Great company, Brian and Chris are always helpful and keep this shop running well. They service our company vehicles and I can not say enough how easy they are to do business with.Free car wash with every oil change, Wednesdays are senior discount day, and veterans get a discount every day.

Honest straight forward people, I needed a favor from Dallas, Texas and this shop owner and his family went out of their way to help us. I am a dealer in Dallas, Texas. I was in the Automotive Lube business in the prior years. You don't find people who go out of their way to help you, especially family owned companies! They will earn my business in Beaumont, Texas if I ever have any mechanical issues going forward! I assure you that. very knowledgeable and honest honest company!!!!

Paul and his gang are fantastic. He runs a tight ship at P&M. Techs are apparently very well trained and quality control is top notch. They make you feel like part of the family... And the free car wash at Baybright is the icing on the cake!

I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I love it! This place has great employees and they always check everything in my car!! They check all the fluid levels and make sure everything is working fine! No other mechanic shop I ve been to does this! They are ALWAYS quick and efficient! Never spent more than 30 minutes here and the employees are always friendly! And you get a free car wash with anything you get done! I recommend this place to anyone! I have been coming here for years and I enjoy the friendly staff & their awesome car-wash coupon when purchasing oil changes. Amazing & knowledgeable staff that will not only solve the issue with your vehicle, but will offer recommendations in terms to if there are any parts on your vehicle that may need to be changed soon. Amazing experience & I will definitely come back for my future visits. Highly recommend!

The only place I will go for an oil change. They provide the best service of any shop and they have the best value for the price. They don't just change your oil. They check all fluids, filters and tire pressure. They even give you a free car wash and vacuum service with the oil change. The owner is awesome and the employees are amazing! Don't trust your car with anyone else! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I was really pleased at the fact that they still had somebody there to do state inspection. Everywhere I went before they stopped doing state inspections at 4:00 or earlier than that. I live in Hillister Texas but work in Beaumont till 5:00 so trying to get anything done after I get off work was a hassle. What also was great about visiting this lube shop was that before I could even get out of my car someone came to me and asked how they could help me... Now that's customer service. I think I will be using them for other needs in the near future. Great job guys! If y'all want quick and friendly service this is the place to go.

Very impressed with the service at this location. I was met outside of my car by an attendant as soon as I got out. They were busy but still able to service my vehicle within 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

There is a reason this place has such high ratings! I have been coming here since I ve gotten a car to get my oil change and inspections! They are quick and nice and straight to the point. Highly recommend! They are quick and efficient. Their prices are more than fair. And most importantly, they are knowledgeable and honest. Service was fast. I usually go to Classic Chevy to get an oil change but this time around I couldn't get anyone on the phone so I could make and appointment. While I was scrolling through fb someone in a local group asked if there was somewhere they trusted for oil changes and this place came up multiple times. So I got up early and decided to give it a try. Service was great. I went in and they did my oil change in less than 20 minutes. Also when I went to pay he thoroughly explained everything they did to my vehicle, all the fluids they checked and I even got a free car wash. They definitely gained a new customer.

This is my go-to spot for oil changes. It s quick and easy and the people there are great. They re also great for quick state inspections. There s an air conditioned lobby where you can wait while your car is worked on. Each oil change comes with a free car wash as well, which is a great deal!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is a great place to get an oil change. Every employee I have interacted with over the last 8 years has been kind courteous and helpful! They are quick and efficient! They always do a good job whatever I need them to do. Of course the added bonus is that you also get a ticket for a free car wash down the road! Who could complain about a deal like this! I recommend it to everyone I know!

Went in to get my car inspected; was a little hesitant, as I am new to this community & didn't know where to go. I chose this place according to the reviews posted. Went in around 9:30 a.m. & it was a tad busy. Someone came out & offered help immediately & was very polite & courteous. When I checked out the gentleman behind the counter was also very polite & courteous. It appeared that even though they were busy, they took the time to explain things & were attending to people as they came in. Although I did not get any work done, I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was very welcoming! Thanks!

Really fast service here. Staff is pretty friendly too. I will say that sometimes they have claimed to top my fluids but come to find out I'm out of washer fluid... Not a huge deal so I come back anyway since it's quick. Small, or dare I say tiny, waiting area but at least you won't be waiting long. Full oil change usually comes with a free car wash from baybright down the road so that's a plus.

This is the second time I have felt the need to give these guys a 5 star review. They continue to go above and beyond. Took my truck in for inspection and the manager came out and was able to use his expertise and fix my third tail light so it lit up properly to pass the inspection. Hands down best service around.

I live in Mid-County and still drive out here to get my oil changed. Service is great and the people are super nice and helpful.It's in a very convenient location, close to a few of my favorite eateries.My only complaint, but it is one that most oil and lube shops share, is that the waiting area is cramped and on busy days I usually have to stand outside. This is not enough of a problem for me to knock the rating down though, as the service and speed more than enough make up for it.

I came in today to get oil changed. They asked about wiper blades and filters. Those things were on my forgotten to do list to replace. I'm glad they asked because I wasn't even thinking about it. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. They are the only ones I'll trust with my car for oil change. Plus the free car wash is always a good thing! Excellent service and friendly employees! Keep it up Brian!

I had the best experience this afternoon getting my truck inspected quickly. Brian was so quick to help me and very understanding of me not wanting to take my daughter out in the cold. He went way beyond what I expected from a typical oil change and inspection shop.Brian, I'm eternally grateful for you helping me fix my front bumper.

Just had both of my cars serviced here, and the service and speed were excellent as usual. Brian who runs the front was courteous and did a great job of explaining in detail what was done on both vehicles. HIGHLY recommend this place.
