They will scratch and gouge your wheels and tires when breaking down and mounting, then give you the run around through some 3rd party claims department. This is the second time this has happened to me. Will never use discount tire again. Worn out equipment and inexperienced employees cause needless damage to your property. Go to a professional. You pay for what you get.

My tire was going flat and I went to discount tire, Mr. Larry helped me figure out what the problem was, explained what they could do and gave me some good options. Extremely helpful, professional, and respectful. Helped me get 4 new tires for a good price and go out of there quickly. Very happy with my visit and not the first time I ve been here either. Can t go wrong with discount tire.

Called the Discount Tire at Parkdale Mall. Asked Jasper for the tires I needed. He said he had some Rocky Mountain tires for 160 each. I asked if they had them in stock. The answer was yes. So I drive 20 miles to be told there is none in stock and the closest price range was 200 for the Cooper tires. I looked online the night before and was pleased to hear the $160 tire was in stock. Austin was the one who helped and gave me a 10% discount on the tires. Still $120 more for the set than I was expecting to pay.Discount Tire used to be my tire place exclusively. About 4 years ago that changed when I set an appointment to have tires put on my truck. When I showed up they didn't have the tires and couldn't get them until the next day. Sad part is we had a detailed conversation about getting the tires in stock, setting the appointment, and having them put on. That was the last time I used Discount Tire until today. And it's like this company has a practice of getting the customer into the establishment even if they have to lie to get you there?This is very frustrating that a company can be so inconsiderate of the customers time, lie to them about in-stock tires, and charge more money. I applied for the card so I could take advantage of the 12 month financing.Surely the workers can't be so incompetent/inconsiderate that they can't or will not validate tires in stock can they be? I realize they are very busy BUT so am I. And I'm the one helping to keep their jobs secure. Busyness is job security

I have always enjoyed doing business with Discount Tire and today just reinforced those reasonings! Scrambling to get my truck ready to go out of town for a late notice job, and being on a tight budget, associate Jasper and the shop team got me in and taken care despite my late arrival, 16:00, with them closing at 17:00. Jasper was extremely helpful and the shop team very expeditious. Will definitely continue using and recommending Discount. Thanks guys.**psa- the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I don't believe in perfection,always room for improvement...but these guys scare the hell out of it **

Jasper was extremely helpful, customer service and tires are definitely his jam and it shows. Whatever manager was on is a great business man. We will be getting all of our tires at this discount tire. I would pay extra to be towed to this one.

Showed up this morning, fortunately before the rush hit. Ty gave excellent customer service and got me fixed up with 5 new tires (including spare). He s like the son I never knew I had lol.

Discount tires is a good place to go to. I went there this morning with my wife because we had a flat and they changed the flat and then the process the tire. They had accidentally damaged it so they gave us a free tire and everything and put it back on the car and everything was free.

I was promptly greeted by Obi in the waiting area. I told him about the issue with the nail in the right rear tire and he promptly started gathering all the info on my truck. I have been dealing with Discount Tire for years and have always had great service at all the service stores I've done business with. I have the road hazard policy so anytime you have a problem with nails or other things you can bring your vehicle in to get your tire repaired. You can also come in every 10-15,000 miles and they will rotate and balance your tires at no cost. If for some reason they can't repair your tire due to a nail or damage they will get you a replacement tire at a discounted price based on tread wear. I also get my new tires here and airways get good prices. They will also give you breaks if you have been with them for a long time too!

I rolled in 5 minutes before my appointment. I was met in the parking lot and the young man who took down my information. He made an inspection of my tires and he told me they were starting to wear into a caution zone. He told me about options for some new tires. I decided to replace all four. They had me finished in less than 30 minutes. Wow, that was NASCAR fast. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

Obi met us at the door this morning right around 8 am. My car had a flat and we ended up getting all 4 tires replaced. No haggling, he took care of us in a honest and good fashion! It took less than an hour for our tires to be replaced which is great since I have work later today. Thank you to Cody and his Team at Discount Tire! Check them out! You won't be disappointed!

These guys are a joke. The first thing they do is try and tell you that you need new tires. Even though my tires are less than 9 months old. Then once I shut down the sells pitch, I tell them I just need a patch job and the tires are from there so it should free. So they work on the tire and the next morning the tire is flat. I seriously doubt they even worked on it.

