They are a first class joint with very friendly and competent staff members doing great work.I had to wait a while to get my new windshield because my car is not that common, but once it came in, I got a quick appointment and within a couple of hours my ride was ready to roll.I had been looking on the internet to find a windshield and the cheapest price I found was almost $400 plus shipping from Colorado, and it was used. New ones locally were from $875 to $1600 at the dealership.Even if I bought the used one, I still would've had to pay for it to be installed after paying for shipping.Valentin the owner only charged me $550 installed. Plus he installed a new part for the handle on my back door that had been broken at the carwash.Altogether it was the best place that I found to get my windshield installed especially with the electronic sensors that it has.I would definitely recommend these guys if you need anything to do with the windows on your ride. Great people, great price, and great work. These days it's hard to find any of these three things in one place. They get 5 stars from me.Even after going through a carwash and a day when it had rained, no leaks, no problems.Great job guys.Richard Ellis

A new found "gem" of glass work and Ceramic window tinting! Replacing my windshield was not a chore for them.The meticulous talent of the young lady doing the tinting is Outstanding! I would definitely go back when there is a need for tint, again!

Very friendly, knowledgeable place was surprised how quickly got my ordered placed. Had an accident on friday where my hood didnt latch all the way and shattered it, found thier info Saturday and ordered the windshield and Monday morning dropped car off, walked to taco place a block away and by time got back was done. Even made it to work on time, took all of 30-40 mins. Way cheaper and faster that safelite. The real winner here is another reason why I went with them is that they were open saturday and the office team was friendly and ready to help with my situation.

It s been awhile since I ve been here, but have gone here twice in the past.These guys are the fastest and least expensive around, forget Safelight with their ridiculous prices and loooong wait times.Navarro s gets you in and out in about 30 minutes, at the least expensive price around.

Man, can you say quick. I wasn't two feet in the building, and the keys were out of my hand, and a tech was already driving my car into the shop. Very professional and friendly staff. Great prices and clean work.

I have had a windshield put on my truck and then a passenger window on my son's car. They were very fast, and did a great job. Much better price too!

Needed a replacement window. Was directed to Navarro's by my son. Amazing workmanship, and fast. Family owned business with good work ethics and honesty. They do take insurance. Another place quoted $800. And another place nationally advertised could not get the window for months. Claimed backlog. Navarro's had this one in stock.

I called about 15 businesses in Lake Charles and Beaumont area to get windshield replaced on my semi truck. Got hit by a rock and it was risky to continue my trip. Most of the glass places offered me appointment in about 7 days. I called Navarros about 5 PM and by 9 AM the next day I was back on the road with new windshield installed. Thanks to these guys I should be able to meet my delivery dates. Great people, great service, great price . Thank you so much !

They did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my GTI a few years ago. The price was very reasonable and they installed it in less than an hour. The reason why I'm writing this review now is because my rear view mirror fell off today and I didn't know how to put it back on. I drove to their shop and one of the employee glued it back for FREE. Now, that's GREAT customer service! You guys just won a customer for life!Service: Auto windshield replacement

This company is so great. Called in December 2020 tom get my windshield replaced. They did it between the day after Christmas and New Year's Eve. This business was super friendly and easy to deal with. Told me I could come up and I d be out within an hour and they were right. Barely got through an episode of the price is right and they were done! Had a back rear window replaced from theft. Definitely helped turn my week around. Oh and they were almost 65% cheaper than everywhere else. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love the quality work and friendliness of everyone here. I have came here on multiple occasions over the years and I get the same 5 star treatment and quality work every single time. My car windshield was shattered by dump truck. I had to use their choice in company to have it replaced by the company. But.... I would definitely recommend this place. I was expecting to be there for 2 hours like the lady over the phone told me but I showed up early and I was out in an hour. Very nice people and awesome quality! Very professional

This place is fantastic, they got me in last minute on a Saturday morning. Had me back on the road in less than an hour. Good quality work and the price point was below other places. Would highly suggest for any auto glass work.

The rear window regulator and motor of 2005 Honda Accord became weak and didn't want to roll up properly. The staff at Navarro was able to schedule a quick diagnosis and replacement at a great rate. Outstanding customer service!
