Meineke got me in to do a check on my engine light immediately. Discovered it wasn't an extreme emergency, but they still got it in the very next morning and it was ready to go in a few hours. That has been several weeks ago, and it is still going great!The staff is very friendly, polite, and professional. Their service is outstanding.

Mickey mouse garage. Had to bring my car back after issue not resolved. First I dared come out and talk to a mechanic outside the shop to explain why I brought it back and got Major Attitude. Waited 30 minutes for him to tell me they couldn't work on my car that day and insisted I drop it off on a later date when I told him twice that dropping it off wasn't possible. Terrible all the way around especially since problem remained, bringing the car back is seen as an insult and annoyance and I got the feeling I wasn't the only one who had such issues with this establishment.

I m the owner of a used car dealership and I highly recommend these guys to make the necessary repairs to any of my vehicles or anyone else s. They are awesome and very knowledgeable people! Honestly if I could give 10+ stars I would. This is such a honest place of business. I would highly suggest and recommend this location in Beaumont on Major Dr. Thank you guys!

I needed my thermostat serviced on a Saturday, so I called Meineke. It started with the lady I spoke to, she was so pleasant and fit me in for 10am. I was greeted by a very nice young lady. She asked if I would be waiting for my vehicle or coming back. I told her that I would have to wait for it. I joked by saying that I had a book to read and if I ran out of coffee I would fill up my cup. She said if the coffee was too strong, she would make another pot. After they diagnosed my car, it wasn t long before it was ready. A very nice man came and explained what he did and thanked me for being a first time customer. This was such a great experience and I will definitely be going back and telling others what an awesome experience I had at the Meineke on Major Drive in Beaumont!!

Poor service. The staff sat in the office gossiping about company business during my entire visit. It was very inappropriate. The front desk person was obviously new and had minimal work ethic. If staff are unhappy with their jobs, maybe unemployment would be a better option. I will not return.

Worst customer service. The lady refused to do a calibration 15 minutes before closing and said she hopes I get locked out. She is an old lady with grey hair and has a big gap between her teeth. They smoke with the doors open. What type of person runs a business and turns away a 10 minute job and then tells someone I hope you get locked out.

I had a great experience during my visit. I wish I could remember the bearded mechanic they have, he was very polite and knowledgeable of his work. He also didn t mind helping and answering any questions that I had.

Meineke over charged me $700. Replaced rear brakes and rear brake pads. I did not authorize. Meineke Beaumont TX charged my credit card.They are thieves. They are not trustworthy. I will never go there again.Zero stars. Stay away.

Super understanding. Family environment. Me and my husband are just getting out in life and we ran into car troubles we decided to bring our car here and they allowed me to slowly pay off The amount that I owed and was super understanding with me the whole time I appreciate them so much much

I ve used Meineke on Major many times. Last week my engine light came on in my Camaro. Took it to them and it was my oil pressure sensor. They had it replaced at a reasonable price within a few hours. I highly recommend this local business.

The women that work there are curtious and nice. Everyone is willing to answer any questions you may have. The mechanics at the S. Major location in Beaumont, Tx are really fast at getting your vehicle in and out .

I had a great experience here. My repair was a long process but they kept me updated, even when there wasn't an update they reached out to let me know. They made me feel confident I was in good hands. I will use them for any future issue and highly recommend!

Everything went great! Good service and was reasonably fast! Got my tires replaced in the front. And they came to ask me if I wanted to do an alignment as it was out of alignment. Gott hat done and they showed me the pieces I'll need to replace and walked me through it. Very nice people and great service! It's why I keep going back!

I've been going here for years !! But the young lady at the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills .Also, I dropped my car off at 9:30am and my car wasn't done until after 12 or later I can't remember and all I needed was an oil change .

I went in for a quote on exhaust, not sure why couldn t give price over phone like everyone else, but was closest to work. Got quote for muffler swap and resonators deleted, when went back to get work done, asked girl at front desk to make sure they let me hear before they delete the resonators like the mechanic and I talked about. They said ok, got the muffler swapped they pulled truck up and said it was done, and if I wanted resonators done it would be extra and would have to come back other time. They charged me what they quoted for the whole job and didn t do half of it. Now there is multiple exhaust leaks and the worst welding job Ive ever seen. Contacted corporate hotline but that got me no where, now I have to get this repaired elsewhere.Service: Exhaust

They checked and double checked the source of the noise in my truck's drive train. Then found the replacement parts needed, called me and scheduled the work. The work was completed a day less than originally estimated and I was back in a noise free truck.

Went in for a brake check on Labor day. Great folks, very helpful. My brakes were just fine, good to know. I'll be back there when they need servicing. Recommended place.
