Got my oil changed yesterday and as always service was fantastic. As I pulled out of the bay my starter went out so I had to leave it over night. We came back the next day to replace starter ourselves ( which by the way we are 3 single women new to the area, so don't know any guys to call for help) and we were unable to jack up my car and get bolts lose so this awesome guy stopped what he was doing at Take 5 just to give us a hand! Kudos to this business and the great employees that work here. Thanks so much!

Had a wonderful experience at this location, i have been all over texas with good experiences from take 5 but this one was by far the best. I went in around 8am on 4/11. They were fast, efficient, and informative. They gave me a discount and very friendly! Highly recommend!

Take 5 is great! I think they do an awesome job. I will need some coupons though, as the service is fairly pricey. I get the high mileage, synthetic oil, so I m sure that is the reason. Overall, a great experience every time.

My experience went well. No complaints, I was in and out, offered a cold bottle of water while I waited. This is my go to, when I need to get my oil changed. They also checked the other fluid levels, put air in my tires. Very professional and knowledgeable!!

Mr Reggie at this location was so AMAZING!I had to come on a Sunday and he was so sweet to my 2 year old! He made sure everything was safe and ready to go before I let it move another space!I am not even from Beaumont but I will be coming back there just from his customer service! Thank you so much!

Service here is excellent and I highly recommend this station! The guys are very friendly and explain everything perfectly. My oil and filter changes only take a few minutes. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to service my vehicle here.

I absolutely loved my experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Beaumont. The workers were very nice and it took them less than 30 minutes to get the job done. It s also very nice being able to sit in your car while they change your oil.

The service was exceptional from all members of staff, especially the manager. The service was quick and efficient. After pulling b the bay, three different techs were simultaneously working on different aspects with at least one or more in the bay underneath. They worked in perfect sync and seemed to be having a good time while remaining focused on the job at hand. As a guy who manages large teams, I love to see this.In a matter of minutes I received a full service synthetic oil change, air filter change, top off of all fluids, both windshield wipers replaced and inflated air pressure on all 4 tires to 34lbs per OEM spec. The tire pressure is impressive considering the cold front that had come in the night before causing each tire to be off by differing amounts, up to 12lbs low on the passenger-side rear. Awesome attention to detail.I only used the dealership up until now. This was faster, cheaper, and with better service. I ll be going here from now on.

This is THE BEST place to get your oil change hands down. They offer complimentary waters when you pull up and they check all fluids and air filters for free while they work on the oil change. The technician explained everything to me and made great recommendations so I got what was best for me! I will be using Take 5 from now on!

I take my car and my mother's SUV here. I love the service I receive here. The staff are friendly, professional, and thorough. Oh, and the service is fast. I waited only 5 minutes before my vehicle was serviced. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Take 5 for an oil change, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Not only did they efficiently handle the oil change, but they also went above and beyond by topping off my fluid levels and adding air to all four tires. Roland's attention to detail and exceptional service made the experience truly standout. It's rare to find such thorough and customer-focused care during routine maintenance. Highly recommend!

Guys are very sweet and pleasant, but very pushy! I told you what I wanted don t try to sell me more. Felt like I was at the auction. I understand you re trying to do your job but listen to the customer. Literally went back n forth with this guy for like 10 mins. Thought I d given them a try. Will definitely not be going back.

If you re expecting fast service, do not go to this place they will literally make you wait for more than an hour and tell you after the fact that the person in front of you is getting a coolant change. Also this is the ONLY PLACE to not put my undercover on properly. Is it that hard to screw in bolts that you took off correctly? Hire someone that can unbolt something and put it back on. I know it s hard

First encounter with the business was one to remember. The First Gentleman approached with a cold water, let me know he would be with us shortly. I recently got a new vehicle and needed more info on what the vehicle needed. When I was instructed to pull inside, I was given all the necessary information for what my vehicle needed and what all they offered in addition to the oil change. They will top your oil off once, and top your other fluids as many times between your oil changes (3 months I believe). I spoke with maybe 4 different people during my time there and not one encounter wasn t pleasant! Nice job!

I had to take an old truck in for some basic stuff and these guys were awesome! They go above & beyond, there was no wait time, no appointment needed, they told me what they were gonna do before they did it & were super nice the whole time. New customer for life! Don't waste your time going anywhere else, these guys are the best!

Everyone was very friendly, but I have never had it take so long for my oil change. I go there about every 5 weeks for an oil change. This time it took almost 45 minutes once I got in the bay. This is too long. Also they did not offer to reset my oil change gauge. Luckily my wife knew how to do it. I didn't understand why someone kept going under the car to check behind the person that was down there. I know it's under new management, but hopefully they will get their act together. To me it ran smoother under the old management . I watched two cars drive away waiting their turn. One I know was there for just a recheck, I know this cause I heard them saying what he wanted. To me there are too many just standing around not doing anything. Hopefully next month it will be better.

Excellent service. Manager was very kind and through. I forgot names but everyone was so kind, friendly, and professional. Even gave my doggy some treats for the road!! Highly recommended.

This was my first time having my car serviced at Take 5 and my experience was the best. I arrived at around 6pm and I was greeted very professional and offered a cold bottle of water upon arrival. It was 3 gentleman working together as a team and they got me in and out in a timely manner. I don't remember all of their names but I do remember DeAngelo and Harlom. I'm not sure what the other gentleman's name is but they all were very professional, gave great presentation when offering new services and kept me entertained while waiting. Their customer service was superb and I will definitely be back!

They are always so friendly and professional when I take my car in. My oil change is done quickly and they always do safety checks before sending me on my way. Mario the manager was right there getting his hands dirty too. I definitely give them 5 stars for service and speed!

Okay this place was so amazing and actually so fast i was nervous at first but fr they were so fast and efficient.. they even offered military discount. they were so kind and helpful.. my car is back to happy again! Seriously 1000 times recommend

Great service once they got to my truck, took 45 mins, only one car in front of me to get my oil change and it cost almost twice as much as other places.

The customer service is great, cant lie. They just take entirely too long. I have never received an oil change in less than 15 mins. So Take 5 is misleading unless we're multiplying it by 3 or 4.

11/28/2023 - After Management contacted me I understood an issue with a specific employee and they compensated me appropriately. I changed my rating up to reflect. Thank you..Very bad experience. It was too expensive ($119) for an oil filter and oil for a 2019 Chevy Equinox. The technician forgot to put the air filter cover back wrong after I declined getting a new one. (He seemed pissed about that). When I started to drive away the car engine stopped and I had a check engine light. I pulled back around to talk with the tech and he immediately threw his hands up and repeated stated that he had nothing to do with it that I should take the car to a repair shop. Had he looked under the hood properly he would have discovered the problem but kept restating he had nothing to do with it. After the manager came out and looked at it he found the issue and corrected it but the check engine light remains. I will not be a repeat customer and will make it know about my experience because that was wrong! Sincerely, Stephen BurrillService: Oil change

My dilemma of past due oil change just after Thanksgiving prior to my 6 hour drive was resolved after locating this Take5 on a Sunday! Kaylin, the sweetest, most cordial person changed my oil/filter after presenting me with options & prices, and was completely accurate with my information. I m absolutely satisfied with the service, time, and operating hours. Kaylin is definitely an asset to this business! Thank you!
