I absolutely hate buying new vehicles because of past experiences with car salesmen and finance departments. However, from the first time I spoke with Alejandro he was nothing but professional. He sat down with me and helped me build my Chevy Trax. Then stayed on top of the progress as it was been built and sent to America, keeping me updated the entire time. When my car came in, he took the time to come pick me up at my home and took me to the bank to get my cashiers check. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle.The young man in your finance dept was incredible also. He was very professional explaining everything I asked about. Both of these young men made me feel very comfortable and were never pushy or intimidating. If I ever buy another vehicle, it will definitely be from Classic but only from Alejandro !

Will definitely Never come back ! My sales representative was good no problem , we bought two brand new vehicles! Cadillac and a sierra , as you see the sierra the brackets were not working at all !!!!! Literally this was an awful experience and having my 10 weeks year old baby with me was so scary ! dealer has done nothing about it ! Took my Cadillac yesterday for service oil change and tire rotation (they never rotate my tires we noticed because my husband marked the tires before we dropped it off at the dealership!!! And by checking reviews they had the same issue like mine with the oil change,tire rotation and car wash which also never got !

I bought my yruck in January. I brought the vehicle in because add oil light came on, and when i checked it the oil was not even on the dip stick. I also told them that the truck was shifting hard when driving it. I was not contacted by anyone untill a week had passed and i called to find out what was going on. Everyone i talked to was very nice and pleasant. When they told me about the transmission needeing repairs they told me it would be covered under my warranty and that i would just pay the deductable and the oil change. Which i did and it was 441 dollars and some change. My only question is why was the transmission not gone through before i bought it, because the truck was like this when i bought it. I can undertand a little about the oil because they changed that before i bought it, and may not know about a leak. They said they were putting my truck on a oil consuption watch.

Absolutely Highly Recommend!! Joey Boudreaux went above and beyond to get my windshield replaced while I was traveling!! You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming pushy salesmen. And then they don t come. Instead, you get a friendly sarcastic person who doesn t try to push anything on you and basically has the best Personality. So much so i have bought my last 5 vehicles from him. He was also very helpful. And he listened to what i wanted most the time... He was very accommodating to many of my wants and did the best he could. That was my experience with Wesley Graham at Classic Chevrolet.

Phillip Bick is a phenomenal salesman! I live out of town and he has worked with me so much over the phone making sure I get everything I need. Not only did he help me and wife get her a new vehicle with short notice earlier this year but he has also helped me get my dream truck! He does not treat you like a typical car salesman, he treats you like a good friend you ve known forever. He is very honest and reliable and genuinely cares about the best deal for you. There s not many people like him around anymore! I will only get a new car so often but he will always be my go to man and I highly recommend him to anyone that cares about what they re getting!

Sales people are nice and friendly.Only had my vehicle for 3 months and I got slapped with this bill after the car hit a point it wouldn't drive over 20. I also bought the warranty, which apparently doesn't cover anything. Just keep this all in mind before buying.Edit: I still owe 11k on this vehicle. Just for a heads up. I guess I'm a sucker for taking y'all's word.Update: so now the altanator is falling out of the car and the air compressor locked up causing the new motor to fail. Not even a year in and I'm on the verge of letting it get towed.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM CLASSIC CHEVROLET.We bought a used Ford F150 that is only a couple years old, and we spent a pretty penny. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and of course doing anything they could do to get the sale. Additionally sold us a warranty and promised $0 deductible.Drove the truck home 50 miles and it broke down in my drive way.Brought the truck back and was told that the service department did not know how to service the truck and we should use the warranty and take it to ford dealership. (This is the same service department they claimed serviced the truck before it was sold and said nothing was wrong with it)We tried to get the truck serviced at the ford dealership where we found out the warranty did not cover anything and additionally was not accepted by most other mechanics.After going back and forth for weeks between the ford dealership service department and this dealership where the truck was purchased, and spending $1000s because the warranty was a joke, I STILL have a truck that breaks down any time it is idling.As soon as problems with the vehicle arose the entire staff was dismissive, blamed each other, made excuses and broken promises, was not helpful at all, and extremely rude and nasty.Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to purchase ANY vehicle.

Bought a new 23 Silverado 2500 they tack on extra money for a oil change package and ceramic coating that they put on after you buy the vehicle. Wouldn't take it off or get rid of the oil change package which does me no good since I can't go there to get the oil changed since I was moving out of state. Then to top it off the so called ceramic coating they put on that costs an extra $2k doesn't last more than a month and then your paint has no glass feel that should be there with a ceramic coating I have installed them before. I called my sales guy Tim and he said I had to contact the manufacturer of the ceramic coating so he gave me there number. I called 8 times left voicemails and never got anyone. It's all a scam don't buy from these crooks.

Customer service in the beginning was great. After voicing my concerns of what I thought was wrong with my vehicle I was ignored. Picked up the vehicle 2 days later after the issue was supposedly resolved and I still can t drive my vehicle after spending $1100. The dealership picked up my vehicle multiple times and did not resolve or figure out the problem. I tried to request a different guy to hear me out and that didn t happen either. Called and left voicemails multiple times for Misty who is very rude and never returned my phone call until I demanded to speak with her. Overall Misty and the person who serviced my vehicle made seem like I was bothering them so I never returned my vehicle to sit for another week while being told the same thing.

Online price was wonderful! and i looked forward to purchasing a vehicle. Asked for the OTD price and was quickly amazed at the upcharge. AFTERMARKET price adjustment of over 2k. For what? Ceramic coating (i didnt ask for) a maintenance package ( I live in another city) and tire locks (LOL). I asked to have them removed and move forward with purchase. His response : Most my manager will take off is $200. Its an addendum from the price you saw online. NO THANKS!!

Review is for the service department. Horrible! Communication was awful throughout the entire process. Most of my calls and texts were not responded to for 2 days. I was told my vehicle would be ready to pick up Monday and it wasn't ready until Wednesday. Arrived to everything not even completed, after receiving a text that the vehicle was ready. First and last time here.

Yes, I had a preapproval loan from golf Coast educators with extra incentives and underwriter used another Gulf Coast branch that didn t except the incentives from gulf coast credit union in Pasadena so instead of getting my 5.9 APR, I ended up with a 6.9 APR and No life insurance for my vehicle. and I haven t received my contract documents to see when my payments are due other than that the sales person was awesome and courteous.

My wife knows Alexander Garza from Texas Roadhouse which they are roadies (is what they are being called lol). She's been telling him how bad of a situation that we was in within our current car which is a 2009 Dodge Caliber SXT which isn't a bad car don't get me wrong but we think we got a lemon from that whole deal sooooo we went by to see Alex and we talked. He said lets run some numbers and see what happens. Well we got approved !!! We had a very good experience from him and the financial advisor for Classic Chevrolet, very helpful and so kind. We should have done this loong time ago but we are very happy and have a more dependable car than what we had currently. We end up getting a 2013 Hyundai Elentra GT

If you re in the market for a vehicle, and are afraid of high prices and availability during the times we re in, go to Classic SETX and ask for Tim Bridges. He s not the stereotypical salesman. He s very warm and friendly, and you can tell he fights to get you the most for your trade and best price for the vehicle you re buying. He s an all around great person and couldn t recommend him enough! I bought this truck and was in and out in less than 2-hours!
