Big shop with apparently 1 Tech for passenger vehicles. After waiting 45 minutes for them get done with an oil change on their own company vehicle, my truck was pulled into a bay. An hr later after asking what in the world was taking so long? I was told the Technician had to use the bathroom. I don t typically gripe on reviews, but was simply ridiculous waiting 2 hrs for a simple patch job with no vehicles in front of mine. Watched 4 commercial vehicles roll in, get fixed and rolled out. I won t use their services again.

These guys always take care of business. Been driving trucks for 7 years. If it s one thing about driving commercial trucks you know your gonna need tires very often. Every single time I ve needed tires or an alignment done on a heavy duty truck I ve used these guys. They have never disappointed and have always had me back on the road in no time. The staff are very attentive and friendly. You can t go wrong for your tire needs with Southern Tire.

I recently had my tires rotated and balanced. The shop failed to tighten the passenger side front wheel lug nuts on my truck after rotating and balancing the tires. Luckily I heard the noise from the wheel wobbling and stopped and tightened the 5 (of 8) remaining nuts that had not fallen off in the half mile that I had driven. The manager told me that he would replace the damaged wheel, but nothing has been done. This could have been a very serious injury.

If no star is possible this place deserves it. Bought a truck super single continental tire from this location, waited inside building to get it installed found out 2 days later that the side wall was damaged while they were put it on . The owner says he would take care of this issue as I took vehicle to have him personally look at it. Up to today nothing has been done. They don t honor their own warranty. Don t buy any tires from these people.

Came in for new tires and rotation. The tech noticed a hazard on one of tires that was about to be rotated. Good catch. And thanks for looking out.

Daughter in law has been waiting two for a simple oil change. This is poor service. I would not recommend this business.

Went to STM in Sulphur for a bent rim. They fixed it quickly and didn t charge me for it. I tipped the technician for his efforts. I would highly recommend STM for your CMV and personal vehicles.

Was on my to Houston from Florida called about 15 minutes before I got there pulled up they put my truck rite in a bay guys inside was friendly and very informative guys in the shop was very pleasant and helpful they know what they doing and take pride in there work definitely will go here anytime I'm.in the area and will definitely recommend to other drivers coming that

Bathroom air freshener way too strong. You can taste the scent, and when you walk out the scent is still on your clothes.The service was good. The wait was an hour and 43 minutes.

Great group of people. On top of saving me over $1000 on my tires they also installed my shocks and they took my Firestone card so I didn't have to pay cash and 0% interest to boot. They have earned my family's Business from here on out.

Went to the Beautiful Beaumont location for certification class. Got paid to ride to and from in a company truck and most likely aced the test. Best Friday ever.

My son and I are so glad to have found a tire shop that treats you like family. When my son went in for new tires, Mr. Dan was concerned enough about some issues to call me personally. Eternally grateful for their honesty and great business ethics. "Business earned" permanantly. Feels good to no longer "shop" our tire work and maintenance.

Second time there, Elton Oxley man of the hour, great friendly pleasant and will DEFINITELY get you fixed up,AND..the senior GENTLEMAN that changed my tire is ALWAYS FANTASTIC, and you know what..give them a tip,let them know you appreciate them He did a Wonderful service in a hot shop all day..Thank you STM Beaumont!
