First time here and Ron and the team installer both great guy and help you with any questions you have. Coming from Intoxalock and recommend smart start to anyone who is required to have it and get there install done there

I went to Smart Start on Beaumont TXTo remove the interlock off my truckThey couldn t started my truck back after 3 hours then they said I was on my ownI was like what??So I paid a town truck to take my truck to Toyota and yes, the guys who work on smart start they did something wrong with the ignition wire and guess who pay for everything??Me it s been almost 2 months now I filled a claim im Still waiting for them to call me back wich it won t never happen definitely I won t recommend Smart start at all I m very disappointed when I always paid my monthly fee

Quick and speedy. But overall money grabbing company who won t help you fix problemsEDIT: for instance watch them reply to every 5 star review and not this oneAnother edit: I appreciate you giving me the same robotic number I can find on google. Tell your credit department to answer the phone.Obviously they only decline the call so the person wanting to talk to the credit department gives up and doesn t get their problems resolved.If you truly want to help give me a phone number that will pick the phone up and talk to me

Nick and Matt very friendly and very helpful. Totally recommend this place if you need an interlock installed in your vehicle.

The guys in the shop are great. Super polite, and extremely helpful. They answered any questions I had. However one gentleman's Naruto knowledge is questionable (I told you ) lol. Overall a much less stressful experience than I was expecting.

Jim and Dylan at the Lindberg location in Beaumont, Texas are great! Super nice, know what they are doing, efficient, and no judgement. They make sure you are comfortable with equipment before you leave. Very reasonable rates.
