Snowden Automotive is the absolute best company to take your vehicle problems to. We was traveling out of town and my husband hub bearing broke, and we stopped by there to see if they would be able to help us out and get us back on the road. And they had no problem with helping us out and got us back on the road. So if you are traveling or you just need some work done go by there and see them. And there prices are not bad at all. All we can say to them is thank you so much for helping us out and getting us back on the road, we really appreciate it

They just recently put a new motor in my husbands truck, they did an awesome job with all of the repairs & even fixed his back sliding glass that didn t even work when we bought his truck. Stephanie was amazing and did a great job keeping us informed on updates. My husband now has even started bringing his company trucks here for all work! 10/10 recommend Snowden for auto work! We will be loyal customers from here on out!!

This place is very shady and ill mannered to their employees. They put on a front for their customers but turn around and treat their employees like dogs. They cuss and scream at the mechanics and porters. Just beware of using places like this you'll notice new faces every few months for that reason. I would rather send my work or other people to a more sophisticated shop that has manners behind the closed door and actually has a track record for keeping hard working and knowledgeable mechanics.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Nice people. Needed help with my battery and they got the job done. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely go there first if I need any automobile repair services.

Asked for a simple quote on output shaft seal replacement, and transfer case seal replacements. Never got a call back. I did it myself.

I took my car here twice recently, and both times the lady at the front greeted me with a smile and was super friendly! Not only do they give great customer service, but have reasonable prices and do quality work as well. I have had bad experiences in the past with other car places so I'm sometimes skeptical of mechanics, but I trust Snowden because they seem fair and honest, and plus, now my car drives like it's brand new! Would definitely bring my car back here for work in the future.

Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. They promptly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle then I scheduled and they performed the repair.(my catalytic converter) From start to finish, the process was smooth and they did very good work. I highly recommend Snowden Automotive.

The shop is pretty fast and usually does a good job, recently after doing some engine work the shop recommended getting my brakes changed. I accepted their bid and allowed them to continue. The day before hurricane Laura I was driving to work and my wheel literally passed me on the highway. As long as the shop accepts responsibility for the damages and fixes them I would still use the later on. ***Edit the shop did fix the issue

Company stated they can not use customer supplied parts for insurance reasons. This company just wants to force their customers to buy parts through them so they can get their mark up

Very detailed with making repairs communicates with you via text/email before making any decisions. From now on I'm taking all my vehicle to Snowden Automotive they're that good.

I recommend them for all of your automotive needs. I decided to change my exhaust system to a better performance model on my mustang and they set me a appointment and had it done with in a few hours and at a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied!!

I wouldn't recommend this place, they would love to exceed even the dealership price & Rob you blind if you're ignorant & lack common knowledge of labor, I've spoken to four shops & out of all four I was quoted between $300-600 margin. Snowdon doesn't warranty their work either so if you're car gets screwed up by them they don't fix the mess they make but they'll gladly take youre money even if they damage youre car. I'm glad I didn't take My expensive car to these people.

The staff and technicians know how to treat you with a professional and positive local attitude. The shop makes you feel right at home and the services provided are simply A-1. I was given options on how to approach a problem that I was having with my vehicle, quoted a price, and given the reasons behind the price. I was back on the road very quickly after they corrected the issue I was having and I will be returning to them for future services if any more problems should come about. My exhaust pipe broke and I brought it to Snowden's. They went right to work on it and quoted me a good price. I took my daughter's jeep there to get a good overall check up since I bought it used and they found a problem in wasn't aware about and they got her fixed right up with out charging an arm and a leg. They have a customer for life!

Very pricey! The work from the mechanic person was great. I wouldn t recommend, if your don t know what you are talking about. I paid for what I didn t know and in result I recommend a diagnostic test before anything It s not there job to tell you if you don t know what s going on, they ll fix what you tell them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuningServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I definitely would recommend this place. They know exactly how to make you feel right at home. The owners are amazing people who you can tell they truly care about not only about their company, but their customers. I will never go to anyone else with my vehicle.

If you're looking for a trustworthy automotive shop to work on your vehicle, you can end your search. Snowden Automotive is the one to go to. Honest and reliable from start to finish. You won't hear the double talk to mislead you down a path of throwing dollars at a problem that doesn't exist. Give 'em a try... I think you will be well pleased with their work.

I love Snowden automotive they are great at what they do. I had to get a overall tuneup at my 100000 like Mark and found some underline problems they worked with me and got it done fast and way less then anyone else.

This is the best and most efficient repair shop I have ever used, I was quoted $1800 for the repairs this shop charged me $500 for. Best place for your automotive needs. I take my car here for general maintenance as well as installation of after market products. Staff is great and friendly and the mechanics know what they are doing!!
