My truck cut out while I was driving down the highway moving across the country. I called and Stony said to come by and they will look at it. They quickly diagnosed the issued and fixed it and enabled me to continue on my move. I highly recommend them as high quality mechanics in Beaumont!

You won t be disappointed with West End Automotive, I personally had a huge worry when my GMC Sierra began ticking and lost a ton of power suddenly.I called multiple places for repair, most didn t want to get into the internals of an engine, some places didn t have the answers I was looking for, some places like the dealership had a long wait etc.I talked to Mike at West End Automotive, and he knew exactly what was wrong with my truck from just talking on the phone, he answered all my questions, and seemed to have plenty of experience and knowledge of my truck, so that sold me.I took my truck to Mike just before closing on a Monday, and my truck was back on the road early Thursday afternoon, after pulling the whole top of my engine apart, removing the intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, heads etc.. to replace a stuck open lifter and bent push rod, it was a big job.And my truck runs great. The price was more than I wanted to pay, but we all know you get what you pay for, they also gave me a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty with their repair.I hope there isn t a next time, but if there is, I ll be a repeat customer.

It was Friday morning and I was scrambling to find a new shop that could fix the AC in my truck before the weekend. A quick Google search of local shops led me to West End Auto (Beaumont).Honestly, without a personal referral, I am always a little skeptical of any new place, especially ones I find online or that I ve never heard of.Ultimately, it was a combination of the local reviews and the extra information on their website (about the most recently completed jobs), that led me to choose West End Auto.Knowing they were not only taking care of vehicles that were the same size and age of mine, but they also had stellar reviews to match, gave me the confidence I needed to trust them with my vehicle.I called right away, even though there was still a big chance I d have to wait until Monday.Mike Landry answered the phone kindly and I told him a little about what I needed. Instead of the usual arbitrary ballpark quote other shops offer; he listened, asked a few questions, then took the time to look into it thoroughly, before giving me an estimate.The price was comparable with other shops in the area (that were already booked up), so I agreed. When I asked when was the next available appointment, he told me; if I could get it there by lunch, he d have it done by supper. I was sold!I loaded up and headed over (still cautiously optimistic since the shop where my truck was at the time was already 24hours passed the promised completion time, had not even started working on it).I arrived about 10am. Mike greeted me, walked me through the labor process, then said they d call when it was ready.Well, he must not have told the techs the same timeline he told me; because when Mike called, in the middle of lunch, I almost didn t answer.I was worried that something was wrong, the job was delayed, or that more work needed to be done. Nope, that was not the case!. He was calling to say my truck was ready to go!When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Mike explained what the problem was and that the parts were replaced and it was all fixed up.We signed all the paperwork then, to my surprise, he asked if I d like to go into the shop; so the techs could explain and actually show me which parts were broken & how they were replaced.Of course I said yes! I ve never had that level of detail with any service. Not that I knew much about anything that they showed me, I thoroughly appreciated the time the techs took to pause their day and go the extra mile to explain it all to me.Overall, I could not be more pleased with the level of service given by Mike and the entire staff at West End Auto Beaumont.I will gladly be back in the future, as well as HIGHLY recommend West End Auto to anyone needing service or repairs done.Service: Air conditioning

These guys are awesome. This is the second time I ve brought my truck to them and they ve gone above and beyond to get it done at a affordable price. Very friendly staff. Overall great group of guys. I won t bring my truck anywhere else but these guys. If your looking for a trustworthy mechanic to work on your vehicle that is affordable, look no further. This is the place. Thank you Mike for everything you and your guys have done for me! It is greatly appreciated!

They inspected and serviced the AC on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee. I already new the specific issues involved. They quoted me exactly as expected with no "extra" stuff. Gave me options to choose and took care of the job. Professional and easy to work with community auto shop without the oversold up sale tactics of some of the big "Box Store Minus-kee" places that don't offer the personal touch and interaction. My recent experience with West End Automotive on Phalan Blvd, Texas, was a mixed bag, with a few notable drawbacks despite the high prices charged for their services. Was looking for a new repair shop. Dropped my minivan off Tue morn & picked it up Wed morn. Everything was repaired & they fully explained what was done & showed me old parts. Did not try to upsell me on extra work not needed. Just used Brians Auto Repair for the first time today. Dropped my wifes 2014 Chrysler Town and Country off on a Tuesday afternoon for a flex plate replacement and it was ready Wednesday afternoon. Mike and the guys were very professional and kept the old part to show me how badly damaged it was. Quick, quality repair and the end charge was only $100 more than the estimate. Very pleased and will definately be back for my larger maintenance and repair needs in the future. Well done boys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Look no further if you are looking for somebody to do repairs on your vehicle. I can t say enough good things about Mike and Stoney. This was my first experience with using them and I will forever take my car to Brians automotive. Very kind and professional. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I m extremely happy with the fantastic customer Service I received.

I took my older vehicle in for a needed brake repair, and what I received astounded me. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful through the entire process. They completed the promised work in a timely manner--by the end of the day, and they made me aware of another problem with the vehicle, providing me with an estimate on that repair and a realistic timeline for the repair, all with no pressure. I'll definitely use Brian's the next time I need work done to a vehicle!

As a single female, I needed to find a good mechanic to take care of my auto repair needs. I found one in Mike Landry at Brian's! He and his team are knowledgeable and honest and will not add unnecessary charges. Honest and quick - completed my brake job earlier than expected. Now...that's customer service! I got a flat tire just down the block and I was in such a rush trying to get my kid to daycare. They offered to air up my tire for free and were so kind and helpful. It's been a long time since I had a good experience at a mechanics ship and this was a pleasant surprise. I live in groves but I'll definitely be back to have my car worked on.

Employee, as always, was courteous, offered easily understood explanation of what was to be done, completed job as anticipated. I always appreciate the service of taking me home and when complete, bringing the car to me so I can go pay the bill. Talk about life savers!!!! These guys were Johnny on the spot. We were traveling from NC to San Antonio and our ac went out leaving the hotel. We had a full uhaul trailer in tow and four dogs in the backseat when our ac went out as we were leaving the hotel. Called Christian Brothers in Beaumont and they were busy but they referred us to Brians and they checked it out diagnosed the problem and had fixed (new condenser) and out of there in about 2hrs. I mean these guys Stony and Mike saved the day. My four dogs werent used to the Tx heat and humidity so they were struggling and these guys came through like Superman and saved the day. Great pricing and awesome customer service!!! If you are in Beaumont and need a car repair go see these guys!!! I cant say enough good things about!!! I brought my car in to get my engine looked at after my engine started to sound strange. They were super helpful and quick in diagnosing the abnormal engine noise. They fixed it with no issues and my engine sounds better than ever.They do excellent work and I would definitely go back, but I would be careful of any extra services they might try to add on.

Mike's a master mechanic who worked at a dealership for many years before taking over for Brian when he retired. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and got the work done on my car quickly and right the first time. I would certainly go back to this shop again.

I have used Brian's in the past many many years ago. So after having auto parts stores tell me the battery had to be replaced professionally I called and got same day service that made my day. Plus he charged less for the battery then two auto parts stores? I was in an out fast so thanks he won my business now that my car is out of warranty.Service: Battery

After hitting debris and ruining my tire and struts on the highway on Thanksgiving, i took my car to Brians. Although it was 5 already and mike couldnt work on it until the next day, he completed the work very early the next day. Car runs great and Mike was super friendly. Would recommend to anyone

My Jeep had been going dead when it was idling at a light occasionally. Even though nothing would show up when it was being checked out. He was honest with me about not finding the problem and didn t charge me for something that wasn t needed. I am so thankful for his honesty!
