I was very pleased with Rick Lee and the entire staff at Doggett Mercedes in Beaumont. They answered all my questions about the vehicle and were able to help me arrange financing as well as maintenance plan for my vehicle in a timely fashion. I traveled over four hours to the dealership for the car I wanted and would recommend them to anyone considering the purchase of a new Mercedes.

Had an alignment done and wasn't satisfied with outcome. When I received a survey to take, I expressed that I wasn't satisfied. I then received a call within a 1 or two days and the rep. said that they wanted to make things right. On a Thursday maybe Friday the rep told me "Monday we will come to your home and drop a loaner vehicle off and take your car to the shop and see what's going on with it, but please redo the survey for me. " Monday came Tuesday came Wednesday came and all I was told is we don't have a loaner yet. Then Thursday comes and im told "we need you to come drop your car off and we will shuttle you over to hertz and get you a rental. So they went from dropping a loaner to me and it ended up being I have to drop my vehicle and be shuttle to hertz for some non-mercedes vehicle. IM DONE WITH MERCEDES BEAUMONT. Nothing but a waste of money and most importantly waste of TIME.

The dealership is not up to par for having a luxury car.I had several problems contacting Anyone.The pricing was out of line .$700 less in Mercedes dealership in Houston.The owner of the dealership didn t care that I wanted to speak to him about the terrible terrible service and treatment I got.They don t even have loaner cars.I had to have a repair that turned out to be not very major.However after wanting to over charge me 700 ,for labor .Not finding the problem for 1 1/2. Days that took Houston less than an our to find ,Houston also checked out my car saying it would need brakes soon.Beaumont never noticed or cared.My level of trust is shot.And I question the integrity of the dog get group,when they can t be bothered to reach out to repeat customer.I left only to feel victim iced and sad.Bottom line I wound up purchasing a new Mercedes fro Houston.Wonderful wonderful caring people.Its sad because the dealership I have locally is so bad .yelp has 17 bad reviews from distraught customers.They simply don t care

Oh man Rick Lee was awesome, although the car didn't turn out to be like what it was online and it wasn't his fault. Rick Lee was willing to help me find the car that I was looking for and he went above and beyond. I'm going to wait it out a little bit longer just to see what he can find because I would really like him to earn my business. If you ever stop by mercedes beaumont, go see Rick Lee.

APPOINTMENT FOR 1 PM FOR 10% DISCOUNT AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT PAID FULL PRICE ALSO THE WOOD TRIM ON THE DRIVERSIDE DOOR WAS BROKEN AND THEN STUCK ON CROOKED. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE. I REACHED OUT TO THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER YET. PIC ATTACHED

Kristy went above and beyond to help me when I had broke down near Beaumont in my Mercedes. She was honest and went out of her way communicating with my typical dealer back home who was responsible for the issue. I highly recommend Beaumont Mercedes! I had to have my Automobile serviced due to multiple dash warning lights. Not sure the proper name. The brake switch had to be replaced to correct the brake lights from not turning off and the traction control was disabled. Kim Bennett was a life saver. I brought the car in on a Friday morning and she assured me that if the repairs were not completed by the end of business day she would provide me a loaner. Will around 3:00 pm she notified me that my car would not be ready and that they were out of loaners at the dealership but, that she had already made arrangements with Enterprise Rental Car and sure enough that went down. She provided excellent Customer Service and really made me PROUD to be a Benz Owner. I can t imagine me doing business anywhere else other than Mercedes Benz of Beaumont! Thank y all for having an employee that makes sure we know that y all value our Business. I would personally like to commend Kim for such a job well done! I scheduled a day when the parts would be in and I could get a loaner. 3 days later and they still haven t touched my car nor did they have a loaner as promised. What s the point of making appointments if you aren t going to actually do the work.

I called and got the appointment I needed with short notice. The service representative, Latasha, was already waiting by the time I showed up at 7:00AM. She communicated promptly by phone and email to inform me of the findings. They had the vehicle serviced, cleaned and ready for pickup at my convenience.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received at this MB location. I typically drive from Lake Charles to Houston but this location was a little more convenient for my schedule. When I walked in, I expected some type of greeting, as even a dog deserves a hello. Instead, I had to speak up and say good afternoon and the reason for my visit. The young lady at the first cubicle stated, I m in training, she ll have to help you as she pointed to the next cubicle. When I got to that cubicle, I explained that I had made an appointment for issues with my tire pressure and that my washer fluid level was low. She was not the warmest but certainly better than the first encounter. She motioned my husband and I to the waiting area and told me to leave my keys. We sat for about 30 minutes or so. The tire pressures were fixed, but the memo for low washer fluid was still on. I went back in and told them that was not fixed, they did get me back in right away. I did not receive the little car wash and vacuum mentioned with each appointment, they dropped my key so it s all scraped up (my car is only a month old, so yes this is important to me) and my valve stem caps were only replaced on the left side of my car, so I m missing two. If I wanted this type of experience, I could have honestly gone to a shade tree tire shop back home. Overall subpar experience. I will be driving the additional 1.5 hours moving forward. Although this location is closer to home, they lack everything I experienced with the dealership in Houston. Yes, I reached out to management, only received his voicemail when transferred. Save yourself the headache!

