First, I would like to thank you all for servicing my car. The customer service was outstanding! The price was right! The turnaround time was expeditiously smooth! You went above the call of duty as far as replacing my windshield wipers and door handle covers that I totally did not see coming. I'm not one to leave a review until I've had more than one experience with a business. My vehicle has had routine service and major repairs done with Mercedes Service LP. I became a customer here after having negative experiences with Mercedes dealerships. My husband Anthony took care of our vehicles but he passed away in September of 2021 and now I'm doing it alone. From my experiences, there is truth in what's said about some mechanics trying to get over women because many of us aren't mechanically inclined. I experienced this at the Mercedes dealership in New Orleans. I was blessed to have a son who got a second opinion and prevented a bogus repair that was never going to be performed on my vehicle. And someone went through my locked glove box, found my debit card and $300 worth of prepaid phone cards were purchased that I had to dispute with my bank. They were contacted. I had another negative experience with the Mercedes dealership in Beaumont. I took my vehicle there for service B. My vehicle was fine when I took it for service but a pipe was cracked when my vehicle was there. The engine light came on when I left. I contacted the Manager of the service department and explained what happened and he asked me if I had proof that his service guy did it? The issue was never resolved and I was stuck paying for the the service B, charged for a keyring that I never asked for or received. I was responsible for repairs to my vehicle. I no longer trust dealerships! That's how I found Mercedes Service LP who made the repair. The guys at Mercedes Service LP is polite, professional, courteous, and honest. They will bring the damaged part for you to look at and explain what it is and the cause of your problem. And with a proper notice they will accept and inspection your vehicle the same day. Really loved my experience. We had a fairly complicated problem. They diagnosed it quickly. They were clear, and really upfront about pricing, and even offered to stay after hours for a bit when we were desperate to get the car and were worried we couldn't make it by 5pm. I appreciate all the technicians at Mercedes Service, L. P. Every tech will always be honest and go above and beyond for their customers. Picking vehicles up, dropping customers off, and taking the time to explain to the customers on what is going on with their vehicle. I have had my vehicle worked on here and I have worked with this business for almost 8 years now and I highly recommend Mercedes Service, L.P. to those who want to have their vehicle worked on by honest, genuine, and caring individuals when it comes to maintenance and safety when it comes to your vehicle. First time I brought my 2014 BMW X5 in for a valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket, and oil cooler gasket replacement. They gave me a fair price, less that what the dealership was going to charge, and they delivered the car back to me prior to the day they promised. Very honest and professional mechanics at this location. I plan to bring my vehicle to them to replace my transmission fluid, which I have 80K miles on.

Friendly service, family run business with knowledgeable certified technicians. I scheduled my SL500 for service. They picked my car up and even took care of my inspection and washed it before returning it to me. I've received this same top notch service for the past 20 years. I'd never go any place else.

I've always had a great experience and very satisfied with the my mechanic John Rugg. Their willingness to work with the customers, says a lot about this company. Well, not one, but TWO Mercedes dealerships tore up the trunk of my convertible (2005 SLK 350), and the last dealership returned it to me last Friday with a four-inch gap in the trunk with a broken trunk lock AND the check engine light on. On Monday, on the recommendation of a friend, and at the point of despair, I took the car to Mercedes Services LP. When I picked it up Friday, they had 100% resolved every issue with car, plus some I had not even brought to their attention. The dealerships were completely unable to diagnose and repair the damage they caused, and these folks restored the car to new mechanical condition from the engine to the trunk. I had lost all hope over the last four months dealing with the dealership, and was so overcome that there is still help out there that is so above and beyond that I actually welled up with tears of pure dee gratitude. They should call themselves "miracle workers", because that is exactly what they are. Blessings of all good things to these outstanding folks.

Worked with me on a repair, every thing was great. This is a much better alternative than the dealer. I had a great conversation with Michael about an old BMW, and everyone was very helpful. If you have a BMW or Mercedes in southeast Texas, take it here!

Just dropped my m3 off this morning. Very friendly, garage full with hot rod stepside, too fuel drag car, sn95 drag/street mustang, 69 z28 and run of the mill 3 series in yard with a few other sought out 90s versions

I am using them last 5 years, for Oil changes, Today I Visit because my Mercedes SLK 06 A/C not working, They Est. $1436.46 for replaced Compressor, and charge me $200 for Scan for Code, check Freon and reset Computer, I was watched them they have not done anything same time I made call to Mike Smith they told me for diagnose A/C is free of charge hmm.. also I told them last time they did not close bottom cover of car so they zip tie place on nut because they do not want put car on rack really.. , after I gat repair cost I tuck my car for 2nd thought to Scott s Imports on Collage he say you low on Freon you compressor working just fine, only cost me $81.69 for everything, after fix my car I came back and show to Owner of that place they my Compressor do not need change he could not see in my eyes, 2 year ago i gat replace my battery that battery was not made 11 month so I ask them take look without tuck car her told me $475 for run test and car have to stat they over night, I told that do not make a lot of sense, I ask replace new battery I pay deference while my battery have 2 yr warranty if I have same problem then I can leave my car over night for run test, also last oil change they put cheep Total bulk oil told me they put Mobile1, I will never go back this place even they offer Free Service
