brakes needed to be changed, along with my rotors. They then quoted me $500.I was going to change them at my next major (150k) and go from there. But I took their suggestions in and went on purchasing both pads and rotors. After all, they had been in there looking. I didn t purchase the service there.I did my brakes this weekend at home. As soon as we got my brakes off, I noticed that my front brake pads were in the 8-10mm range on all 4 pads. Both front rotors were 33-35mm. Ford minimums are 24mm for the front.We then take a look at the rear. The rear pads were in the 6-8mm range. The rear rotors were on average 17-19mm. Ford minimums are 13mm.Needless to say, I could ve gone another 30-50k miles before I ran into any issues. But safe rather than sorry I guess.My main point is that I wouldn t trust these guys and their maintenance practices/policies. I will be taking pictures of all of the hardware and posting them on group chats. They were hoping that I would agree to the work, schedule an appointment and then sit in the lobby for 2 hours, while they did nothing. Free $500 why not. And if you stop to ask where your old stuff is, as I would do, they could easily pull some out of the trash, saying they re yours. Not going to happen to this guy.Services: Tire rotations, Brakes

We were from out of town, all the staff were prompt, professional and very quickly assisted us with repairing a large hole in our tire. We were able to get back on the road home fast and thankfully for their service!

I had recently moved here and had a car issue. Bedford Auto got me in immediately and the employees, especially Khal, were so respectful and helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend!

Prices continue to rise, but they offer great services. They are all about money. That's the only issue I have. I prefer loyalty over money. I enjoyed going to them over the course of about 6 yrs but the more knowledge I gained, the more I realized how steep the labor cost were.

That experience do not go here dropped off my vehicle to be checked out or Diagnostic was told it was $69 then when I did not get a call all day went up there to check what was going on after calling multiple times they told me it was gonna be over $1200 to get my vehicle fixed ordered the part without calling or verifying work would be done and then the guy Office Rico got mad because it was not when I get work done there and try to charge me $100 for the diagnostic after was quoted $69 do not go ahead crooked people

Ricco fixed my a.c. and my check engine light! He s a nice man I was short $115 and he still fixed it giving me time to repay back! Thank u ricco I will see you soon to pay u back! Thanks for giving me credit! Not too many shops do this but they always fixed my cars in the past these guys are good men! No check engine light and my a.c. Is very cold af!

Front end alignment for $69, can't beat it! 1st time there and had a great experience. Talked to the guys, got some estimates on future projects. Prices are much more affordable and they handle a multitude of necessary maintenance issues. Clean and organized establishment. Very friendly service plus they call you when they're done.

Fast, friendly, amazing service from Rico and his crew. Bedford Auto Center has the most affordable prices with excellent fast service. After repairing my brakes they also look into other problems with my vehicle, the work needed was no surprise but the undeniable low repair price has earned my trust and return business. I do not recommend this place. I called ahead and asked for a price estimate, they provided it and I was happy. I took my truck in and was immediately told that nothing on the website applies, The phone call doesn't count, and they were going to charge me way more than I was quoted.RUDE

I go to them for my car to fix everything from oil change to repairs best price and great quality. My girlfriend got into a wreck and got a quote from a couple places one was $2800 and the other was $4000 and some change. I took it here for $1000 they made her car look brand new.
