Doug has fixed several large issues on different vehicles for me. He seems very knowledgeable and fair, he s the only guy I bring stuff to that is beyond my abilities.

Mr Doug worked with us in a pinch. Car overheated on Sunday and by Monday at 1pm car was repaired we were traveling from Cypress TX after visiting grandkids to our home in Louisiana. We were home by 4pm b and car was running great. We are very thankful for great service, care and pricing. Thank you Mr Doug. He turned what could have been a worst experience into a blessing.

Found this place several years ago and have been going back ever since. Doug is a great guy and always tells us what options are available and does great work. On rare occasions when the repairs didn't last, Doug always made it good. Our family has 5 vehicles now, and we trust Beaumont Radiator with all of them.

My dad don't get on the internet and sure don't know how to do reviews, lol. But my dad had been bringing all his vehicles to a certain shop for years. As of lately, he been bringing his truck in and out of this certain shop back to back because the repairs just haven't getting fixed properly. So my dad decided he would take it to a shop his brother had took him to before for an issue he had. My dad was pleasantly surprised to know that the mechanic there quickly knew the problem, called him and updated the issues and price, and got it done within an hour. His truck been running fine ever since. He told my dad about things my dad didn't even tell him about, but he already knew. Very knowledgeable guy. Needless to say, my dad found a new mechanic.UPDATE:I changed the stars from 5 to 2 because considering how my family boast about this guy, I took my car here. I've had alternator done, engine coil done, hoses changed, axels, and a/c checked. Couldn't figure out why the check engine light kelp coming on. "Swapped out" the alternator for another one, same thing. After changing my engine coil, my exhaust pipes started smoking, thick heavy smoke! NEVER had it ever did that before. I was told to get an oil change. I had just had my oil change by a dealership a week prior. He Couldn't figure out why it smoked all of a sudden. I took it to B*****. Come to find out somehow oil gotten all in my engine and possibly my catalytic converter. I needed a whole knew engine. The other shop, also fixed my alternator "problem." The plug wasn't fully connected. Let this guy tell it, he wanted to play "let's see if this the problem" game. I'm smart enough to know when enough is enough. God don't sleep though.

Wonderful work and people, if I could give Mr. Doug and his crew a 20 I would do so. Highly recommend this busness.

Had a bad radiator hose wasn t sure where the leak was coming from. Doug looked at it as soon as i pulled in, found the leak had a part at store within 10 minutes. Took one hour to get part fix it and get me back on the road. Friendly people and dog, would recommend this place to anyone with radiator issues.

I've brought my own cars and family members cars on a few occasions. Now I only go to Beaumont Radiator for any mechanical work. Ive had engine mounts replaced and faulty computer. Quality work and a reasonable cost!
