Good service fair price. Motorhome tire had a slash from road debris. Ended up replacing all 6 tires. Same day service was appreciated. Thanks for getting us back on road. From Beaconia Manitoba Canada

Went there on February 14,2023 for a flat tire. My drive tire on the driver side had a hole in it. Service was fast, professional and so affordable. Definitely recommend 10/10.

There are not enough stars for me to properly rate this business. I had a nice chat with who I believe was the owner/manager just an overall nice guy who cares about getting your vehicle needs taken care of and is DEFINITELY a people person!! Out of ALL the emergency roadside help I have coordinated in my years as our fleet manager, this one stands WAY out above the rest. Michael, our service tech today, was phenomenal and quick! My driver was barely inconvenienced by the two flat tires he got after going through some construction in the kountze area because Interstate Tire was absolutely there for us!! While I hope it's a long time before I have to call you again, you will be my first call for any of my drivers in the Beaumont radius! Thank you! and Thank you for making sure to recommend getting the alignment before leaving town. Your attention to detail is next level!Services: Tires, Long distance hauling, Tire change

I purchased 4 tires from this place, usedBut in great shape as far as tread wear but 1 had a hole in it when I installed it, biggest problem is I didn t check before I installed so it s double work for it. But overall prices are cheapest you ll find rite now and I give them a B for fair work at location. Keep it going guys. This country needs more businesses like this.Service: Tires

I went to interstate because an airbag on my trailer had burst and I tell you these guys jumped right on it. These guys were super nice and very knowledgeable, they put that airbag on my trailer and adjusted my brakes and 35 mins later I was out of there. Oh, I forgot to mention Nova the beautiful lab inside the store is very playful. I just want to say thank you Blake for everything and thanks for all the extra info about my truck and trailer.

Had a broken airline and I drove to their shop in Orange Tx and they had me in and out in about 10 minutes. They were very helpful and the price was very affordable. Thanks guys from Rocket Rich Rentals LLC

David was the mechanic who worked on my truck. He was super friendly, efficient, and did the job quickly and professionally. Everyone there was extremely kind and I would definitely use them again for my mechanical needs. I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up

These guys were awesome. The owner was very polite and had a service guy to my truck with the right part in about 20 minutes. The young man that fixed my truck was very kind and respectful. I can t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend this company for and road repairs. Keep up the good work

I had an exceptional experience at interstate this morning when they replaced my RV solar system batteries. Pierre was quite accommodating and worked me into their schedule early this morning. I was out within an hour. Donny, David and Steven were incredible and kind during my visit. They allowed me to learn a little bit about RV batteries. I highly recommend interstate!Service: Battery

Great place, great personnel, had some welding work done on my car hauler. Mechanics are knowledgeable, the owner is a nice guy... Definitely a place I'll keep on speed dial. On a side note though, they're going through repairs to the property after the Beaumont floods earlier this year, they're still open but the parking lot is a little rough, the gravel got moved around by the water, so be careful and take it slow when you come in and go out...

This place is phenomenal! So encouraging to know there are still shops like this left. They actually do what they say they can do, in a timely manner, while taking pride going above and beyond, all for a fair price! WOW!Every time my trucks are in a jam in the Beaumont area, these are my GO TO GUYS!I do believe it's a trickle down affect of liquid gold..it starts at the top w an exceptional shop owner, in turn, all the guys are the same way. Truly a blessing Thanks Guys for everything! I'm so grateful!

Great service! Very down to earth! Affordable. I actually ran through a giant pot hole and was under a load. I brought it to the shop. They pulled me in quickly and told me the truth. That I threw my balance off because of all the mud from the pothole. And I got a fuel filter. They didnt try to steal time or anything. Great group of people!

BEWARE!!! The shop rips you off by overcharging you for parts and labor. Their price was $713 whereas the dealership price was $334 for A/C compressor and drier for Cascadia DD15. Also, while the actual time spent on the truck was 2 hours, they charged me for 3.5 hours at $95/hour. When I tried to argue the manager used foul language and was very rude. He threatened me by calling police because I was unhappy with their price. Worst customer service and overpriced shop. Do yourself a favor and find some decent and ethical shop unless you wanna waste your hard-earned money here.They don t care about losing customers.

