They must make enough money there. They was turning people away left and right. The gates was open and people showing up. All they did was tell everyone there closed and made everyone leave. Not very friendly people.

Always excellent service. Fair prices. Bought my Kubota and equipment for an excellent deal. Highly recommend this dealership for quality and knowledge. Been my tractor people for years.

Drove 5 hours, past 5 other Kubota dealerships to buy from these guys. Lester and Kyle got me taken care of in a hurry.Tractor was less expensive than Kubota MSRP and came with a full tank.They also stock Armstrong brand implements, made right here in Texas! A 5' box blade was $50 cheaper than what the big box stores charge for a Chinese made one.Will absolutely make the long drive again for future purchases.

Apparently, they didn't want to sell a tractor. Was outside, and no one came to see if we needed help. So, I went inside , but no one asked. So, I left and went to Buna to buy your loss.

Great people who care about your needs and the salesperson LESTER does not pressure you to buy anything you don't need. They've definitely earned my business and respect.I bought the 2018 BX23S TLB

Awesome place! After purchasing a L2501 we could not be more pleased. Dustin was super helpful and eagerly answered all of our questions and explained all the details throughout the entire process. They were patient while we bounced back and forth between models and never pressured us into a sale and Dustin even personally delivered our trailer and tractor. Great equipment and even better customer service!

Just bought a second tractor from these folks, that should tell you everything you need to know. . I purchased a BX1880 with loader, mower and tiller for my 1.5 acre from Lester . The price was right, the service great and I would recommend anyone in the market stop at Beaumont Tractor. They will take care of you. After 2 days of use, I had a leak develop in a hydraulic fitting, these guys came all the way out to my place, took care of me, no fuss or attitude. Well done, Beaumont Tractor, well done!

These people really know there tractors. They had everything I needed. They took the time to look up the parts I needed so I could get they right part the first time and not have to make a return trip. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I went to look/buy a new tractor today cash money, went in and had a rude lady ask me to leave because my wife was with me, yet I had been on there lot for 30 minutes looking at the cab tractor. We never seen a sales rep so when I called and talked to the sales manager he told me he did not need nor want my money ...but on the other hand Shoppa's John Deere just down the road was very helpful.

I had a Gravely for 11 years cutting ten acres every two weeks,never had a problem with my back until I purchased the Kubota ZD1211.I guess paying cash didn't help.I got zero help from the salesperson,the three women in the parts department has ZERO KNOWLEDGE .I requested tires with air and not the hard run flat that comes with the ZD1211 and was told it would cost $84 bucks a piece and i wouldn't receive anything for the crapy hard tires that has only two hours on them.I wish Gravely still made a diesel.Beaumont Tractor doesn't care after you pay,its all about the money.

I brought my mini X in for repairs. High speed travel and boom not working properly. Explained that the oil has been milky looking from water contamination but had been changed several times and was working properly. Mechanic claims they found an air bubble in the line and that the pressure was a little bit low from the hydraulic pump. After I paid almost $500 for this service they gave it back and it won't travel won't turn in the boom will barely move. Basically told me I should go home and work on it myself. Said they could get started on it but it would probably cost about $10,000 by the time they replace the pump and he wasn't sure if that would even fix it. I don't recommend taking anything there for any reason no matter what the quote is.

Overpriced compared to Hammer equipment in Jasper. Parts department didn't seem to have any knowledge of the equipment accessories I inquired about.

Hire parts people that don't hit on the men and ignore the ladies and I'll think about ordering more parts and a new tractor there. For now I'd rather drive to jasper than be treated like a nobody. Smh.

I'm completly dissapointed in this dealership. We're trying to buy $40k worth of equipment but they don't seem interested in selling it to use. So today we're going somewhere else!

I don't understand why they are unable to sell me a tire for my Kubota buggy and insisted on me purchasing a new rim with it. Unnecessary forced up sell.

The parts workers can't be beat. They know the parts. If the one can't reach for the part. They work together to get you what you need in one trip.

They have tractor and don't have tires or tubes . Said " we are not a tire shop" well that's not good because the tire shops are not tractor tire shops they are car and truck tire shops... Could NOT GET A TIRE OR TUBE . ANY WERE IN BEAUMONT TEXAS
