On my way to Silsbee, a deer jumped out in front of my car and it needed some pretty extensive front end-repair, so I filed a Geico claim and the nearest repair shop was Glen's Express Collision.Upon dropping it off, they communicated the process and potential estimation of completion, and since they have an Enterprise partner I was picked up from that location. It was scheduled for completion in December, a month later, but there were some issues with receiving necessary parts due to the holidays, it being a new and specialty car, and the current shortage, so it took a bit longer than anticipated. My rental was not going to be covered after the 7th of January, but since there were so many delays that were out of everyone's control, they offered to pay for the remaining 3 days that it would take to finish.Overall, I'm grateful for their communication and the work looks like I drove it fresh off the lot. I highly recommend Glen's for whatever work your vehicle needs!

Paint didnt match. Chipped paint on fender, from i guess removing trim,bumper does fit right. Worst work ive ever had in southeast texas. The bad thing, supposedly they have a QC checking work. Very disappointing

The car looks fine but the process was frustrating. They pushed our pick update back 3 times until we ran out of our $1500 insurance rental benefits. Nicole had 2 separate conversations, one with me and one with my husband, when we expressed to her that our benefits were out and when we asked her who would pay she said "they would". We assumed the shop was "they" since it was their delay for paint but now it looks like she meant insurance, even though we had just told her we were out of benefits. Some how according to her, we were the ones that didn't understand. I think she thought she could request an ext. so it looks like she didn't understand we had met our policy limit for a rental. We ended up being stuck with the bill and paying out of pocket. They had the car for over a month. They were not waiting for a part to come in but there was some delay with their painting guys.

I'm from Georgia and had an accident in Texas. I was in a frustrating situation because I had to return back to GA. The people at Glen's were so helpful and communicating with my insurance and getting everything fixed.

Tammie has poor customer service. She is rude and disconnected the call while I was still talking. This is a red flag to not come and fix your vehicle here. AGAIN DO NOT COME AND FIX YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

As always Glenn s was top notch. They repair the bumper of our daughter s car. While the car was in their care they found a problem with the gear shift and searched high and low for a replacement. This place is AWESOME! If you need your car fixed, come here. My car had been rear ended and needed to be repaired. The process was very smooth and easy. I went in, signed two papers, gave them my keys and then we went outside to examine my vehicle and go over all the work that needed and would be done. Michael helped us and was very kind, along with the receptionist in the front. My car was ready in a week and I was able to pick it up after they had closed, they waited for me outside. My brand new car was rear ended at a stop light. I stopped by Glens to see if they would be able to assist me. Adam the estimator was so professional through my whole experience. He provided great communication skills and kept me informed through each and every process that was taken place. When receiving my car back it looked just like it did when I pulled it off the lot! The work the shop did looks great. My only complaint is that completion date was changed a couple of times, once without any update or notification. The car ended up being completed a week after the initial completion date and 2 days past the no later than completion date. It's the very first time, I have never experienced, in which they fixed the front bumper of my SUV without charging me a penny. They glued it, rather than a replacement , which is going to cost me over $1600. Especially, a gentleman, who is doing the estimation, is so nice, helpful, professional, and customer oriented. They are so honesty and recommend the service, based on need, not generating revenue. This is definitely the body shop, I am going to use for my vehicles. Yes! I can't say enough about how wonderfully this business is run. They make easy like Sunday morning! Altho at first when I heard it would be two weeks before I got my car back, I was a little worried. But they kept me up on all the progress, I didn't have to call them, they would text me. The paint on my car was a huge concern but they matched it PERFECTLY. You can not tell the car was even damaged. It was done 3 DAYS ahead of schedule and when they explained to me what all they done to ensure that all the damage inside and outside was taken care of.... I'm thankful they kept my car for the time they did. They explained everything and was just as excited as I was with the results. Definitely a place that carries the load so you don't have to. Oh and don't worry about rentals... They have that covered too!

Glen's Express Collision does beautiful work myself and my daughter's use them whenever we have a need for body work. Everyone is so friendly and helpful they're knowledgeable about the facts of what you need done and will help in any way they can. The detail work that is done once the car is fixed is exceptional. The work is done in a timely fashion and if there is any exception or delay you are contacted. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Glens has fixed & painted 3 different vehicles of mine I then had that been in accidents. They were always fast, courteous & kept you updated on information concerning your vehicle. The other thing I love about Glen's is they set up rental car services for you which is an A+ for me. No waiting or anything for paperwork. You get set up & be on your way. I've used Glenn's for repairs on 2 different occasions. Estimates were fair priced and the turnaround time on the repair was on schedule the first time and ahead of schedule the second time. Honestly couldn't even tell either vehicle was ever in an accident! Fast service, quality workmanship and superior customer care. I recommend Glenn's to all my family and friends. Thank you Glenn's!

