We drove all the way from North Carolina to this location to purchase a trailer and we were NOT disappointed.Customer service was GREAT!The service we received was outstanding. They were extremely friendly and understanding. They made sure everything was in order before we got there and made sure that all necessary information was given to us.I definitely recommend this location!!!!

Raelyn made my experience so easy! I literally knew nothing about trailers but I needed one for my business. She hooked me up with a good price, she was upfront about everything, and everyone was super nice. We are driving a 43 5th wheel and had an emergency repair needed. Big Tex was able to get us in first thing and did an amazing job. We highly recommend their service department for all of your trailer repairs.

Kelly in parts is a lifesaver! Been trying to get a project done for a customer and have not been able to get parts or pictures locally. She was able to locate and send my parts to California overnight! So happy and will be sure to call her if I ever need BigTex parts again.

Jason, Raelyn and Kelly are the absolute best!! Our trip from Tucson to New Orleans with a 2 axle trailer ended in Beumont because the trailer wheel flew off. Jason did a master work on the axle replacement due to faulty spindle and is a trailer artist - he even fabricated a trailer spare tire holder that had been previously damaged. Raelyn went out to another store to pick up a wheel because they didn't have one in stock. All went above and beyond and have become friends. We plan to stop on our way back to Tucson next year. We'll be sure to bring their favorite sandwich - The Diablo Burger from Daddio's. It was God send to find them!

The store manager RaeLynn and the service tech Jason were awesome! Everyone was so helpful even though you could tell they were swamped and short handed. I would definitely recommend the Beaumont Big Tex for all your trailer needs!

Came in for a 7x16 to haul between here in Arkansas, but they did not have it. RaeLynn the manager quoted me a good price and said she'd get one quick. Got a call the next day & she had my trailer on the lot. Great deal & wonderful staff, highly recommend!!

Great crew, in a bind to get out of town and needed to haul my gladiator. No luck on rentals..RaeLynn made me a deal I couldn't pass up on a Rice car hauler & hooked me up on parts as well. Thanks Chris in the shop as well for getting me all hooked up! 10/10 recommend!

I came in unannounced and in a bind. My brake lights and blinkers were not working. I'd exhausted my troubleshooting abilities. Jason stopped what he was doing to make sure that he got my lights working properly and I didn't even buy my trailer from here. Great customer service isn't dead. 10/10 would do business here again.

Just went to look and get an idea of what I wanted and a price range. Met Mrs. Kelly, she s awesome! She has the knowledge of what she s got on the yard and easy to talk with. Listens to what you need and finds it for you. Best of all she has a wonderful personality and really sweet. Really happy I went by to see them.Awesome service!
