This is my fifth time to use Safelite Auto Glass on Stagg Drive. I have to give them five stars if I could give them six I would. I know there are plenty of other glass companies out there and I've used some of them in the past. I'm sure they're all good people but Safelite takes the cake when it comes to Friendly easy to speak with staff and the most excellent service I've ever experienced. It really gives me peace of mind to know they've been around for so long and offer a lifetime warranty. Last night my daughter's car was broken into. She was so upset called me and we just took it to the shop on Stagg Drive. (Thank God for insurance even though it's costly.) They told us they would take care of all the broken glass in the car that went everywhere from the passenger front side window. Then they did what's called a crash wrap on that window area to keep the car from being exposed to the elements. This is done after all the broken bits of the window are removed and cleaned from the car. The assistant manager Andrew sent me a photo showing that it was done. Then this evening he sent me another photo showing that the car was inside for the evening. Now what can be better than that to have such personal service.... I was impressed by the amount of staff I saw when we arrived and they took the car in immediately and started to work on it because the window was completely gone. I often joke with people and tell them I'm easily amused but hard to impress. I'm impressed. Thanks again Andrew and all the staff at Safelite.

My technician was Mr. Dante. He was very informative to help us make the decision of going ahead with the service. We were nervous but he assured us that we was in good hands and we were. He did amazing work. This was our first time using Safelite. I would recommend Dante to anyone. He made sure that he took care of every detail. It rained the next day and the windshield did not leak at all. I am very satisfied with Dante s work. He is a very professional and very good with customer service. Thank you Dante again. Super helpful people....when you can get to an actual person. Their chat other is also fairly easy to work with. I got my windshield chip fixed, but it quickly turned into a ceack during the repair. Now I have to spend $1,400 for a replacement windshield.

I had a Terrible experience this pass week when the technician could not calibrate my windshield and I had to wait the whole weekend for another technician on Monday to complete the process. I was without my car. I also don't like that they stand on the edge of the car and leave mud everywhere in my brand new 3month old car! And they leave it that way. Smh!

Friendly staff. Had appointment for 1pm was close by at 10 they had no problem working me into the earlier time slot. Appreciate that so much. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks for getting the truck fixed up.

Had my truck windshield replaced in the Beaumont shop today.The service was great, the quality and workmanship was top notch. My technician Blake did a fantastic job, attention to details, very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and this location, and will be using them from now on for all my auto glass needs!

I had my windshield replaced yesterday by John Wilson. He came to my job in a timely manner, was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions very kindly. My windshield was installed pretty quickly with no issues. I would use safelite again and request that I get John for the service!

Over the years, I've had a few windshields replaced and I can say without a doubt that this establishment has been the best BY FAR. The price was excellent, the speed of the repair was outstanding and courtesy and professionality of the staff was top notch. Outstanding job, y'all !!!

Wanted $200 just to repair a small, dime sized ding in my windshield.Glad I went somewhere else!! A1 glass in Beaumont, far better!!!!

They replace my windshield and did a good job with it However, i pick my truck and was having problems with my windshield wipers. Of course they said it was no fault of theirs but it was raining a day or 2 before I dropped it off and they were working just fine.

Great service, shorter maintenance time than what was expected, and great communication. Quinton at SafeLite did an amazing job. Unfortunately my camera was damaged when my entire windshield had to be replaced, but he and his crew worked diligently and efficiently to repair what needed to be done. I give them an A+ rating!!

When I arrived at the Beaumont Safelite shop I was pleasantly greeted by a young man that told me someone would be with me soon. My appointment was for 10:30am. I arrived about 10:20. In less than five minutes Laura came out, introduced herself in a very professional manner and got my keys. A short time later she came in and took me to my truck and showed me the repair. She did a very good job. She gave me her business card which have direct phone numbers to the Beaumont shop. I was on the way out of the parking lot and looked at my watch, 10:39. All the employees I encountered were courteous and accommodating. Laura was the star for me. I would recommend this business.

Originally they said it would take 3 hours. When I took my car in they said it would be 90 minutes. It s in a shopping center I figured I would just wait rather than finding a friend to pick me up. I got a coffee, went into a dollar store, and noticed I missed a call from Safelight. I called back and they said they were finished. It took about 15 minutes. I love the way they pulled that off!

I made an appointment online to have my windshield replaced. Jeff showed up when he said he would and was done replacing my windshield in under an hour! It s supposed to rain tomorrow and I didn t have time to go get new wiper blades but he had some that would fit so he added them to my ticket and installed those as well. He was super nice and did beautiful work. Definitely recommend using them!Services: Auto windshield replacement, Wiper blade installation

Taken my car here to get Windshield fixed upon Appointment and on the day of Service , the Technician tells me that the replacement windshield has a scratch on it and asked me if they take off 100.00 ? Refused and set another appointment and had no service again , only to be to told that the new glass had another scratch it! By this time I just given up and had taken my car to someone else! Hopefully they will get it together!

Made an appointment online 1 week in advance and already paid for my windshield, got the conformation information and showed up to my appointment on time. Was told when I got there that I should have been called the day before to reschedule due to the glass being broken. Which I understand but I never received a call, text or a voice-mail in regards to my appointment. Then was told it had been rescheduled to a date and time that wouldn't even work for me. It was easier to just cancel than wait another 3 weeks to get in.

Has to take a Friday off because it was there only appt that week. Drove from Jasper 80 miles away. Get there and oh sorry we don't have your windshield. No biggie they said, just take another day off so we can fix our mistake for you. . Didn't offer any discounts and didn't really apologize for the screw up. Worst service ever.

First time I brought my vehicle in to be serviced, the replacement windshield they were going to place on my car had a large scratch on the windshield. So they alerted me to tell me they would need to reorder the windshield and that the service was not done that day. Okay thanked them. Kind of a pain. Rescheduled. Took off work again. Second time to bring in my car to get the windshield fixed I dropped it off, not even 15 minutes later I get a call that the windshield they ordered is the wrong one for my car. Very irritated at this point. Going to a different windshield replacement company. Will not be using Safelight again.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Scheduling with these ppl has been the worse experience of my life!!! when I say the complete disregard and lack of customer service is an understatement! STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME. I attempted to schedule the first time and apparently the technician George was a no call no show. After I took the day off from work I was not notified of this until AFTER 4P. The lack of consideration and professionalism is beyond words. I just got a little girl to 'Apologize' and reschedule. Ok fine! I get times are hard finding good staff. Fast forward to today on my "rescheduled appointment" I get a text from the famous George saying he can't do it because it's a Mercedes with a "lol" at the end of his text message like its some kinda cute joke! wow! again another work day loss and dealing with these unprofessional people. Unless you want to stress out and get ridiculed by mediocre technicians just stay away. Try Binswanger instead!!

I ve used this company for 10 years in 3 states. I ve never had trouble until living in the Beaumont area. There is no customer service. They only have an automated phone system. Their emails bounce back. Their mobile service techs are not helpful. Their online submission just kept spinning. I will find another company.
