This is the most clean storage facility I have ever seen, and The customer service is 10 star excellent they re super friendly and nice and very helpful and care. I give them a 10 star review and I will definitely continue to use them now and in the future. also, they have great prices and they help you and finding the right storage size you need for the amount you can spend. They re very kind.

Reps are nice and Jason was very friendly and polite. So far so good and no complaints. I am also pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and price I was given for my unit.

The facilities are clean and seem to be well maintained. But I would like to see a couple of changes for the future I think there should be at least 2-3 moving carts available in the building because if there is more than one customer moving in or out they can be utilized as well as if there is only one things could move a lot faster. For the price which does seem a little high I do expect more tools for the patrons. Also not sure about the doors was there today and noticed it was not closing so it was wide open didn t give me a sense of felling secure.Also the restroom needs to have back up supplies or a regular scheduled check up throughout the day. But I will say the person who helped me with my application was friendly and very helpful. All in all I m satisfied

Great help, clean place, and easy to get started. The only problem I have is after a couple of months my rent was raised by 30% and I find that's nuts I'll be working as fast as I can to finish my project to get my things out of there.

Enjoyed working with the General Manager at the site. Everything was clean. Employees were very polite and I was in and out quickly. Definitely recommend

Life storage has great storage space, great prices and a friendly staff. Appreciate their help, and Jason helped me out a lot today coming down to check on our unit. Appreciate them as a company.

Love the people there the Manger really cares about any isues you have with your storage its the price that is going up and the name change ing of name but the spaces is grate

We have been with them since April 2023 when it was originally life storage. Life storage was great about always answering questions and their phones. If you were late on a payment and you paid it they immediately took your lock off within an hour of payment. NOW that's not the case apparently. Times are hard and yes I understand it's our fault for not paying on time. However, I have been out of work due to about to deliver my baby in 2 days! I need the car seat that's in my unit and we paid the unit a day before the next due date at 1pm. Being the office closes at 530pm on Saturday the lock should've been removed when I came today (sunday) now I can't get it and will have no way up there tomorrow and being induced Tuesday... This was the only day I was able to drive up there without medical appts for me our my children. Now I rather just get all my stuff out and be done with it and find a different storage facility. Overall very clean.

Store Manager Jason Swafford is awesome! Very professional and polite. He listened to my questions and suggested things I didn't think about. He also didn't try to upsell me. I did upgrade because what I wanted would not have worked. Look no further this is the place you want! I wish I could give a billion stars!

The climate storage units here are great! In the beginning, we decided to switch units and Jason made it a smooth transition for us. The staff are always so kind and helpful! Jason even replaced the light bulb in our unit for us the other day. We definitely recommend this place!

John, the manager is really great and he keeps his facility nice and clean. One of the nicest customer services experiences I ve ever had and I ve dealt with him on several occasions. I highly recommend this facility.

Elevator does not operate in a safe manner. When I got on it would not go up and door would not open back up. Finally got it to open after several attempts so got off fast. Elevated closed behind me and would not reopen. My belongs on a cart was still on the elevator when it closed and then the doors would not reopen. No one in the office since it s Sunday at 7:00pm and it s after hours. Not sign anywhere in who to call after hours. Tried to find the emergency stairs in case of a fire but no stairs found to get down from the 3rd floor in case elevator is not working. They must know it s not a safe or normal operating elevator because they have a sign that states Do not bump doors or elevator will Malfunction .We got ahold of Erica but she said she was somewhere in Texas ( but not Beaumont) and all she could do was make an Incident report which could take 24 hours for them to respond to. In the meantime my stuff is still on the elevator my unit on the third floor is still opened.

I had a pleasure of renting here and Mr Holden was absolutely amazing! He told me exactly what I needed to do and he got me taken care of in a timely manner he was very polite and made sure if I needed any assistance with anything make sure to let him know !!!

I have been with Life Storage for over 1 1/2 yrs +... The greatest part about this location is Excellent Customer Service. Tonya Sweet, the Store Manager goes out of her way to make sure everything is as it should be. I give her 5 stars for managing this facility with efficiency, excellent customer service, always with a smile & a kind word; as well as making sure all areas of the facility is in excellent shape, very clean & safe.
