Super happy with my new Atlas!! Gideon was awesome to work with, got me into my car and made everything really easy. I drove from Louisiana because of the price and it was worth it! Gideon also showed me every single feature down to what gas it needed and when/how to get my oil changed, and even set up my app for me. Super happy and thankful and will be using them for my future purchases!

Valencia Rowe Is the best salesperson I ve ever worked with, no games no gimmicks and we made an awesome deal on my trade and I left in the vehicle I wanted. The process was simple, she found the exact car I wanted. If you re in the market for a vehicle, and you re not using Valencia you re missing out.

Normally I'm waiting hours for a just an oil change even when I make an appointment but this time the lady that helped me was super nice and explained everything well for me. Maybe an hour I believe my car was clean and oil change completed. Due to my busy schedule it's difficult to find time to go have my car serviced so HUGE thanks to the SATURDAY TEAM WORKING!!

Chandler was very attentive greats salesman! I love my 2021 Atlas there were no fees added to my purchase price of the vehicle! I would give 5 but financing took a while but we did go in about an 1 1/2 before closing. As well as I didn t realize how much they charged for warranties! (came out over 7k extra) I opted out too late so I m stuck with a high car note . But again not chandlers fault I was just tired and ready to go home!

super happy with my Golf R! Nick was very helpful partially negotiated over the phone, when i arrived we came together on the numbers and i drove out with the new car in under 2 hours.

Love the service and I absolutely love my car. Chandler (salesman) and nick (sales manager) worked with my budget and put me and my two little ones in a nice reliable car. Would definitely recommend anyone to go to Volkswagen Beaumont.

Above and beyond. Honestly blown away by the level of compassion, commitment, transparency, and more. They ll not only beat whatever price you get elsewhere, make sure you re driving away happy, AND take care of you if something goes wrong on your way home!Let me explain Deal was done, hands were shaken, and off I went. I was 30 miles away, loving my new car, and then flat tire. How did they respond? Well, they sent a tech out with a new wheel and replacement tire, as if it never happened. Now that s customer service! Not only will I ALWAYS get my vehicles from VW Beaumont, I ll be telling all my friends and family too. Ask for Nick or Kade, but to be fair, everyone is really great.

Just came in randomly to look and they just happed to have unloaded the car I ve been looking for. The new 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport w/tech. Nick was great, he worked us and provided excellent customer service. Most car salesman want a quick sell to move onto the next but Nick Jorgensen & L.T., the GM, worked with us. S/O to VW Bmt for making this happen. Ask for Nick J. If you re in the market for a new car, you won t regret it.

*EDITED TO ADD- As I stated in my original review down below, the owner or general manager is responding to these reviews to keep up pretenses. He responded to this review saying he would get back to me and still hasn t as of 1/7/24. Do with that information what you will.*If you are in the market for a used vehicle I would recommend steering clear of this dealership.When reading the reviews it seems the general manager, who is responding to them is inclined to help rectify any mishap.. I believe this to be just a front for their Google reviews as I reached out to him directly about our experience only for him to let me know he would get back to me, but never did.We purchased a used 2020 Nissan pathfinder from this dealership recently. They didn t tell us the key fob was faulty and not original to the car. The salesman used the key fob during the test drive, so surely he noticed it was broken. They are quite expensive to replace. That wasn t the worst of it though.During test drive my husband noticed it had a noise coming from the rear but wasn t sure if it was the way the exhaust sounded for that model, the salesman said he d have the mechanics take a look. A couple weeks after purchase, we noticed it was leaking differential fluid, that s what the noise was. It needed a rear coupling job, a major repair.I believe this company will keep you in the dark about any problems their used cars have as long as it means a sale is made. I expected better from such a big name company and I imagine you do too. If you want to purchase a used vehicle from an honorable dealership, this is not the one.

Volkswagen of Beaumont has the best customer service, they will make you feel so comfortable and I really like that they don t pressure you into making a purchase, like other dealers do. They will work with you and treat you with respect. Miss Valencia is such a great salesperson with experience and her service is top tier. I ve dealt with most of the dealerships around Beaumont and none can be compared to Volkswagen of Beaumont. If you re buying or selling your vehicle, ask for Valencia Mendez and Kade Romero. You won t be disappointed

Mrs. Deborah from the Mercedes Benz location referred me to Nick and when I tell you. It s been an amazing experience. I m so grateful for them both. Nick makes the best deals. Traded my Audi in for a Lexus. I m truly satisfied with my purchase.

I m giving an 1 out of 5 just because of the very poor Customer Service. Unfortunately the sales woman Valencia, was not very great. The sale was the only thing that was of her concern. She was only concerned that I finalized everything with her and once the deal was done she was pretty rude when I had to follow up with her. Very short and dismissive. I would not recommend or do business with this particular group of people in the future. Harry the manager was just as bad. I had to text them about refunding my holding fee although I had mentioned to them 2 times prior that I would like for my fee to be returned. He was trying to respond to another person and sent the message to me by accident and he was making jokes in reference to me. I would never send anyone to this dealership for a vehicle.

