I had a piece of my rub rail ripped off at a delivery site in Groves, TX.I checked a couple of trailer repair locations in the area to see if I could get the trailer in right away to be fixed.When I called I was asked how long would it take me to bring in the trailer. I said it would be 10 minutes and I headed right over. I was quickly greeted by the owner (Royce Long) had the trailer looked at and backed in for work to begin.My main problem was fixed in about an hour. I ended up getting a couple of other things taken care of while I was there which they were gladly able to assist.Thank you for the quick work and fair pricing.Mr. Royce Long, his daughter and work crew do great work.

Very nice people. Took the time to look at my trailer parts. I was having a grounding problem with my trailer brakes and they help me figure out the problem and how to fix it. They We re very nice and very helpful and I will definitely go back there for any trailer. Repairs or part needs in the future.

I trust this place! It s dirty, it s not pretty, it s cluttered, but who cares! They know their stuff and you know that when they touch it, it will be fixed and fixed right. If you own a trailer take it here!

Good family business. Took our travel trailer to have some suspension upgrades done. The owner Royce and his daughter Julia were involved, true to their quote, and they and their employees did good work. Absolutely would not hesitate to bring any of my trailers here. Very knowledgeable and well versed in trailers. Learned about a grease product they utilize that is far superior to what I had been using prior.

Took an axle to get fixed or replaced at Longs Trailer, and they said the axle could not be fixed and needed a new one. They would call me back with a quote. After a week of waiting and 5 phone calls, I decided to pick the axle up and head to Any & All Trailer Repair. They recommended repairing the axle, vs buying a new one. Any & All Trailer Repair fixed me up within 2 days with a $900.00 savings!

I m tired of the racism period. I was ignored by Shelby and Julia obviously because I m a black man looking to get his trailer fixed. They d sit right there and don t acknowledge your presents. They spoke to everyone else while I just stood their waiting. I run a business also.. never have I left someone hanging and say I was helping a client. No I will acknowledge everyone because we are not robots. I literally walked in after being ignored by Julia, spoke to Julia inside and was ignored AGAIN after I said hello . I called 15 minutes before I pulled up and was ignored as if I m invisible. Im literally tired of the way I m treated in my own country because of my skin color I m tired! I deal with this all the time so i know when to Take my hard earned money elsewhere fast. If you re black I wouldn t recommend.. but it s trailer heaven for whites

The owner is a kind hard working man but the staff can t tell the truth. They kept my boat 5 weeks constantly promising it would be ready next week or Monday for sure and the final bill was 300 over estimate. On a positive note the work initially appears to be good. I can t in good faith recommend them.

I bought a used boat and trailer and I knew the "L" brackets that attached to the bunks were bad so I brought the trailer with boat on it for repair. I asked them to also check bearings. They did a good job of briefly explaining what the parts would cost so I would not be surprised. Looks like good, quality work. In fact the trailer looks almost good as new and it is 10 years old and has seen salt water. The owner and his daughter oversee the work at the shop, both were very nice and helpful. There was no mark-up on parts from what I could have bought at Amazon and the labor time and cost was reasonable. New bunks (4 bottom and 2 side), bolts and brackets welded to the trailer, plus new galvanized hubs and bearings on a 19 foot boat trailer was $550.Only concern was it took almost two weeks... however the owner needed some work on his knee so he was healing. I am sure they are normally faster than this and they were very honest and upfront so still a five star review.I am still new to the Beaumont area but thought this was a good place to do business with. Highly recommend.

We are doing a North America tour and ended up with a busted axle on our trailer. Royce not only built an axle for us, but drove over an hour to put it on as no one in the area would. Wonderful man and wonderful work! He even followed us for a while and checked everything to ensure everything was safe for our family.

We were traveling through the Beaumont area when we discovered two flat trailer tires, due to faulty wheel rims. It was a Sunday and Long's trailer repair was not technically open, but they were there so they let us come by. The price was great, the people very friendly, and he even said he would be happy to speak to the manufacturer if we needed him to, when filing our warranty claim on the wheels. Highly recommend this place!!!

My wife and I were traveling in a camper on a holiday about a half hour from Boemont.I made thirty phone calls. Longs trailer was the only one willing or able to help. I was not able to tow the rig due to the size. The owner did what ever it took to get us to his shop for a proper repair, including fabricating parts. I believe the trailer is better than when I purchased it. The service was excellent and the charge fair.Thank you Longs Trailer Repair

Wonderful, honest, and knowledgeable customer service! I have gone to them two times, one at their old location on College and the second time further down College (Hwy 90) and both times l received the best and friendliest service ever! They are honest and very helpful! Prices are great too! Best trailer place I have been to!

I've had Royce work on my boat and trailer several times. Not only is he one of the most honest business men I've dealt with, but his work is second to none! I will not bring my boat ANYWHERE else to have work done!

Friendly people but poor communication. Would never recommend no one to them. Trailer fix but boat scratch up. Just took my lost and said lesson learned

Honestly my husband and l do not want to give a one star to this company at first we thought after bringing our unit in we would get quality and personal work for our money not the case please take our word for it do not bring your business to this company l would not waste my time for this review to give people heads up
