Tried to pick up car and they never repaired AC. Person we dealt with tried to keep overpayment on deductible, and wouldn't give copy of paperwork, stated it wasn'tcomplete. Mngr can out to check AC by putting hand to vent for 5 minutes. Very unprofessional people, will never go back

This has been the most stressful experience ever. My car has been in the possession of this facility for over a month and I'm just getting it back. It sat over a week before it was touched behind some type of scan diagnostic that I knew nothing about in the beginning. There has been poor communication and management that is to busy to deal with customer concerns and complaints. Between my insurance company and this facility I'm done and over this process!!! This is a first and last experience.Service: Painting

I like Kinsel Collision Center. The customer service is always good and I think do the best body work. My last visit the service was unmatched. Thank you Marcus and the crew for that.
