Awesome customer service. I've been getting my oil changes at Grease Monkey since I moved to the Beaumont area 4 years ago. Their staff is always pleasant, prompt, thorough and quick.

0/10 do not recommend!!! Went for a state inspection and oil changed next day my car was not working properly. They was friendly and very playful that they messed up something under my hood. Then i had to come back to get my inspection paper to find out that he just took my information and never actually done the inspection. They changed an air filter because they stayed I needed it and probably ain t even put that on right. My car never had issues until I went here and they was made aware. Take your car elsewhere

In March of this year I needed a safety inspection and of course I waited till the last minute. My husband recommended I go to Grease Monkey on E Lucas. As soon as I pulled up there was a guy already out there and asked what do you need done today . I responded I needed a Safety Inspection. In no time he had me turning on the headlights, signals, windshield wipers. Once he was done I was told to pull my car on into the shop. Once inside they filled out all my information and In no time I was outta there. Great job guys. This will be my permanent inspection station. I absolutely love that everyone was so friendly and professional. Thanks for doing such a great job. I'll be back

I came to get a state inspection because I know grease monkey is open till 7 and I work until 5 so I just knew they were the most convenient location for me I arrived to the location at 5:30 an hour and a half before they close and the nice young man Wendell told me the inspector stops at 3 which is nowhere online or on the door or anything the young man went out of his way to ask the inspector who was still at work if she could inspect my car and she told him she s already clocked out and she can t help me so I m just confused on why she stops working at 3 yet she s still at work two hours later and claimed she couldn t do her job it really just felt like she didn t want to do her job and it rubbed me wrong

I drove in and parked in front of the bay. Went inside, and I pulled out 15 minutes later with all my services done. Great customer service! I will be back!

ZERO We spent 1 hour in the bay for an oil change. Also had our truck inspected 6 days ago and it's still not showing up in the system to be able to get our tags.Cell phone addiction is a real thing.The guy under the hood was on his cell phone the whole time. He was unable to clean the air filter hard to open 1 handed.The under the truck was on his phone the whole time, you could hear his whole conversation.

Went In for an oil change it was quickly done. The assistant manager was awesome. When he pulled my car around another gentle that worked there noticed white paint on my car where it had been hit in wyoming. He told me he could get it off for me I asked him how much he said no charge. I was amazed and said okay thank you. They were so friendly and funny and helpful. And he did an amazing job. I'd recommend this place with these amazing employees Every time. I did not catch there named but thanks guys. I'll definitely be back.

I found these guys on google to have them work on my Toyota Tacoma. Y all show the love you have in taking care of cars & trucks. They are QUICK guys ready to service you and get you back on the road! I appreciate y all friendly and great service thank you grease monkey. Definitely recommend them!