I recently used Glen's Express Collision to repair my front bumper and spoiler after hitting a small animal. The manager (Mike) was knowledgeable and professional when explaining the repair process and time expectations. The repairs were completed before the time given and my car was as good as new. They handled everything with the insurance as well. I will be using them for future repairs and have already recommended them to friends and family.

They are always professional. They are fair with or without insurance claims. They will not try to replace something that does not reveal need to be replace. And before they do replace something extra they will call you and have you come in and explain to you why it needs to be replaced. I have had the worst luck in the world I ve always use them and I have always had a very good positive experience with them. Britney up front has been very professional and Adam is extremely professional will explain everything to you in great detail I m your estimates, if you ve had work done another shop he will point out if they ve done something wrong so you can take it back to get it fixed. Extremely professional company. In with no wait or fuss, ready & out the door 2 days earlier than scheduled. They also completely & seamlessly handled my claim with Allstate, and scheduled the delivery and pickup for my rental car. We brought Glenn's our new/used expedition that we recently purchased to get a deep scratch repaired on the driver's side door. They exceeded all our expectations with regards to customer service, price, quickness, and quality. It was our first time but not our last time to use them in the future. I recommend them.

Kept me informed of my vehicle s status the entire time it was there for repairs. Worked well with my insurance company, I never had to call for any inquiries, everything was provided via phone, text or email. The workmanship is comparable to that of Collision & Classics on I-10. Customer service isn't.I was initially told that my car will be ready by Wednesday. Then I received a text message saying that the car will be ready by 4:30 pm on Friday. I was expecting their call on Friday, which I didn't get. I called them on Friday right before they close at 5 pm and I was told that the job was not finished but it would be ready on Monday and they would call me then, which they didn't. On Tuesday, I finally called them again and I was told that it would be ready just in a few.The invoice says the car was checked out on Friday (I didn't). I think it was ready on Friday and they just forgot to call me. If I didn't pick up the phone on Tuesday, I think my car would have been left there forever.If you don't want to waste your money on the loaner car, just go to Collision and Classics. They always keep me updated on the progress and I've never had any communication issues with them. The only reason I visited this place is Geico insisted that I visit this location. I shouldn't have listened to them and checked in at Collision and Classics instead as I always do.It's sad that repair guys do a great job but office staff do the exact opposite.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service!!!I called in advance to make an appointment for a simple estimate on repainting my wife's car. The vehicle had no body damage or insurance claim.I arrived on time to my 9:00 am Thursday morning appointment. The estimator looked at my car and asked me to come inside while he completed calculating his estimate. I told him I needed to get to work and he could just call my home with the estimate. He said he would get that done shortly. By 4:00 pm I had not heard anything. I called the shop and was informed that the estimator was very busy and that they would see he got my message. I even left my cell phone number for him to call me at anytime. I received no call back Thursday.Friday morning around 11:00 am I called again to inquire if my estimate was ready. Again, I was told the estimator was unavailable but I was assured they would get my name and number to him so he could get back to me with my estimate. It is 7:30 pm Friday night and I still have not heard back from anyone at the shop.I don't know if the staff were concerned over the fact that I had no insurance claim. Or if they felt I did not understand that the cost for such a job could easily exceed $3,000. Maybe my dress and appearance gave them the impression that I could simply not afford their prices! Regardless, professionalism and common courtesy dictates that if one says they will get back to you shortly, that they honor their word.I know in my business if we tell our customers we will get back to them, we will move heaven and earth to keep our word. Even if we have to do it after regular business hours.It is such a shame too because I really wanted to keep my business and dollars local, but with this type of customer service it makes it difficult for me to ever want to do business with them!Robert L. Manager Adam is extremely courteous. He s also very knowledgeable in his business , I had a problem with my 2018 Subaru Outback which was really nothing big but he took charge of it. as it was. He is a man of his word, as for a customer he treated me with respect in hearing my problem. Most companies don t treat their customers with respect, but Mr. Adam s did.