I booked a reservation for yesterday to have my tires rotated and balanced, because I originally bought my tires here. I knew from the get-go it was going to cost me money, even though they tell you with the road hazard warranty is no cost to you out-of-pocket to have the service offered. $400 later I have two new front tires and the most horrible experience I have ever been subjected to as a patron. When I got in my car after paying for my two new tires, the low tire pressure alarm had not been reset. An employee directing me as to where to park so that he could scan the tire pressures and clear The alarm off the computer of the car. When I attempted to start the car again, nothing happened. The employee was very helpful and trying to resolve the issue by using his personal vehicle and a set of jumper cables that Discount Tire owned in order to help me get the car running 4 1/2 hours later, lots of tears, phone call to state farm, road, hazard service, tow truck involved and sitting in a car and 90+ degree weather. You get the picture? I sure did and so did all of my followers on my live stream as I went, live in my car, telling them of the shotty service I received at this location in Beaumont Texas. After the employees were ordered to go home by the manager on site three hours later after I ve been sitting in his parking lot, he finally approaches my window With nothing but excuses. Rather than ask is there anything he could do to help me? He denied ordering his employees to clock out, so that no overtime would be incurred and continue to work. By the way, as a violation of federal labor, laws, and state labor laws, I highly recommend avoiding this location they could care in the least about their paying customers. Could you imagine how I was treated if I would ve paid the thing at all? My fans on my lifestream were a palled and so concerned because they could hear the sheer desperation and panic in my voice, as I am screaming at the manager for ignoring me, sitting in my car as a handicapped individual at the time. Period wasn t even offered a cold bottle of water or asked if I wanted to come inside and sit in the air condition waiting room well they attempted to fix my car. So I was left stranded in their dark parking lot, waiting on the tow truck. He was nothing but friendly thank God. He resolved the problem quickly. It had nothing to do with the battery. The fuse box was loose. GEEZ!!!

Discount Tire did not surprise me with their service. It was good as I expected. The tires that I wanted to buy are no longer being made and the service attendant explained that to me and offered other similar tires that met the performance standards that I wanted. The installation was quick considering that I walked in without an appointment.

Mr. Eddie was a gem. He greeted us with a smile, which is not common these days. Nice, friendly and professional. I told him what I wanted and it wasn't available. He searched until he found compatible items for almost the price I was going to pay for the original items! Great job!

They weren't that busy. I only wanted 2 tires replaced on front end and check the donut spare. It 9:45 am salesman said it would be ready by 11:00 am. At 10:45 car still hasn't moved from where I parked it. I told salesman he wasn't goinv to make 11 am. I thought 11 was excessive wait time for 2 tires. managdr stepped hd told him to pull car now. 11:20 am I drive out. ob, as an after thought the spare really needed to be replaced, no price to do that or time to do. I refused. Enough of lack of customer service.

Place was very busy, but exceptionally friendly service. Had a tire replaced,and had great service from start to finish. Not the cheapest,but DEFINITELY the most friendliest,most professional, knowledgeable,people in town. I would recommend to anyone for tires.

Overall I have always enjoyed my visit. The tech that helped me he was okay but seemed to be in a hurry. Normally when they check my tires they start my car and turn the wheels so I can fully see. He just rubbed his hand on tire stated they needed changing I should of challenged him but never had a bad experience so anyway new tires was a plus for me I drive alot. To the tech that helped me you were nice just slow down when talking let the customer feel like you have the time to be with them.

Our technician, Gavin, was awesome! He was prompt, professional and very friendly. He even took the time to say hi and pet our Australian Shepherd, Jasper, who was hanging out the window! He explained everything he was going to do and had us on our way in minutes. What a joy he was to work with! He truly is an asset to your company.

Scheduled an appointment on their app. When I arrived for my appointment, I was almost immediately greeted by a gentleman at the service desk. I explained my concerns with my tire, he walked me outside, checked my tire and insured me that it was completely safe (small nic in the sidewall). He explained and showed me that he saw no fibers. He went on to explain that my tires are still under warranty and what problems to be aware of. I was told at anytime I felt the tire was unsafe to bring it in immediately. Very impressed with the professionalism and time specifically given to me to insure all of my questions and concerns were answered.

Had a flat tire with the donut spare on and before I could even get my children out of the car, I was being greeted by one of the employees. He inspected the tire and was very informative of what needed to be done. He wasn't pushy offered different solutions in order to help us. I appreciated the fact that he took what we stated our immediate needs were and didn't push any further services. Austin was a wonderful salesperson and a great person to work with. Not to mention everything was done in about 20 minutes on a Saturday. We plan on being back once we are ready to purchase a full set in a couple months.Thank you!

I wanted to give a shout out to the management and team at Discount Tire at the mall. I bought new tires for my dually last week. In the process of mounting the new tires they damaged one of my front wheels. The manager promptly came in the store amd made me aware and said they would replace the wheel at their cost. This morning they made good on that commitment. I havebno issues with companies that make mistakes but immediately make it right. They just earned a long term customer. Thank you.
