This is an efficient and effective tire shop. I had to have an unusual older style tire to replace a tire on a Saturday before extended holiday weekend. Carl was very helpful. He was able to contact their warehouse on a Saturday and get the tire . The price was very reasonable and the service was very excellent. Highly recommend.

Very professional, clean lobby, staff kept me up to date on how long it would take. I highly recommend Goodyear and happy I have found a place I can take my car for service. I know I can trust them.

Carl and his team provided excellent service as they inspected our leaking tire with a focus on safety and standards! Unfortunately, they were not able to repair the severely damaged tire. They got us back on the road safely, so we could enjoy Christmas with our family in New Orleans. So grateful Carl and his team were there for us when we were passing through Beaumont on the day before Christmas eve!

I was looking for a tire center to move over to and contacted Goodyear Auto Service. Both Ryan and Carl were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate my service needs. I had them service both my daughter s car along with my wife s truck. They were very thorough and detailed with feedback on issues they found and acted promptly to repair those issues. I highly recommend utilizing this service center for your automotive needs. Thanks again to Ryan and Carl, as well as to the rest of the hard working staff, for taking care of my needs. I called on Saturday to see if they had the trailer tires I wanted. Ryan, the service manager, said they didn't have them in stock but he could have them there on Monday. I told him no rush since I wanted to schedule an appointment for Wednesday.Got there Wednesday morning, and the technician (I didn't get his name) was great. Got all 5 tires on my fifth wheel pulled and replaced. Did a bang up job and was friendly the whole time, with me watching over his shoulder.For Goodyear tires, this is the place to go in Beaumont, TX!I am full-time in my fifth wheel and an really grateful for companies that truly put the customer first. Thank you Ryan and team Goodyear! Awesome job!

I dropped my car off for a tire change. I wasn't expecting a quick finish, but they got to it and finished in about 2.5 to 3 hours. The workers were very friendly, and they even let me know about my dirty engine air filter

I can t recommend the Good Year on Dowlen enough!!I don t make many reviews and this one is highly deserved. These guys try their best to help their customers. And that s not something you get very often.I got in a situation where my vehicle broke down on the side of the road. I was freaking out as I have a newer vehicle and I ve never had any issues before. I was freaked out and turned to Good Year for help. They happily got me in the shop and found out I threw a rod. Totaling my engine and they talked to me and explained and showed me everything! And ever since they have been helping me work on getting it fixed. Though they don t replace engines. They ve done everything they can to help me get there.I seriously can t thank them enough! I ll always take my business here from here on out and I suggest everyone else does too, they will do their best with what they are given.

New Customer to this location back in September I went in to purchase tires and oil changed. I only got two due to having some mechanical issues that needed to be corrected on the front end of my truck. They recommended replacing the front tires on front once repairs are completed; gave me an estimate which was reasonable SO I procrastinated a couple of months on the repairs since I have a second vehicle and thought I ll just wait . The Customer Service is exquisite! Ryan and Jared both explained to me all the issues and recommendations, no pressure to get it done by them BUT their knowledge and courtesy brought me back for the repairs!! Everyone at the facility treated me like family, they are always courteous and respectful! They completed my front end repairs today and I m very satisfied with the quality of work!! Ryan s knowledge and confidence was certainly a breathe of fresh air! THANKS GUYS!!! I will be a part of the Goodyear family because of all of you!!!

I went in to have two of my tires looked at an an oil change done. I was first greeted and helped by Ryan who did a great job in going through my options with me as far as my tires and oil change options go. Once the tires had been repaired/ replaced Carl took the time to show me where my tires had been damaged and educate me on why one of them had to be replaced instead of just fixed. I appreciated them taking the time to show me exactly what was going on with my car. All in all, really great customer service, really easy experience!

On a late Friday afternoon I was passing through Beaumont and my car started making a horrible noise. I got off the highway and came to this shop. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and had my car on a lift in minutes. They diagnosed the problem, and then went above and beyond to find the part I needed to fix the problem, driving across town to find a bolt at a hardware store. I was thoroughly impressed with their friendliness and professionalism and am very grateful that they were able to get me back on the road so quickly. I highly recommend this shop and wish I lived in Beaumont so I could continue to use this shop for car repairs!

