Was able to fix two chips that Safelite wouldn t do because of a large crack that was not even close to the chips. Glad they could repair to extend the time from having to replace. Great service and patience working with Allstate to get it covered. Many thanks! PS Website says they can fix cracks up to 24 inches. I wish I would have known that earlier!

Larry Williams was so professional, patient and kind. We ran into some issues with the insurance company but he handled it with class and got my windshield fixed all while taking care of two other customers at the same time! David W did an amazing job, I drove through on multiple occasions and he has done great every time. He has fixed up multiple bullseye rock chips in which he was very informative about, and he also fixed my 20" crack to where it was barely disable and survived a 2500 mile road trip without running. If you come in and David is there, you are guaranteed the best possible outcome

David is amazing! He was friendly and professional. He fixed a huge star shaped crack in my windshield.. now you can t even see it unless you re looking for it! Seriously shrunk it to a pinpoint. Also, the sign said they open at 10:30, but I was waiting in the parking lot and he opened early so I didn t have to wait any longer. It took him less than 10 minutes to do the work.Service: Auto glass repair

If you need your windshield repaired you need to go by and see Gabriel Broom! He did an awesome job this past weekend repairing a crack in my windshield that other places had refused to touch. He was very professional and speedy. He made sure I understood what to do and not do while the windshield repair finished curing before I left. WoW! Is all I can say about Patsco and David!Drove up shortly after 10 AM and was greeted by a warm smile. I showed David where my issue was and he said "not a problem" all the while still smiling. I felt very comfortable sitting there. He repaired my windshield crack in less than 15 mins!!! I could hardly see where it was! I'm so impressed!I will be back if ever need be and I will refer my friends and family!Ppl save your time and money w/these other glass places and make the drive to Patsco. I went to get a chip repaired from David at the Parkdale location. He warned me that the type of chip I had might not repair cleanly. Darrin was super nice and respectful. His steps of service was perfect. Best costumer service I have had in my 22 years of living. He took his time and My windshield crack looks invisible. The repair was very quick and professionally done. I was explained the do's and don't for the next 24hrs after the windshield repair. David was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again. The 1yr warranty is a good bonus.
