This review is not about workmanship but about the misogynistic and disrespectful ways to treat a woman. My wife dropped off my truck for a front end alignment and before it was done she was informed that it needed new tires. She refused since the tires were less than 2 months old. Come on Modica, was it because you thought you could take advantage? You will never see our business again.

Yesterday I went looking for a place that could put on brake caliper covers. I ended up at Modica Bros and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Even though they had not put on covers like mine, they figured it out how to install them. The covers look great. I want to thank the staff for sticking to it and delivering great customer service.

Had a leak in my tire and was losing air from my tire pretty fast. I showed up at 5:25 apologizing for showing up late but I had just gotten off work and was trying to get the leak fixed before going out of town for my birthday tomorrow. Jared Meaux said he'd get it taken care of and within 10 minutes, my tire was fixed, the crew was done and wishing me a "Happy Birthday"!Customer service was outstanding, even though I showed up minutes before closing.I will absolutely recommend to friends and family!

The service and treatment I received at Monica Bros was a refreshing change. In my experience a single woman is considered prey at most auto repair business. I found them to be personable, attentive and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to service my car in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reasonably priced auto repair business.

Jared at the store on concord exemplifies the meaning of customer service. What a pleasure it was having you take care of my tire issues. As someone who was in the dealership service department for 46 years I sincerely wish my employees would have risen to your caliber! Great Job!!

This place made my day. They were so very welcoming. Came in from Georgia, had a Football tournament in Dallas, then we came to Beaumont to spend Christmas with my Dad. Of course my tire picked up a nail along the way. I was headed to another shop I had found online, I passed this one on the way, but I turned around. So happy I did. They plugged the tire like I asked, but I honestly think they checked and made sure all tires were okay, before getting on the road. (No charge)They truly wanted to make sure my son and I were safe going home. I want to say Thank you so much. We made it home with no problems. This little act of kindness was such a blessing. Needless to say when I come to visit I know where I will be stopping for service.Thank you again and continue being blessed.

I usually have a good experience here but, this was not a good visit. The lady at the register proclaimed several times that she could not understand what I was saying. She said this multiple times in front of other workers and customers. It was a very horrible and disheartening experience, being that I am from Europe. i asked her to check my previous records in her computer system and she responded that ....she cannot remember everything. she made me wait 4 hours for a 50 minutes job. Even customers who came later were served before me, it was humiliating. A very racist and insensitive attitude, I found out that there are previous similar incidents at this store. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I advise others "who are not from this area" to do so as well.

I want to give this place 5 stars because I love the ppl in the front, but I've been unhappy with a few of my visits. I've had to ask to have the maintenance light turned off and I feel like it should have been done. They never use the seat/floor covers and my steering wheel and seat always gets dirty/dusty/oily. Also, if I'm paying for the tire rotation I shouldn't have to ask. It should be offered. They could have aired up the tires as well.

Maryanna and her team are THE GREATEST. I had a HORRIBLE experience trying to get my brakes serviced at Classic Chevrolet. They had me without a vehicle for 3 days and had not even looked at my car! I brought it to Modica Brothers and they were able to get me fixed up in half a day for $700 LESS than what Classic was going to charge me. The parts also carry a lifetime warranty with the exception of the rotors which have a 2 year warranty. They have a new customer for life! If only we had more business like this one. Thank you, Modica Brothers!!

Excellent service and extremely nice, professional and helpful employees. I had toorder the tire I needed and it was there the next day. I also needed a better route to the beaches south of the area and they helped me find a way that avoided the heavy traffic in Houston.

When you have closing time posted and it says 4 pm on the door and you go in at 335-340 with an empty shop and need a patch and they tell you they're too close to closing to help you, then that's not customer service. That's ridiculous. I get it's a Saturday, i had just gotten off work myself. But i worked til the job was done. Not taking away from their quality of work when they serve you but i didn't get that chance.

Love this place! They are all so friendly. I brought my van in for an oil change and didn t have to wait very long at all. I had my three year old daughter with me who s usually very fussy when we have to sit and wait but she couldn t stop smiling with Jason playing and joking with her. I ended up bringing my husbands truck the same day and it was just as fast. I would highly recommend calling before you go. They have no problem telling you if they are super busy. That way you won t have to wait long or you can make arrangements otherwise.

Just pulled into the Concord location with our fifth wheel that we had a leaking tire on. We felt it was the valve stem, and after Salvador pulled it and checked it, sure enough it was! Salvador and Jason at the front desk were absolutely amazing and professional. Did not even charge us! Had us in and out quickly! We love Modica Brothers and have used them for years... our parents began using them in the 70s and we are still using them today! Exceptional customer service! Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen!

After three trips to have my tire looked at with the roadside policy, I gave up because no one would even come to the counter and wait on me. I bought a full set of tires a little over two years ago. After rude service and no service, I went to Discount tire and found out my tires are five years old and I was driving with steel belts coming through! After doing business with this hometown company for 40 years, I won't be going back! And I'm spreading the word around our hometown on the sleezy business practices. One customer will tell ten customers about bad service, I've already personally told about 100! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but if you're a woman, forget about this place.

Always excellent service. Late on a Friday just before closing, I roll in there with a flat. They got right on it and found a bolt I had picked up somewhere. Would not let me pay them a cent. Thank you for many senior citizens who really appreciate prefessional help.

Jason was very helpful with my choice for new tires. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a specific tire but did show me the pros and cons of each brand that I was considering. I will definitely go back in the future.

I needed an oil change and couldn't get an appointment with the dealership so I decided to give Modica Brothers a try. I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service I received! I can't believe how quickly they worked, on a Saturday afternoon no less. I will definitely return!

I came in and told them my truck was pulling hard to the left , they fixed a flat reset my tire monitors so they would read right on the display and rotated my tires No Charge ! I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks Modica bros !

This is one of the most TOP quality automobile service shops in Beaumont Texas! Highly recommend for tire patches, tire replacement, oil changes, alignments any other automobile service you can think of! The guy at the front desk (J.R) is very kind & very attentive, the work crew is also very efficient & kind as well. I look forward to letting them handle any further automotive issues I may have in the future. Great prices and quality service you won t find many other places!

Too busy for paying customers. I show up at 9am, and am told there is a 4 hour wait. I ask if I can leave the wheels I'm having installed, start the ticket and return in 4 hours when they are ready. "No, we do not take appointments".Ready willing and able to pay you, you already admit you WILL have time in 4 hours but you refuse to accommodate the fact that you have a 4 hour wait and instead insist in holding the vehicle hostage leaving the customer to have to Uber their way home and back again.I'm sure someone will tell me to contact their PR guy. That doesn't help me get my wheels installed when I work 60 hours a week and don't have the option of showing up at 7:30 am on a Tuesday morning. I will go somewhere else.

Stopped in on a trip to Florida due to front tire leaking. They took our car in and fixed it in less than 15 mins. Absolutely wonderful service and great staff. Everyone there was so wonderful and friendly. Thank you Modica brothers for being there and helping us when we needed it!