We blew a tire at mike market 835 outside of Beaumont,TX. Called 911 and had a tow truck within 15 minutes. Great guy. He towed us into the Goodyear store in Beaumont. We received EXCELLENT service from the moment we walked into the door! He quoted us a price on 2 new tires and they were mounted and we were out the door in an hour! We would recommend this business to everyone. Fast, friendly and very courteous.

Stopped by asked if they could check the air pressure in my tires, they immediately did so, made necessary adjustments, said no charge!

EVERY person I spoke to during my experience at Goodyear on Dowlen treated me with respect and gave me knowledge about my vehicle that was helpful and the service was outstanding. I m a young woman of 60-years and live alone. I felt safe, respected and treated honestly. This representation is priceless! Thank you Goodyear!

Great place to stop when you need maintenance on your vehicle! I'm from out of town and needed an oil change while visiting my dad for Father's Day and they were happy to squeeze me in and got me taken care of. The guys were all very polite and I also mentioned to the guy at the front desk that I was due for an inspection and he let me know that I had a headlight out and took care of it before I went to get my inspection (They don't do inspections).I come through town every so often to visit, so I will definitely be back here! 5 stars for customer service!

Several folks here involved in getting my car running Right again... but I only got name of last guy I saw: Gavin or Jason?. My 2nd or 3rd visit Here. Got them 85,000 Mile Warranteed Goodyear Tires.Finally Eye Think I 'found' an honest tire dealership in Beaumont TX. So I've been along time customer and today I went in and the guy that was left to close the store had a horrible attitude like I did something to him. He didnt even explain what was wrong with my tire, the other repair guy did. Even though my tire couldnt be repaired I had them put it on and I left and called Modica Brothers who will service my car from now on. I will NEVER go back to this location unless I dont have to deal with that type of rude customer service again. If he hates his job that much he should find new employments and not treat customers like that.

After a cold front caused battery issues, I came in to price a replacement. Jarred and Carl worked with me to get a good battery at an affordable price and had my car ready swiftly. They were very informative throughout the entire process. I ve never had a negative experience at Goodyear so I had high expectations coming into this location for the first time. They not only met them but exceeded them tremendously. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service!!I have been a loyal Goodyear customer for 7 years and have never been disappointed with their service. Carl, Jared, Ryan, and the rest of the staff at Goodyear (Dowlen location) are professional and knowledgeable. To whom it may concern,On April 21st I experienced a blowout from a pothole on I-10 on the east side of Beaumont. Luckily I have run flat tires on my corvette so I didn t experience damage to my rim and could still travel approximately 50 miles on the tire. I called multiple locations around the immediate area including Chevy dealerships, but none of those places had my size tire in stock. When I called The Goodyear store at 4130 Dowlen Rd, Beaumont, I was lucky enough to speak with Jarred. I told Jarred about the tire and the situation I was in with being unable to locate one in the area. I also explained the need for it since I was heading out of town and had reservations for that evening. Jarred took time to listen and said he would try to locate a tire for me but since it was close to closing time, he wasn t sure if he could get it on this date but would definitely have it by morning. Given that other places said it would take 2 to 3 days to get the tire for me, Jarred s option was the best and only plan for me since the Goodyear store was just under 40 miles from my location.I drove to the Goodyear store and met with Jarred upon arrival. He took a look at the tire and then offered options to save me money on another brand since a tire match would be very expensive. I appreciated his help to save me money but I opted for the matching tire instead. When I asked what time it would be ready in the morning, Jarred told me that he was getting the tire right then and there even though it was approximately 4:30pm, 30 minutes from closing. Obviously I was extremely happy to know that I would be back on the road shortly and I offered to buy a dinner for him and the employees who would be working on my car. Jarred simply replied No thank you, that s our job . Before I knew it, the job was completed and I was paying for the amazing service. I offered dinner to the guys one more time as a thank you however I was told the same thing. So the least I could do was to take the business cards and write a thank you email to describe my experience.I truly believe that most places would not have gone the extra mile and stayed late to get someone back on the road so quickly. The great service and experience I encountered there changed the grim outlook of my long weekend back to positive. Now I am confident that in the rare case of another mishap going out of town, I know I can rest assured that I ll have all the help I need with just a phone call to your store.Thank you,D. White

