Great service and super friendly staff. To the point and they get me fixed up right. The only thing is that they don't do alignments but this business has never done it. Goo options on tires and the staff explains the options well. Thank you!

Always great service and super fast with an appointment! The guys here go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need and want. Had several test fits before we decided on the perfect set of wheels.. The guys here are super knowledgeable and always willing to help. Sometimes choosing the right wheel and tire is the hardest decision for me.. These guys answer all my questions, and go above and beyond to make sure your happy!

We had a rental car and got a flat tire. We got toed to discount tire right as they were closing. They still helped us and were able to patch our tire for free! Otherwise we would have been stranded for the night. Amazing staff! Thank you!!!

I have been buying tires from Discount Tire since 1983, and from the Beaumont locations since since 1998. There have been too many cars vehicles to recount, and the tires for all of them, over the years. They have always been a great place for me to buy my tires. The young men are always professional, courteous, and friendly. I have been, and still am satisfied with their service to me and my family.Thank you!

I've been a customer of Discount Tire at Parkdale Mall for many years. Bought tires for all four of my vehicles but lately I haven't been satisfied with the rotate and balancing of my tires. I actually visited all three Discount Tire stores to rebalance my tires . Indeed up paying someone to properly balance my tires.

Ran into a problem the day after I bought 4 new sets of tires! Nothing the shop did, road hazards in a construction zone and ended up with a flat tire. In less than an hour I had Mark come and help me put on a spare. Exceptional team and service. I am one grateful customer!

This location is impeccable. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to service. I was overwhelmed and very grateful to have Discount Tire to rely on. Greeted as soon as I entered. The staff was quick to help with the tire issues. The scanned and gave me a quick picture of the status of the tires. I needed two tires on my front end and they gave me a quick picture of the best options and then were quick to get them changed. They also gave me a recommendation for a place to have my front end check due to the way my front tires wore down. Helpful and quick. Got my tires changed and got me back on the road very quickly.

I paid $900 for these tires and this was how DT presented my truck with new tires to me. Added insult to injury; Two fairly new tires were requested to be returned, not. My truck was brought out to me with the door open, and a "You're all set to go!" I was home when I realized that my tires were not returned. I called them and was placed on hold, then the line gives me the busy signal. This was on a Friday, and by Monday, I was informed that my tires could not be located and that more than likely they were discarded. Discarded? These are tire professionals and they know a good tire from trash. My front tires cost $213 each and had less than 20K miles on them. Trashed? I don't think so

Didn't know you should replace your tires every five years regardless of mileage(cracked threads). Great prices and fast service.

Great service, knowledgeable, won't try and break your bank. The vibe of the environment is welcoming and relaxed. Makes a difference in my spirit ... The warranty is worth the extra $$$. My tires have been under warranty for well over a year... This is my second time getting a new tire for only $22. Extremely helpful and convenient...Thanks y'all <3

Had to have my truck towed in from around the state line. Got there and figured I would have to wait but got right in. Then there was a small mishap and the manager was nice and professional. We then realised my spare was the wrong size rim and they did not have any but directed me to a second vendor who had a 15 for low money, so my spare could get mounted. Really for blowing a tire on the Interstate this was a great experience. THANK YOU

This store never wants to rotate tires. They always find a reason to not do it. They just want to sell you tires. Sad thing about it is I bought the tires from them. I think Im done with discount tire.

I ve been buying tires for about 25 years. Mostly, this business is with Discount Tire.Lately, I m disappointed in their tactics. All they are concerned is if they can sell you a new set of tires. Lifetime rotate and balance is a sales gimmick.Twice this month I was told they couldn t rotate my tires because the front was at 5/32 and the rear was at 6/32. I was told they are too worn to rotate. That s why you rotate the tires; so you get even wear from front to back. I am the consumer and know the risk and my own driving habits.All they have there working are kids trying to make a sale. I ll take my business elsewhere.

My daughter goes to a nearby college. She had her tire slashed and didn t realize it until she was headed home for the weekend (2hours away) The staff at this location were super helpful when I called and when my girl arrived, she said she was greeted and they were quick to get her tires changed so she could jump on the road home. I m so thankful for the helpful guys at this location. Definitely gave this momma peace of mind

Hands down the best service. Had scheduled an appointment for 815 and ended up getting there at 755 and the doors were already open. I was going to wait in my truck but Kevin came out and got my info. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

Had to drop off a tire to get replaced. They brought it out to me before I even got out of my truck because they remembered who I was yesterday, I didn't even have to walk in and show them the receipt or nothing

4 tire change done in less than 30 minutes! These guys are good. The key is to set an appointment online and they were standing there waiting for me to arrive and went straight to work. I couldn't ask for a better job!

This location on Stagg is a scam. Sold me a tire for almost $200 and the tire cracked on the side a few months later. I had my receipt and proof of purchase. They would not replace it because I did not purchase their warranty when I originally bought the tire. You could look at the tire and tell it was practically brand new. No wear on the bottom at all. I will never purchase a tire from Discount Tire ever again. Please take your business elsewhere.

I don t do very many reviews generally, but this was worth putting out there. I have a fleet of trucks that have had the tire needs handled by discount tire for about five years. We dropped off a simple flat tire this morning to the location off of College. As most issues in life, miscommunication, and just innocent misunderstanding occurred, probably more to the fault of my employee who dropped it off then discount tire., As the issue hit my desk, I I got probably more angry than I should ve immediately. While I had a valid point, again, it was just an innocent misunderstanding. I went to the location and expressed my discontent, I was never abusive or personal with any of the staff, but I was clearly very angry and I was not nice at all. Enter Colton. When he got an understanding of the situation, he first offered to sell me a protection plan that would ve prevented this kind of thing for the life of the tires. I was so impressed with how he took my unruly, thinking, and try to turn it into a profit for his store while addressing my needs fairly that I told him he should train my guys. I did not accept the solution that he proposed although it was fair, it just did not play into my strategies financially with how I purchase tires. Colton never had any negative body language, or deep breathing, or any type of sign that he was disappointed that I did not exercise the option he offered, quite the opposite, he made the deal right at discount tires expense. While, I definitely believe that the volume of business I do with them, warranted his concession, if I was personally dealing with somebody that had my initial approach, anger, etc. etc.. I probably would not have been as gracious as he was. It is reasons like this that I personally, and my company do 100% of our Tire business with discount tire. Thanks Colton.

Busy place but they offer free tire-air and patch service. Wait times are longer than desired but making an appointment is beneficial.

I came here to get trailer tires for my 5th wheel camper. I've used Discount Tire before and always had a good experience.These guys were top notch, both the management and staff. They went miles above the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. They are just genuinely good people.Awesome job guys, thank you!

Staff always friendly and helpful. Takes time to explain any issues. Waiting time not too bad considering every bay is full. Loves that once you're a customer, tire checks are free. Minor issues corrected with no charge.

I had a 9oclock appointment. I was seen earlier than that. They kept me informed of what they were doing. The people were friendly, the store was very clean and comfortable. I weren't there long, and the services were great.

I set an appointment for them to only NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT ONCE U SHOWED UP. came for re balance and they told me I had to buy new tires

Those who serve the customer are 100% but their mechanics or workshop assistants are pure slow silly people I waited 3 hours for them to put my new tires
