The one thing that really stood out is that even though I was just getting hydraulic fluid for our tractor, they were just as attentive to me as they were to people there looking to purchase equipment. In my book, that means a lot and shows dedication to customer service.

Called the parts department, the lady I talked too was extremely helpful, I ordered the item from them and went to pick it up and both the girls in parts were very helpful, great customer service thank you

Gerard Solano asked the proper questions and answer mine at level of understanding. Mr. Solano provided my Brother Freddie and I with a tractor that will meet our needs.After the purchase Nick also took sufficient time to explain how to operate the tractor purchased, Mr. Solano did also before . You can never receive enough information when you have no experience. On a scale 1 to 10, I rate Freddie and my experience at a 11 plus.

Almost a year ago I got a really great deal on a 5055E at Shoppa's in Beaumont. Recently, I started having problems with the machine and when I called Shoppa's about the issues, there was a service guy in my yard the next day and the tractor is operating at 100% again. Great service after the sale and great folks to deal with. Highly recommended. Go Green, Go Shoppa's.

Just took delivery on my 3038e from Gerard in Beaumont. I'm loving the tractor and had a great experience purchasing. I made assumptions that JD was out of my budget but was amazed to see the e series gave me everything I needed for substantially less money than the same class at most all other dealerships. I was able to move up in horsepower while staying under budget. I've already put a good bit of hours around the house and looking forward to more tomorrow. Thanks Gerard!

Upon pulling in to the parking lot everything seems legit as a reputable "John Deer" dealership but, after walking around looking at inventory of their side by side line up I had questions so I found myself standing in their office where I met a gentleman and I use that term lightly sitting at a desk. He ask if he could help me, he never stop up extended a hand shake and just purely acted as if he really didn't have time for me and says I'm gonna be a while before i can help you. That's fine but get me someone else i was thinking.meanwhile I've got a trailer hooked to my truck in the parking lot ready to purchase. Since obviously they don't need any business I'll take mine elsewhere. So much for southern hospitality and having a small town feel as this experience would be rated negative if it was an option... save yourself some time and do not stop. Shop elsewhere where they seem to care a little more for a new customer!

The parts department is great! The guys in the front are very helpful and give you good old school customer service. But that's where it ends!! The sales department is sub par and service department is horrible!! Low skilled workers and customer service, well there really isn't any coustomer service to talk about. If it wasn't for the parts department I wouldn't ever give them our business. I would use Fish and Still if you want something worked on, they also have a great sales department.

Went into their shop today on highway 90 in Beaumont and looked around the yard for 10 minutes or so. Found what I was looking for, went inside and all the salesman we're at their desk. A couple were on the phone. I waited and no one offered to help me. So I left and now on my way to Beaumont Tractor to look at a Kubota tractors. I could understand this if they were short-staffed but they were not. There was a salesman in every cubicle just sitting there. If this is a common occurrence I wonder how they're even still in business. The only reason I even went to this dealer is because they're endorse by the Michael Berry show. I tried to support all businesses on the Michael Berry show but I guess this one just didn't want my business.

They didn't have the part I needed in stock but got it for me to pick up the next day. Service was helpful and so nice!!

It was horrible, They would say the mower would be returned Monday and then turn around and say another day. The worst of it is when they returned the mower and it did not function due to the belt. The cost for labor was also ridiculous, The cost for parts was 115 and the cost for labor was 180. PLEASE just google how to service your mower it is a much better alternative.

went in to buy one part at the parts counter. Staff behaved aggravated to provide sales and counter service. One employee loudly criticizing another employee in my presence. I went to the dealership to ensure that I got the correct part and no surprise, had to return it as it was not the correct item. Returning the part was met with the same poor service.

Great customer service, lowes wouldn't help me with my warranty paid these guys to pick it up. Will do business with them again!!!!! Nick from Shoppa's came and picked up my mower quickly and returned my mower in excellent running condition!!!!

I've been to this place twice:-(The people (employees) are just there??? don't care if you buy or not....for a example i was looking around and no one ask me if I needed help??? so I when to them and ask them questions???? I was just better off just getting brochures and leaving... i would hate to see how their Service Department is????.. i wouldn't be going there again...it's all good....p.s. I am Vet.to..God Bless America

I have this horribly run Beaumont Texas location because they don't have a lower star option. Ever since shoppas took over from Easter Farm and Ranch the entire place has gone down hill FAST!!!!!. TOOK my machine in before Thanksgiving and had to call them myself 3 times to fond out what's wrong with it, how much to fix it, and if it was even ready. I did not get my machine back until the middle of January. Horrible customer service ....horrible repair department....I used to purchase everything from John Deere and now because of them; I will never purchase John Deere again. Kubota equipment all the way. Worst experience I have ever had bar none.

Since I got my machine from them, I tried to use it and it vibrated so bad the oil drain cap came off drained all the oil out. So, this time I went through my warranty people (LOWES) to set up a pickup and take to this same shop. I was promised by LOWES a pick up and when no one showed I called Shappa's to see what's the deal. I was told that had just got the note from LOWES and can't come get it. Luckly the service rep will try and work something to get my machine picked up today. Nothing but trouble since I bought this thing. My other machine which is a smaller machine hasn't had to go to the shop once. I guess there is a lemon in any product.Have been promised three times that my mower would be ready. They even said they would deliver to my house. Guess what "NO MOWER!" Now it will be tomorrow morning delivery. We'll see! Can't say if they do good work or not, I can't get my mower to try. I can understand if the parts warehouse sends the wrong part but come on. It's been three weeks. With all warranty work. OK, so it took longer than thought, STOP making promises and be upfront. I guess maybe because I don't have full blown $100,000 tractor, I'm at the back of the line. Don't think I'll be going to these guys again. I was thinking of retiring my 1998 Massey Ferguson tractor and thinking of a new John Deere. NOT NOW! Kubota or Branson will be my new tractor.

Sure wish I went there first before I wasted money at a mower shop these people helped me to fullest and got the right parts in no time very knowledgeable from the man that helped me wish I knew his name will be back for sure

These folks are golden. I expected to pay WAY more for my lawnmower repair. They found a way to save me over $250 dollars on a $1000 repair. Better bet I will be shopping at Shoppa's in the future!

Stopped got some parts and looked at mowers ! Found a mower in Shoppas at Shiner Texas ! This is a great place to go pick up John Deere parts and supplies !!!!

I have been trying to get mine replaced since Harvey, still no prevail,it went underwater at their shop. They must think grass quits growing. next will be my attorney, hes waiting to see what they do.
