All the staff members are freaking awesome even got a phone call from a staff member wanting to know how satisfied I was with there service I really appreciate the service I got and the friendliness of everyone

Just don't with a BMW. They couldn't get the alignment right, and when I called they were rude. Now having to replace a tire because of a bad alignment and I just was sick of dealing with it.

Fast and friendly but a bit pricey. Had 2 tires mounted and balanced. My only gripe is that the valve stems didn't even match each other, and they were over inflated.

Got two tires... made it there when they opened.. they had a few people there and they had to get my tire from another store... they did it fast.. he gave me a time and called me before that... great value on tires also both tires with installation was very comparable to other places maybe a lil cheaper

I have been buying tires here for nearly 30 years and the service and quality work is second to none. I have done lots of mechanic work myself and they have always been honest and haven't tried to sell me any unnecessary work like some other places do. When you can trust a place, that is priceless! If all business were like this, the world would be a better place. The staff and workers take pride in their work.

Came in because my wife's vehicle had a front end issue discovered when the front end tires were replaced. Although they were busy they quickly greeted me and discussed the issue. They said they could check it out for free which was way better than any other place I had visited.. so I had them check it out. Turns it the front end was out of alignment and could be fixed. Also discovered a brake line leak that was quickly fixed while doing the alignment. Although busy they kept me informed and got the vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. Thanks.. first visit to this location but not to the company.. great company to use. Will continue to use them for my car maintenance.

I was told there were three people ahead of me, and it should only take an hour and a half for everything to be done. I was their 3+ hours, and they never even started on my car. I eventually left and went down the street. Most of the workers were just hanging out. One even asked for some of the food I had delivered. If it's gonna take longer than expected please communicate with customers. That's the best business practice you could have. Too bad ray retired.

Needed brake lines a few months ago. Brake lines turned into all out brake calipers and parts. Left there with a new squeal that they said I would have to get new rotors and pads for. I took off front pads myself and greased them and reset. No more squeal. Later now heard a bad noise when reversing and applying brake. Found they never set the pad in the glide properly causing the piston to push on the pad and bend the back while cracking apart the pad itself. Great job by so called mechanics. This is the simplest of repairs to make and they even failed on that.

Went for alignment, was in/out so fast no time to finish my water! Amazing friendly service, technician and customer service guy remembered us from last time!Can t recommend highly enough. Get it done right the first time!

Took my Cobra replica in for a front end alignment, where Goodyear tire and alignment, and A Line Front End & Brake Services, said couldn't do it for one reason or another.They got er done, done deal, thanks Doc!!

Mr. Ray is a gentleman, polite and he knows a lot. He will take the time to answer all your queries till you are satisfied. They are not going to overcharge you for any work. They will also let you know what are the key things in the car you need to fix and get on rolling.Took my car for alignment and tire change.

Had a nail in my tire and drove in with a complete flat right before closing and I asked the manager if they could help me out and he stayed a little late past closed to fix my tire and then didn t even charge me anything for the repair! I 110% would recommend Monica bros for any and all needs and will be using them again

I've had some issues with service at the Washington location. Recently it was an issue with tire wear. I assumed I needed an alignment, but it ended up being worn out suspension parts. All they did was the alignment and sent me on my way. Plus I had slow leak in a tire they could not seem to find. Tires I bought with a warranty from them. Uli did get the leak fixed at a different location.

Highly recommend this shop! I was on a long roadtrip (day 1) and something felt not right in my tires . Called these guys, they said to bring it in and when I asked if it was safe to drive to the shop they assured me that if I didn t make it they d come rescue me. Was able to get right in, needed two new back tires, was back on the road in a little over an hour. Super friendly, knowledgeable and explained what had happened. Will be back if I m ever in the area again!

I like this store. They treat me right and do great work. I always get the road hazard on my tires and it makes keeping them rotated and balanced so much better. There may be cheaper ways to go but, you don't get this kind of Class A service.Thanks, Modica at Washington & 11th.!

RECENT UPDATE on 11-10-2020Got the wheels alignment walk-in appointment right after they opened in the morning at around 7:45 am. They had 3 car repairs due from the previous day before my appointment schedule and assured me that it s gonna take about 3 hours. They made me wait for long 5 hrs and when I got back there they were telling me to wait another 1-2 hours!!!I m pretty sure they have taken care of other customers by illegally cutting off my appointment schedule!THIS IS COMPLETELY INSANE AND DISHONEST!I got super frustrated on their misbehavior and dishonesty! I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there and wasting your time, money, and energy!Lowest possible customer service ever!!!

Let s just say they definitely do not follow through or complete the appropriate work. My car just hung out in their parking lot for an entire day instead of being worked on. When I called to check on it, they didn t even know where my keys were at. When I spoke them at the end of the day in person, they definitely were not concerned or not alarmed with the entire situation. They were actually pretty laid back; as if the work being paid for to do was actually a hassle or burden on them. I tried working around them since the beginning, being very understanding and patient man. Both times, not even remotely satisfied.

Get ready to wait. Every Modica Brothers I ve been to I ve waited for hours for a simple fix. It been like this the past couple of years and wish they speed up the process. Update: So far I ve been waiting over 4 hours for an alignment. My vehicle still isn t in the shop. Update: Going on 5 hours my vehicle still isn t in the shop. I spoke to the front desk and all they want to do is argue with you. Update 6 hours and my vehicle still isn t in the shop. After almost 7 hours later they are finally bringing my truck in to the shop. Wow.

We came in to have a screw removed from my tire and were told it shouldn t take long. Unfortunately, we were there 2 1/2 hours and the most frustrating part is that I finally went to the counter for an update and my keys had been sitting on the counter. It turns out, the young man that did the work had put them up there about 30 minutes prior, but no one checked the ticket. I will day this is not the normal experience and they are always very polite, but this occasion could have gone better.

My first bad experience with this company. There was oil or grease on the door, floorboard, and the passenger leather seat. I have no idea how it wasn't noticed?I had a radiator leak that I thought was my hoses. Thankfully Modica Brother's diagnosed the real issue. They replaced the radiator, hoses thermostat and an oil change for just over $400.00. That's an incredible price. I do have some things I'm disappointed in but I know they will make it right when I bring back.

Waited about 10 minutes and then my car was taken back for oil change and tire rotation. My wait after was around 30 minutes which was pretty fast considering they had a full lobby! I always have a great experience, friendly atmosphere as well!

Excellent service even on a Saturday. The employee who waited on me was attentive, knowledgeable, informed, and empowered to make decisions. I was in and out in no time and got a really good deal. I would recommend Modica Brothers!!

Awesome people! Had to make an emergency stop due to a/c not cooling. We were in and out. Answered their phone quickly and very knowledgeable of surroundings. We found the place with their directions. Such nice peeps we even left there with a flower from them. Thank you! Keep up the great customer service!

Talk about Texas hospitality!! The staff at this location went out of their way to take care of an issue we had on our fifth wheel trailer when traveling through Beaumont. We were in and out in less than an hour on this busy Saturday morning. We truly appreciate them being so accommodating and getting us back on the road quickly!

I go here for much more than tires/ wheels.... if it's not major engine work they normally can take care of it, and the turnaround is pretty quick.