I bought a 2013 Cadillac CT6 From Mike Smith Volkswagen Used Cars in 2023. I paid the total in cash and cashier's check, so I own it free and clear. Here it is 03/24 and I did get new plates but never received the title in my name. Every time I call, they tell me I need to file for a lost title. More expense on my part for their lack of doing their business. All the other places I've bought from, I would get the title at time of purchase or within a week. I will never do business there again and I suggest everyone stay away from them. Totally dissatisfied. May just run the caddy through the front window and leave it.

Go to Nicholas 100%. Nicholas treated me with respect and made the whole process easy. I was trying to buy a EV for the last month and need to be at a certain price and Nicholas was able to accomplish that. I lived out of state which is usually never in your favor of buying a car but they made this process really easy and didn't even care that i had outside financing! If you find a car you like it will be easy to get!

Service is not really great and appears to not be knowledgeable on the vehicles they sell and accept appointments to service. Upon arrival advisor and technician discovered for an oil change, they may or may not have items needed to do the oil change, even though an appointment was scheduled in addition, to calling to confirm cost and type of vehicle- prior to - which was purchased from them. I hope it's because its early in the morning for the lack of knowledge and understanding from the services advisors at VW. Complete waste of my time.

These guys at this dealership were absolutely fantastic. They fixed my Volkswagen perfectly. They were knowledge and friendly I was updated with text messages and the car was done exactly when then said. Definitely the experience I ever had getting repairs done to any of my cars. Drove to Beaumont to do some browsing on SUV's in the area and checked out several places. Most places were a little dis-organized and didn't have the listings we saw on the internet we wanted to see. Drove to VW of Beaumont and up front was the Atlas we had seen on Autotrader that we liked from the pictures. We were able to walk the lot for about 5-10 min before meeting Zed, one of the sales people at VW Beaumont. He was very genuine and extremely friendly. After deciding to move forward we met the sales manager Logan who was willing to work with us on the price and offered a very fair trade on our used sedan. I enjoyed the straight forward conversation, down to earth hospitality and overall experience while we were here. Great team over at VW Beaumont and looking forward to a long lasting relationship. If your in the market, definitely give this place a try.

My experience with Kade was great. His customer service is top tier in my opinion. I have bought 5 vehicles and been to 10s of dealerships and this was by far the best. He answered all of my questions quickly and I didn't feel pressured at any time. It's very refreshing to find a sales person that provides great customer service and doesn't make exceptions because he/she is selling cars. I don't think I'll ever buy a VW, but I know I will come back here first when looking for my next used car.

Service:took my Atlas in for an oil change. And upon inspecting for an oil leak, noticed screw was missing from the bottom skid plate. Called them and they seemed to know which one it was.Had to drive out the next morning, and got nothing but ATTITUDE. how is it that the dealership would leave it out. How many times have they done this?Very unprofessional and just down right rude.Asked to speak to the service manager, and of course, was too busy to care.If I could leave no stars, I definitely would.Shame that you can't trust anyone these days.On a positive note, the only one that seemed genuinely concerned was the service advisor, Kayla. She took charge and made sure the issue was addressed and taken care of.

Service is not reliable or consistent. I was told my windshield would be replaced there at their glass department when they opened at 10am. That doesn't exist. I was also made an appointment for their uber at 8am. Girl arrives almost 20 minutes late to tell me she doesn't have room for me and my 2 kids. There resolution, "sorry about that".

Bought my daughter a 2022 TAOS. Head gasket replaced @ 10K miles and its over heating @ 30K miles. The dealer told me to keep a gallon of water in the car if it over heats. I cant send my daughter off to college and tell her to "KEEP A JUG OF WATER HANDY".

My washer fluid was not refilled and my tires were not measured properly. The last time I was getting service at VW of Beaumont my tires measured at 7/32 and now they are at a 8/32?? Not sure how I magically got more tread but maybe firestones are magic who knows. If it wasn t for the customer service it would have been a 1 star review. Also my tires have edge wear would have been nice to know my vehicle needed an alignment. I just don t have the confidence that my vehicle was even serviced for my 30k service which I bought it in for! How do I know if the work is done if they obviously didn t want to do the most basic parts of the servicing!

Good luck getting the service department to call you back. I called 5-6 times in the past trying to schedule some work on a used vehicle I bought from them. Ended up calling VW dealership in lake Charles and boom they answered the phone and got me set up no problem first try. Now the car needs some warranty work. Didn t even bother trying to call Beaumont dealership because I ll just go to service dept voice mail and be ignored again.Called VW lake Charles just now they answered and I m set up for warranty work. Makes me wonder how much work / money they loose out on not answering or returning phone calls.

Excellent Customer Service!! Talon and the Sales Manager were amazing! They helped me find the exact car I was looking for. They were so helpful and understanding! I would happily purchase from them again and I highly highly recommend!!!
