Was looking for a Volvo dealership in Beaumont TX, alternator was out and 6 months old batteries were fuming , this guys gave me some unbeatable prices and guys from petro which is next exit fixed me in no time2 hours later back on road

Only place around that had a turbo for a Volvo. Had part ready for us upon arrival. Went through both parts to make sure it was correct. Great service, easy to find.

I don t know how this company has 3 stars?! The worst service ever. Brought in my truck Monday morning to get my fuel injector fixed, they said will call later that day to give me an estimate, nothing happened. Next day no one called as well. Every time I called them they were on a lunch break. Took an uber, went back there, said it will take them 2 days to fix it?!?! Had no other option.. 2 days goes by! No call. Went there back, turns out they weren t able to fix it and no one wanted to call me! Instead they said there is an engine problem which will take couple of weeks to discover what s causing the problem hahaha Told them to put my truck back together the way it was and I will use different shop. Went there Friday 5pm when everybody is leaving ( should close at 5.30), and I heard in the back the manager saying to his employee pointing out a finger what a f*** is he doing here?! Tell him to get a f*** out of here . What can you say about this service people??? Avoid avoid avoid this place

The people are friendly, but it took them a week to fix the one problem my husband went in for n left out with two other problems. Nothing really major but noticeable to know it didn't go in the shop that way, but my husband didn't want to stay in Texas any longer n the hotel that they recommended had roaches .And please tell me how you have a whole building for parts n no parts,maybe they need to hire more people so they want hold up anyone else from making their money.. I understand everything takes time but damn a whole week, n another hour wait for paperwork before you can leave.

Brought my truck here for EGR issues. I keep getting aftertreatment errors on my dash. The next day tech calls tells me my injectors need to be replaced. I asked what my injectors have to do with my DEF issues. He goes on explaining that the bad injecters are causing my problems. So I tell him if this fixes my problem then fine replace them but if it doesn't I'm not paying for them to keep searching for the problem. So after I get my truck back I take a load and that night I get the same error code. Called the dealer and am told what they fixed had nothing to do with my EGR codes. I explained I didn't give the $5000 to not fix my problem and to read what I brought the truck in for. Well now they're trying to charge me to fix the problem I brought the truck in for.

Worst service ever, been bringing my truck over for the 5th time in the past 3 month for the exact same issue and they don't seem to be able to properly diagnose and solve the issue! They do figure out a way, though, to charge me top dollar for every one of these visits. Dishonest people, poor service, very bad standing behind their own ETA's. if you care about your truck, time and money DO NOT GO THERE! Don't say I didn't warn you!