I went for Service B on my vehicle. The lady informed me when making the appointment that it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. No issues at all. I thought that was very kind of her especially since I would be at the dealership waiting for the completion of my vehicle and was not from the immediate area. However, after taking the shuttle to my location and coming back 2.5 hours later my vehicle still was not complete. After 3.5 hours I finally got my vehicle back only for the next day the reading to say low coolant . Service B offers fluid level checks and corrections. I called the dealership that Saturday following the day of my appointment and left several messages before getting a return phone call. Complications with my vehicle were identified while driving to Houston Tx with my family in the vehicle. I went to another Mercedes Benz dealership for them to look at my coolant level and inform me that it wasn t top off during my service the day prior, I m fortunate enough that my vehicle didn t overheat. This dealership and service department is sub standard and really has me second guessing if a service was complete on my vehicle initially. Not the service or experience I expected.

Two weeks ago I leased a car from Mercedes of Clearlake, the deal took me 45mins from start to end, they were professional the not hiding any discounts either from the dealership or from AMEX, they made sure I got approved then they let me sign the paperwork.Yesterday I went to lease a car from Mercedes of Beaumont took me more than 5 hours to get approved and sign all the paperwork, they have no idea about discounts from AMEX, while signing finance paperwork with finance MANAGER, he was telling me numbers and on the paperwork shows different numbers.They will take your information including your ssn, let you sign all paperwork, then they will till you your approval is still pending, even if I want to buy furniture in finance they will not let sign any finance paperwork until you get 100% approved.The weird thing both dealerships owned by group 1.Never trust this dealership, this is a promise that you will get nothing but loosing your time money and your private info.

Please BEWARE and BE WARNED when choosing to do business with Mercedes Benz of Beaumont. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership on July 6, 2020 and just received the vehicle back on July 28, 2023. After having the vehicle in my possession for only 2 days and driving it 4 times, washer fluid warning and engine light is on. I was given a bottle of washer fluid and told to put it in the vehicle myself which I did and it all ran out on the floor of my garage. I brought the vehicle back to have the washer fluid issue investigated. The mechanic poured water into the reservoir and as it ran out on the concrete tried to tell me that he checked it out and nothing was wrong. (RED FLAG) The dealership agreed to order and replace the washer reservoir. When I arrived at the dealership July 13, 2020 to address both issues, I was greeted by Latasha Suarage (Service Technician) and told that the reservoir was in and could be installed that day. I waited for 2 hours only to be told I was lied to by Latasha and the part was not in and the work was not done. (RED FLAG) I was livid after the long wait all because no one wanted to be honest about the mistake Latasha had made. The engine light code revealed that the problem was the transmission temperature sensor and Chris Jenkins (GM) and Oliver Lacy (Sales Manager) confirmed that the dealership did not have the expertise to deal with the issue, therefore, the vehicle would be sent to a dealership in Houston. (RED FLAG) Every person that I came in to contact with concerning this vehicle was completely subpar, unprofessional and dishonest. I had dealings with the General Manager, Chris Jenkins; Sales Manager, Oliver Lacy; Service Manager, Amber Suarez; Service Technician, Latasha Saurage. I personally was in contact with the Houston dealership because NO ONE, not Amber, Latasha or Chris Jenkins kept me updated on the status of the vehicle. Twenty plus days later, the vehicle is repaired and returned to Mercedes Benz of Beaumont to now have the washer reservoir replaced. I had to call and ask if the vehicle was ready, I was told by Lacy that it was. I arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle only to find that the reservoir was still leaking and still had issues. After becoming angry and standing in the mechanic bay with Amber, Chris and the service mechanic, I was being told that it was the 'brand new' rubber gasket on the reservoir that was leaking. Amber even proceeded to pull up YouTube videos to assist the mechanic in addressing the washer reservoir issue. At this point, I am left feeling that every person is incompetent and like I have been robbed. I was even approached by an employee stating that there are some really bad issues/inconsistencies within Mercedes Benz of Beaumont. There are so many pertinent aspects to this situation that I wish I could share in detail. The main point of this review is hopefully to prevent anyone from having to deal with the unprofessionalism and dishonesty within this company.DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!

I was so impressed and happy with the courtesy shown to me by Lacy and the service tech whose name I think is Sergio. Lacy listened to my problem and was able to get me in during my travel from Baton Rouge on the way to Houston to be with my handicapped cousin who is having surgery this morning, 02/02/23. So gracious and kind and it is great to have such caring, patient and devoted people still willing to help others. Helps keep my faith in mankind.

Customer service at its worst. The initial contact was great. The young man that answered the phone was responsive and got me to the service department without issue. My advisor Nick was not available, so I was given to someone else. She asked me to hold and then proceeded to talk her coworker about her date. I waited five minutes before she came back to the phone. I gave her my information and she told me you belong to Nick and transferred me to his voicemail. At this time, I am awaiting Nick s phone call. I ve attempted to call the service manager and received his voicemail. Maybe, I should make the trip to Mercedes North in Houston to have my car serviced.
