2,000 down sounds great right? Until they tell you the balance is due in 90 days .I don't know about the rest of Beaumont but I don't know to many people who would even consider that

It's tax season and if you're looking to buy a car for yourself or for your college children I definitely wouldn't recommend them. They are liars. They have two sets of keys to every car that is on their property but if you get locked out and call them for assistance the old man with his arrogant self is very rude They will lie and say they don't have the spare key but let them want to repo it over the insurance being late they will have a spare key then. They definitely think they are better than most they look down on certain ppl. They came took my car for my insurance being late and my first car note wasn't even due yet they are definitely the type of business who gets down on others... my cousin told me he was late paying on his wife insurance & they were at the grocery store and when they came out the store they (Martin Motors) had came and took their vehicle of course he got it back but he said he had to pay alot get it back tow fees repo fees plus ... I wouldn't recommend these people to nobody if you go anywhere go to a place where they are not gonna come take your vehicle for no insurance because at the end of it they getting rich off that scheme because they come get the cars themselves sometimes so why and that's the first car lot I've ever been to that does this but I did go to CARMAX and even when my insurance was out for 15 days they never sent a repo....DON'T GET NO VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LITERALLY!

Very belittling. Didn t even look at my finances before telling me I couldn t afford one of his $17k vehicles. Treated me as a child. Very unprofessional. My mother drove me to the dealership so I could look and instead of speaking to me he waved me to step outside so he could speak with my mom alone lol.

I was going to buy a vehicle from them but seeing how the owner came across on a complaint instead of being professional and calm, they were being rude and confrontational. Your money would be best spent other other than this dealership.

I was rushed to get a car the old man was really nice and friendly but Everytime I go in for something he seems to be frustrated and the prices are to high.

I would not recommend any vehicles from this place unless brought with cash I financed a car from here 2 years ago never was late on payments I had 2 months left on my note and they repossessed my vehicle I didn t pay my insurance because I was looking for a cheaper plan next thing you know they didn t ask any questions they came took my vehicle with no knowledge of it being taken not even a email I came in to pay it out and he refused to let me pay the balanced owed don t trust these people they are get overs they would tell you one thing and when it s time to they would say they never told you anything and the dad has a very bad attitude unless he take a liking into you personally these weird people are out to repossess your cars and resell them to get paid twice also if your car need repairs they charge $100 a day to hold your car until it s repaired they charged me $1000 on two minor problems that was sold on the car when I got it went to a mechanic shop and they told me I got scammed from low ballers scammers and not friendly people them smiles have a lot of crucial intentions Mr Martin was so rude and nasty towards me til it was not worth keeping the car anyway he talks to you like your nothing but a gum on the ground these weird people are scam artists I worked hard and gave them $15k altogether after losing my home I still managed to keep payments going I challenged myself to pay it off and I almost did after 2 years of never giving them any problems Mr Martin did not show any sympathy or anything after hearing my story he simply told me Eff me in my face but god don t like ugly Beaumont is known for selling flood cars also

Only had 1 issue with them & that was them picking up my car and making me pay the full balance to get it back. My car was a great car from jump never had any big problems with it. My husband paid it off so I m down with monthly payments. I ll just say plz read your contract with any dealership before signing anything it ll save you a lot of problems and hardships when you start falling behind.

Better to make the Drive to Houston. Nothing against them, but Houston has a bigger market. And you will get more for your trade in. And the customer service experiance will be better.F/U Yes I was there I brought in my car in for an appraisal, The one star was my experiance, I did not bad mouth your company because I only dealt with you for all of 30 minutes and did not want to sway others. But Im sure that by the way your reply to reviews, people will be able to get a of the glimps of the way you treat people who don't benifit you finacially.

Shayne and his Father Mr Martin are truly great people and a blessing to me. They even stayed after hours to make sure i got into my great car. I love my Nissan Murano, such a good car. These guys really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and professional as well. Thank to Martin Motors and their wonderful staff.

Easiest car buying experience in the world. Shane was very patient an took all of my questions and soothed my concerns. He held the vehicle I wanted while I went to the bank to get my down payment. He put me in the nicest truck I have owned. Martin has earned a customer for life!

Purchased a Vehicle there last year i wouldnot recommend this place to anyone. From day one they told me lies. Told me after i left the lot the sunroof was not working. I had to pay to get heater fixed. Need to get vehicle service smell of fuel inside cabin. When goung over 80mph ..there is a buzzing sound on dasboard. While driving clicking sound inside cabin rear panel. They basically sold me a lemon. Bad business. Im going to make a report to BBB.Another thing they sold me the Vehicle with an open recall..who does that???Martin Mortors in Beaumount TX ..The issue with the open recall speakes volume..if you guys dont take care of sonething that cost nothing...hard to beleive that this place is going to take care anything thatt cost to repair they will sell Vehicle and let the customer deal with the issue. Even one of the mechanic was about to tell me about an issuue until the Son Shayne made the facial expression to be quite...say nothing let the six months warranty run out and let the customer deal with the issue. I informed you guys of issuesBad business pratice at Martin Motors. Stay away please.

Don't ever go to Martin Motors horrible customer service think he's doing you a favor..I don't have bad credit at all... The way u handle your customers ...So again NO you was not doing me a favor...You are a LIE! My bank finances me, so what are you talking about when you say I have bad credit?Of course you'd say that! Your unprofessional you arguing with a customer on the reviews lol

I just wanted to let you everybody know that my experience with Martin Motors was 5 star service. I wanted to step up on the next level of cars because I own my own business my credit is not the best but Shane and his Father worked with me and everyone including me is on the hype that if you go to Houston it's easier to find what you want but I'm here to tell everyone before you take that tripto Houston please make a stop to Martin Motors because they wiill do everything they can to get you in the car you dream of. Shane and his Father are so nice they will do all that they can to get you the car that you want. I am now driving a Mercedes Benz and it's because they wanted to see me in it .They are very friendly and down to earth and this is my new family now so don't take that trip to Houston without stopping by Martin Motors first because your gonna miss a big city experience without the games that they play I'm just saying stop here before you go to Houston and give them a chance you won't be disappointed and you won't waste gas I am a Happy Camper love you Shane and the man behind the curtin your Father God Bless!

Never made it to the lot. I called to inquire about the finance application and was asked how much was I looking to pay per month. I told the guy no more than 350 a month. His reply was "I can't help you, I carry a lot nicer car than that." Thing is he never gave me a chance to explain that I had a 7500 down payment. Needless to say I was qualified for a much nicer vehicle than anything on there lot at a better dealership. Just rude!

I walked into the office. The gentleman, which he wasnt in any way, spoke down to me the entire time. He didnt even get up out of his chair. Began rattling off "requirement" questions and then made it very apparent he would not sell me a car until those requirements were met. No discussions. No small talk. No nothing. Very rude.

Salesman didn't want to tell me about the cars (2). In fact made it clear he didn't want anything to do with me. Did his best to get me to leave as soon as possible. Terrible service. Everything that is wrong with car dealerships is Martin Motors.

I stopped by to take a look at a few of the vehicles on the lot. I was greeted by a very rude 95year old salesman. He really should take a few classes on DIVERSITY.

Ehh... the person answered my question but didn t really sound like he wanted to talk. Not sure if that s how he normally talks as soon as I said thank you so much sir he just hung up without saying anything. Anyways I ll be visiting their soon to check their lot out.
