We had such a great experience with Jason at Classic Chevrolet. He made the process so easy for us. I called about a truck that just hit the lot. He brought it up and had it ready to see as soon as we arrived. He made the process so smooth and stress free. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice. It was honestly one of the best car buying experiences we have had.

Easiest car shopping I ve ever done! I had an amazing salesman; Mr. Hakim listened to me and got me what I wanted. There was no pushy sales tactics or overbearing sales talk. I was able to walk out the door with what I asked for at the price that I needed. The finance manager was helpful and a pleasure to work with as well! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Everyone was amazing!

We had an amazing experience with Ronnie! He helped me shop for the perfect vehicle and gave me many options. Every time I called or checked in, he was there to answer my call or help me test drive different vehicles based on my personal preference. I highly recommend using this dealership. I made an appointment online with my GMC app to have my automobile serviced. I received 3 reminder text messages about my appointment. I arrived for my appointment and told the advisor that I would just wait for my automobile to be worked on. She informed me that I would have to leave it there for 2-3 days to have a diagnosis done on it. Now, tell me why on earth do you make appointments for them to tell you that you really don't have an appointment? Dropping a car off for 2-3 days just to diagnose the issues is not ok. When I made the appointment they could have prepared me for this. I had no idea. Terrible customer service as far as I'm concerned. BTW, stop blaming Covid. That is a lame excuse.

Fletcher of Classic Acura made my experience of vehicle shopping amazing, quick, and convenient. Even when it got a little rough behind the scenes banks etc he on his own made it right and work with what was best for me and options at that! Thankful for classic & fletcher. Third vehicle for sure from Classic. Previous I put over 200k miles on. Last one I put over 100k miles. We shall see what happens with this one!

I'd placed my GMC terrain car for repair because of a hit and run incident and they gave me the highest quality service and they are being polite with me all the time..Highly recommended!!

No. Team did great, except for interim waiting time. It took 3 hrs. To finish the deal. But other than that it was a pleasant experience. Tim and Wesley did a good sales demo job. Clark made financial work pleasant.

Purchasing this GMC truck was a smooth, no pressure, no hassle experience! Even completing the final sales paperwork was easy! The salesman, Joshua, answered all of my questions and more. I even called the next day with a couple of questions and he gladly had the answers I needed. Will recommend this dealership to friends!!

It was the smoothest process of both trading in(classic offered by far the best trade in value for my old vehicle) and picking up a new vehicle, I had Jimmy L. for my salesrep and I have say, it was painless process mainly due to him and I'd highly recommend going to these guys. More than satisfied with my purchase, they've earned my business for years to come.

Bought a Ford f150. After a month of use none even 100 miles drive time. Need 2 new front tires and an alignment. That means they sale it to me just like that. I know is on me that I should have checked the tires before buying it but they said they do a "5 point inspection" in all their vehicles so I trust them.

I purchased a 2018 GMC that had about 8,000 miles on it at the time. I was sold an extended warranty with a verbal agreement which would include free oil changes for the life of the warranty. I am at the end of the 5 years & had 1 oil change left. I was informed after the oil change this was no longer the case & had to pay the full price. The selling point for the truck was the verbal agreement made at the time of purchase. After purchasing 3 vehicles I have lost my trust in the dealership. Their no better that the others. You lost a customer over $80

I don t even know where to start.I m amending my previous review of Classic GMC after the GM contacted me on FB to ask me to remove my reviews. He has my husband s number and direct contact information but decided to scour Facebook for me instead of just reaching out to him? I don t get it either.My husband purchased a GMC truck a couple months ago.**NOT** from Classic GMC as I mistakenly stated in my original review. GM Ben didn t like that one bit.Classic GMC, unfortunately, just happened to be the nearest dealer to my husband to assist him with his warranty.The problem was/is our grill. While traveling down the highway, the top part broke off. We soon discovered this is a common problem with this line of trucks. There are online forums and FB groups lined with complaints about the grills on these trucks and the faulty clips which lead to broken grills. The grills are even on back order due to demands because of this issue.Good news is, we are still under warranty. Bad news, is that Lisa and the service department at Classic told my husband that he clearly must have hit something and that s why the clips and grill were broken.When my husband called the service department again to try to figure out a resolution, he spoke to Lisa again. Lisa had some super interesting input in all of this but my personal favorite is when she said: Let s use rational thinking. Do you really expect us to believe that this really happened so close to your warranty expiring? According to GM Ben in his FB message, this issue is out of their control. They have no impact whatsoever on the warranty process. Despite HIS employees in HIS service department contradicting this, GM Ben swears it s out of their hands.Thankfully, Granger Chevy is capable of filing warranties. They took minutes to inspect the grill and file the paperwork. They never once accused us of getting into a fake accident or told us that our warranty was too close to expiring to honor.Granger did the right thing.Which is what all this boils down to.I don t know a thing about cars or trucks - I don t even know the model of what my husband is driving or where he bought it from obviously (so sorry GM Ben), but I DO know business and believe strongly in doing what s right and Classic GMC treated us poorly, to say the least.Classic GMC still hasn t reached out to us. They ve done nothing proactively to work through this with us besides finding me on FB despite my husband s multiple calls to them. GM Ben even gave us his direct line so that we could talk to him personally. I don t even need to tell you how that ended, do I? You get the gist.If GM Ben was truly concerned about the integrity of his dealership, he would ve contacted my husband, the customer, immediately. He was more worried about his image than making this right.But thanks, GM Ben. For correcting me on my lie as you put it. My husband DIDN T buy his truck at GMC Classic. Thank God. The one silver lining in this dumpster fire experience is that we didn t give any of our hard earned money to Classic GMC. But we will be giving it to Granger Chevy in the future.

My husband and I went to look at the cars at the lot. While just driving around, Joshua Ozio approached us and asked what we were looking for. He took the time to listen and showed us some vehicles. We didn't make a decision that night, but Joshua called us the next day and said there was another vehicle we may like. We returned to the dealer and absolutely fell in love with the vehicle. Needless to say, we went home with it. Joshua went above and beyond what we expected, and only because of him we bought the vehicle. Thank you so much Joshua, you were fantastic.

My experience was the salesman and sales manager were professional and provided great customer service. There was no pressure I drove every mid size SUV General Motors makes and the knowledge and ability to find me what I wanted was what lead me to purchase from Classic Chevrolet.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They check to make sure you have transportation while your car is being serviced even offering a shuttle service. I live in Mont Belvieu which is an hour away from where I get my car serviced but the customer service here is the reason I choose to make the drive.

Hi everyone : Just want to inform you all about the mis representation and bad ethics and poor customer service of this classic dealership of Beaumont. Unsatisfactory behavior and not fulfilling their commitment along with hiding the truth about vehicle accident history is how they deal with the customers. We are forced to say they are rude and prejudice too. We would never recommend this dealership to anyone
