Definitely the go to place for anything towing related... I brought a custom job to them, explained what I needed and Brad and the guys knocked it out of the park in just a few days. Definitely some of the best service around. I Definitely recommend these guys for any and all trailer or towing needs! Even if its something custom and your not sure if they can do it, just call and Brad he will do his best to make it happen as fast as possible..

We had a U bolt break on our receiver behind our 5th wheel on I 10 while carrying a 3 wheel E bike. We made it to your place where Brandon got us back on the road. He had to get one made since there was none available. Shout out from a couple of seniors !

I dropped my brand new truck off to get a bed cover and bed liner put on only to come back to dirt all in the front and back seats and residue on my seats and door panels. When I asked the manger, Brad, why it was like that the only thing he would respond with was "do you want me to vacuum it" and that "they didn't do it". No one else was in my truck except them. The manager had a horrible attitude about the whole situation and wasn't in the least concerned about what had occurred. The worst service from a manager that I have ever encountered. I would put 1 star but they did install my accessories correctly so that counts for something. Honestly if anything goes wrong I have a feeling its not going to go well.

Somehow this place popped up for me on Google Maps and I'm in Indiana. I went ahead and called them anyways and they were still absolutely amazing with their customer service. Thousands of miles away and they helped resolve my issue in just a matter of minutes over the phone. They should be doing seminars on customer service because their secretary and the person I got transferred to were top-notch professional!

I was referred to the trailer hitch depot from the kia dealership. I wanted to have a hitch added to my kia sorento. The price quoted was cheaper than I anticipated and from what I was quoted a couple years ago. They had the parts in and my car done all within the time frame.I have since towed my trailer to Tennessee loaded up and back here to Texas no issues.

Very nice people to work with. Got my job done quicker than originally thought. If I were to add anything....I wish I had been told in advance that checks were not accepted so I could have stopped at the bank first.

My wife and I were passing through on I-10 when we had issues with our brake controller for our travel trailer. We pulled into Trailer Hitch Depot and Brian took care of us ASAP. The staff there quickly diagnosed our issue (a fried brake controller) and got us up and going rather quickly. I would heartily recommend these guys for professional, fair and quick service.

I called the location for a quote on getting a hitch installed on my vehicle. I asked for a hitch and electric to be installed on my vehicle. I was quoted $299.99 for parts and labor. I had the install completed and when I went to hook up my boat I had no electrical. I also noticed stripped and missing bolts. When I called I was told the person that quoted was new. I said I understand it happens. When returning I had to pay an additional $215.42 that was not quoted at the time of the first quote. I paid the $215.52 and not a single apology aor gesture of empathy. I had to make an additional hour trip and leave work early. Not very friendly people. I would avoid next time I need this type of service from this company.

I went there two weeks ago for a couple of bulbs on my trailer. One didn't work. I went back and some dude named Brad told me they didn't sell that bulb i said i just came teo weeks ago...he had a guy to replace the buld and charged me 45 bucks for one of the smallest bulbs on my trailer and didn't want to talk or explain y im gettin charged that much for the same thing i paid $205 for two weeks prior. he'll see me again.

The Beaumont area is fortunate to have this place. They installed a towing hitch on my camper, and did a great job. I needed it by Memorial weekend, and I had it.

Guys r great, fast and knowledgeable, prices r about 600 bucks cheaper than everyone else! Was in and out in about 45 min to install new fifth wheel hitch, highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

While helping my children improve their work situation......I was told one price...payed over the phone, because I was at work.......was charged over 70 dollars higher when I received the receipt.Called them to work out the situation and was told I was a lying.The very last purchase I will make from here.

One of the reasons I chose Trailer Hitch Depot was the great reviews I saw. However upon my visit Friday 3.26.2021 not one employee spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. Other than the young lady that waited on me and took my payment. Several male employees would walk past me as if I were invisible. Even as I walked around the store looking at the merchandise not one person asked me if I needed help.As I sat outside and employees came in and out the store not a single person spoke or said anything to me. It will be very difficult for me to use Trailer Hitch Depot for any future needs with people that lack common courtesy.

They had everything I needed to build an axel for my boat trailer in stock, the gentlemen that helped me during 2 visits was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time building an axel and he made it real easy

This is the BEST PLACE to get a trailer and especially if you need any service done to your trailer my lights were not working on my trailer and I pulled in as they were closing and they stayed late and fixed my problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I had originally gone to big Tex and they had wired trailer wrong. SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT BIG TEX.

Best price on bed liner that I could find, I dropped off my truck with them and they were done within a few hours. Very good quality work and great price. I highly recommend this business.

Called and spoke with Rose about trailer brakes and she assured me that they could do them in and 1 1/2, they exceeded that had them done in 45 minutes.

Was very disappointed in their service after the AVS window deflectors warped on my new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. They had installed them about three months prior to me taking the truck back. Took my number, told me they would check with the manufacturer and get back with me. They snarled and told me that I would need my receipt. Well, I haven't heard back from them.

They got the job done. Took a lot longer than estimated but I think the employee working on my truck quit, I watched him roll his tool box out to the street lol That may have caused it.
