Took my truck in to have them look at the damages and scheduled to bring it in for repairs a week later. Brought my truck at the scheduled time and they hadn't even ordered the parts yet. When they finally made the repairs they ended up damaging my camper several places. I understand things happen but they were going to let me drive away hoping I wouldn't notice. Also part of my tailgate that was supposed to be repaired was just bent back and left that way, still dented and paint missing. Two weeks without a vehicle just to get it back damaged and with incomplete repairs.

Damien and his crew did amazing work after my Tacoma was rear-ended. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get the truck in the shop, order the correct OEM parts, and flawlessly complete the repairs. Everything about my experience with Torres Collision was professional and easy. The facility itself is the cleanest body shop I've ever seen. Damien and Torres Collision did a fantastic job repairing my car. Damien told me exactly what I needed to do for my insurance claim. He gave me a timeline for the repair & kept me up to date throughout the entire process. His team did a beautiful job making my car look better. Five stars and I will absolutely recommend your shop to everyone who needs a body shop.

Damian took my Jeep in after a bump and run in my apartment complex left it with a scraped front driver fender. He met the deadline and exceeded expectations with the teams attention to detail. They even did some minor electrical work with my daytime running lights that would go out every so often. Can t thank them enough for their ability to take on a job and meet their set deadline. This was the first time I used Torres Collision and I have never experienced such superior service before. The whole process from drop off to pick up was outstanding. Doing my research before I decided where to take my vehicle I chose between three body shops and what stood out to me is the experience level, the google reviews, and the real life experiences I heard about this body shop. So here is another one to add to the list Mr. Martin has been nothing but kind to me from the day my vehicle was delivered to them to the day I received it back. They were in possession of my vehicle for just about a month and I was very impressed with how much he truly cared for not only getting me any answers to questions I had but keeping me involved with the entire process. That was a big deal for me and he let me contact him just as much as I needed to during the entire thing which I appreciated very much. Even now that I have received my car and if I take notice to anything that I may think isn't right he is quick to help me resolve what may or may not be a possible issue. To all the employees at Torres Collision and Mr. Martin I wanna say thank you all for bringing my vehicle back to something that I thought was a goner and turning it back into what it was the day I bought it and that I can now continue to enjoy.

Torres staff were tremendously helpful in the aftermath of the wreck of my 2015 F-250. They were accommodating, professional, courteous, and expert at their craft! I will definitely look to Torres Collision if I have another dented or damaged vehicle. Great folks!

Great customer service and quality work. When I got an estimate they gave a good quote, time to drop off, and date of completion. I would recommend this company to everyone. Their expedient service and honesty is above any company I have dealt with in this field.

Gave me an estimate for damages then they started working on it. Only after a month did they open the actual engine compartment and find 10000 dollars more of damage. If they had done this a month earlier, I could have just gotten a car instead of having to wait for this bonkers place to do their job. Do not recommend. Stay away.

Didn't finish when they said they were going to be and put my door on too tight and had a dent
