I brought my 2013 Dodge Dart Limited to them yesterday morning at 7:45 am to check and see why my handsfree was not connecting to my phone. Was given the run around and lied to all day when I would call and check on my vehicle. I was told at one time that my car was in the garage at 9:30 am being diagnosed to find out the problem. Then I call back around noon to be told that they had just pulled my car in the garage. I called again at 4:30 pm to be told that it was a faulty wire. Once I got there around 5:35 pm to pick up my car they then told me that the handsfree module went out. How did it go to a faulty wire then to a bad module. They need to send their techs and other employees back to school to learn how to treat customers better. I had to pay for the diagnosis that was done on my car which I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay for after they treated me the way they did. Mike Smith service center is very unprofessional and has very, very poor service that lies and changes up their story every time you talk to someone. I will never go back to this place to be treated so poorly. They do not deserve a star rating cause of the horrible service.

Beware! If you don t check on your vehicle they will just let it sit and rot while the part is there. Service manager doesn t care and didn t even offer a discount or anything for keeping my car extra days while I m paying on a rental car. Nothing! No care or concern at all! Very unprofessional. Barely an I m sorry. Omg NEVER AGAIN!!! Oh and get a 2nd opinion.

Bought a used car from mike smith and haven t owned it but 2 months and haven t even put 2,000 miles on it and the motor need rebuilt already.

Bad customer service will keep ur vehicle for a week and blame it on lack of workers!!!Unprofessional won't even follow up!