Scheduled appt online and when I got there the ticket was already prepared. When car was ready they called and when arriving, everything was all done and just needed to sign in leave! Very efficient and professional.

Outstanding service. I got a nail in my tire during the beginning of a long trip. I parked at their shop before they opened as they opened earliest out of the local shops, and was seen immediately. They patched my tire for free allowing me to continue my day. They have outstanding customer service, and made this hassle free. I recommend them to anyone living or passing through Beaumont.

Went in on Sunday because I had a low tire pressure light come on when I hit my front right tire very hard on a divider when merging onto the freeway. I had to wait two hours since they had a busy full schedule but I didn't mind since I was a walk-in. They have a new manager named Carl who is great. It turned out that I had bent the rim on the tire but he hammered it back into place and fixed the problem AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING AT ALL! I have drove on the freeway since then and have had no problems. I am amazed to have the tire fixed free,of charge and highly reccomend them based on my experience.

If you have a beater and you don't care about nicks and scratches on your rims after replacing your tires, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and willing to help, but recently I had a bad experience that I will never visit this place again. I replaced two tires on my car and the mechanic scratched and damaged both wheels. They also stained the door handle and interior upholstery with grease. This is very disappointing because after all the effort taking care of my car, a careless mechanic ruins it in a matter of seconds. I would avoid this place if you are meticulous with your car.

They took care of my car when my regular shop could not fit me in. I only give it 4 because they didn't rotate my tires they way I wanted. I had an alignment issue and I wanted the damaged tires on the back. They just did a standard rotation.

Went in for alignment and the technician discovered there was a faulty parts install on the vehicle. Rather than charge me to do the work there, they recommended I take it back to the original shop and have them warranty the work. Charged me nothing for the excellent advice, even though I took up half an hour on their lift. There was quite a bit of a wait, but that's to be expected at practically any shop.

My son brought our vehicle in because it was smoking a little and this was the only place who could see him immediately. They seriously took advantage of him. Said he had an oil leak, because of a valve cover gasket, but it wasn't very serious. They diagnosed, repaired and charged him accordingly. A few days later, called him to come get his vehicle, as it was ready to go. They told him to drive under 55 mph cause all the oil under the vehicle could get hot and catch fire. They didn't even bother to clean all the excess oil after they had supposedly fixed the car. (We found out later the vehicle was completely unsafe to be driven). He drove ten minutes down the road at 11 pm at night and the car died ON TOP OF AN OVERPASS. Thankfully, he got safely down the overpass and into the grass. He had to have his vehicle towed back to the shop the next day. They kept the vehicle another few days, clean the excess oil and then told him he had a cracked head, which they couldn't see before, because of all the oil that was underneath the car. To make a long story short and to make my point, our vehicle was driven into their shop because of a little smoke and we had to tow our vehicle out. It's now non-running, non-starting and leaking oil and transmission fluid. We've been dealing with them about a month now and so far, no one sees any type of problem here. Please DO NOT let these people work on your vehicles or the vehicles of your children. I live 2 hours away from Beaumont and can still remember my son calling me at 11 pm to tell me what had happened to him, knowing what could've happened to him, trying to coast that vehicle down the overpass with no power. And to think, this shop allowed him to get into that vehicle and drive off, knowing it was unsafe for him to drive, without a second thought for his safety. When my husband asked the Manager if he would've allowed one of his own children to get in that car and drive it home, he simply stated no. When asked why he would allow someone else's child to get in that car and drive it home, he had no response.
