Do not hesitate to use this company!Very hospitable and friendly while I waited for my windshield to be replaced. I was offered bottled water and an extension cord for my Macbook.They scheduled me quickly, within 24 hours of my first call. They did a great install, however once I got home I realized there was a scratch/crack in the bottom middle. I called them to let them know and it was absolutely not a problem at all. I brought it back the next week, they installed another brand new windshield and I was on my way.The team was helpful, communicative, had the LOWEST PRICE, and did a great job!

This Company has no consideration for others when the mistake is on them they don't try and make it right. All my measurements were correct they mess up and won't cut you no slack for they mistake.

I love supporting local businesses and try to as much as possible.This company installed all our windows and shower doors when we built our home last year and did an amazing job.The owner Johnny was great in returning any call quickly and kept us updated on scheduling times.Derrick is extremely professional and a great installer.He also called to let me know if he was running behind and when he was on his way.Companies can be great to work with when you use them to begin with and they are getting paid but if you need something done later they usually aren t as quick to get back to you or take care of the problem.I called them almost a year later because our shower door needed an adjustment, I spoke to Derick who said he would talk to his boss to see when they could make it out.I received a call about an hour later from Johnny saying Derrick would be out that afternoon and he was.That is Great Customer Service!!!I would use them anytime and recommend them 100%.

This company is locally-owned & operated in Beaumont. They do auto glass, house windows, showers, mirrors & misc glass. The owner Johnny & his crew provide a level of attention & customer service that the bigger glass companies don't provide. I highly recommend Derrick, he's very knowledgeable & really cares about his customers. These people do high quality work, they don't rush through the job just to get it done. I highly recommend them!

Johnny has been taking care of my windshields and windows for almost 8 years. He has a really good team does quality work backs it up definitely worth giving these guys a try very reasonable on pricing as well.

My daughters car was broken into & I needed a window replaced fast as Beaumont was in the middle of a storm. I received a quote, and had a window ordered in a matter of seconds Same Day Service, and the lowest price in town! They even offered to stay late if needed & cleaned up the broken glass. While reminding my kiddo of all the safety measures, the gentleman said, I agree with all of that! Imagine being over four hours away & knowing I can send my child to their place of business & they take care of her. Highly recommend!!!!! You can t go wrong! Thank you so much!!!!!!

Johnny the owner is very kind, and gives the best prices that I have seen in the golden triangle. Victor does excellent work, he has fixed multiple windows on my pickup, and even helped with a water leak that I had in the back. They are quick and fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm now a lifetime customer.

Very very bad customer service. I called like 4 times before driving from 100 miles away to pick up my pre-ordered and pre-payed glass.I was going to reach after 5 so the guy said we will wait.. When I reached there the guy who was waiting outside didn t had keys.He gave me number of Victor and told he should be there in 10 minutes.I waited for an hour, Victor never showed up. I called victor like 100 times but no reply.Really very unprofessional behavior.They made me drove 200 miles for nothing.I DO NOT recommend anyone to do business with them

Best price in town!! I got estimates from two other glass shops for a windshield and he beat their price. They are friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend them over any other glass shop around.

Golden Triangle Glass replaced 5 of my double pane windows, 6 months after I ordered them. After a couple of days of installation I noticed a hairline crack in one of the windows interior pane. Notified the glass company owner and he said he would cover it because it was on the inside, had it been on the outside he could have blamed it on a rock by a lawnmower or something and it wouldn t be covered. They came out the next day to re-measure the window and I thought it was being ordered. After five months of calling to get updates, which each time I called they said they d find out what s going on and call me back, but no one ever did. After the fifth month, the owner sent someone back to the house to re-measure the window because the window was never ordered and they lost the first measurement (or threw it away). The same day the owner called me back and said that he s not responsible for the crack and we must have cracked the window but they didn t and he s not covering or replacing the window. Buyer beware!!!! the company will put you off if you have warranty work for as long as they can then deny you coverage if you don t just go away. The crack apparently happened during the transit to my house and or installation. Our window is covered with an interior wooden shutter which we have never opened since they installed it and nothing on the inside could have cracked it. Golden Triangle Glass is not worth the trouble, your basically on your own the second they leave your house Because they don t keep their word or warranty their work. Overall, terrible experience with the company. Do yourself a favor and use a different company. ADDITIONAL INFO: before the now cracked window was installed, Golden Triangle Glass ordered it 5 different times. The first and second time they tried to install the new window it didn't fit because they measured it wrong and the 3rd and 4th window, I was told, were damaged during transit from the manufacture and now the 5th and final window fits, but as I've said above, they installed it with a crack and blame me for it, knowingly it happened during shipping or installation

Poor customer service, poor warranty, poor with keep appointments and keeping their word with replacement of windows and remembering that the customer is the mort important reason on why they have a business and how important the word of mouth can make or break a company. When this issues is what you talk about for 6 months and you are still unhappy in the end everyone deserves to understand just how far they will go to make sure the customer is not happy in the end.

Excellent customer service they were expecting me got me in right away people there are very friendly I will be returning ...they do all kids of glass home windows mirrors ect.