Great location for my personal Trucking business. I have parked @ his location for 6 years and have had NO problems with theft. 24 hrs Video monitoring. The best part about MY Interstate Tire Mechanics shop, is the winter when trucks hard to start, I'm already on the lot with my mechanics and friends

Our batteries died in port arthur and called interstate and within an hour showed up with new batteries and got us back on the road. We have also used the orange location before and both time received excellent service

Pierre and his entire team at Interstate Tire and Mechanical are top notch when it comes to getting you back on the road quickly! I'm a New Owner Operator of a Dump Truck. There's a lot to learn when it comes to maintenance and repairs. I found this shop during a hydraulic hose break.. I called during after hours for assistance I knew would be expensive. They gave me advice and options, I could try another company that make the hoses down the street that would help me also or they would come out for their after hours fee. I got the name of the other company from them I was back rolling after I fix my own repair. It did two things for me. It showed me they was honest and fair. I've since been a repeat customer from U joint repair, oil changes, tire replacement during a job etc... This company has Great mechanics with a Fair price.....

One hell of a shop! Broke a leaf on my 2 ton trailer and called the first mobile mechanics and the boys from interstate showed up within 30 min of my call!! They made my issue their number one priority and went to work. They safely made my rig serviceable to limp to their shop had the axle jacked up and spring out within a few minutes got parts needed immediately and began putting my rig together to get me back to the jobsite within an hour and a half! . Downtime was a minimum and the professionalism and courtesy of this team was outstanding if you live within 100 miles of this establishment or have an issue at all with your trucks, trailers, or car this is the go to team. Def the best choice in the area highly recommended. We had a perplexing recurring air bag failure on the drive axle for the second time. We found the right place. They got us right in, assessed the damage and after some close inspection found the real problem. Others had addressed and repaired the symptoms but had not realized the cause. The differential had shifted a couple of inches, allowing the interior tire to make contact with the shock & airbag, damaging both the tire and airbag. Air bag was overnighted, 315 tires were in stock, and repairs were made. Pierre, the owner, was most accommodating and Donny, Curtis and Dustin were a Can Do Crew. Special thanks to Donny, a true professional for analyzing the symptoms and realizing what the real culprit was. We were back on the road the following evening. The bill was a fair price, the stop was a good one. Thanks guys.

Outstanding shop! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone local or not. My first time across the country trucking and had four trailer tires replaced at a moments notice. No haggle no fuss just a yes sir we can help. It was definitely a great peace of mind being 1200 miles from home and having someone to count on. They all had not just great workmanship but were truly interested in you as an individual. You can count on me stopping back in on my next go round even if its out of my way. Im not going to say great work guys but more of is was truly a pleasure to meet yall and do business with yall. Take care!!!

Went for loss of power charged me almost 600 dollars to do a regen and an air filter still didn t fix the problem. Got another guy to look at it in 15 minutes decided it was the turbo went out. Experienced mechanics shouldn t miss something like that they should do better

WOW! Awesome shop. These guys work together to get things done. I was so impressed. I came in to have them eval the truck and three hours later everything was fixed and I was out the door! They contacted Penske and got the ball rolling. The owner at Bmt shop does business the right way. He values your business. The store in Orange Tex. is the same way. Both stores are very professional and friendly. Having Pierre and Blake on my team keeps me moving. Thanks guys......

Christmas Eve while pulling my triple axle offshore boat to the gulf for a day of fishing, I had a blowout on trailer. I called Interstate and within in 20 minutes I had a service person on site changing my tire. Thank you Interstate. Very professional and at a reasonable price.

I received very poor and unprofessional customer service after spending $2500 plus dollar and 2 day at the Beaumont TX location. Less than 3 days later the issue that this location claimed they repaired and charged me for happened again I placed a call to owner and his after hours line , only to get put off as my truck and driver sat stranded and loaded because something else was more important during the call the stated he didn't remember me and told call tomorrow , I tried calling back 5 or more times to get ignored but as you can read on this company's website they Promise 24 hour Emergency Road Service but a Customer who just paid more than $2000.00 has to wait til morning but this company is a large company looking at their website and reading Mission Statements and lurging sales paragraphs from their Web page . I am a real customer that will share my invoice and dates that my truck was at this location for service and call log and times where my calls went unanswered between the hours of 6pm on a week day . I was explaining my situation to a second person that answer the phone for the company at about 7:30pm and got hung up on .. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK ! I WAS NOT TREATED FAIRLY WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE WORK THAT was DONE BUT FAILED but I guess this guy had my money so he could care less about me or my driver and my customers I haul for .. CHT

Lost brakes in the middle of the night called and got a message at 6am to bring it in. Fixed within a few hours then back on the road. Its regreshing there are still honest shops out there! They also communicated throughout the processing keeping me updated and showing me what was wrong. I highly reccomend!

Very nice people and hilarious. They took care of my trailer problems very quickly. I would recommend any one here. I will definitely visit again if in the area.
