I took my Chevy Silverado to this place after I had an accident which required I replace several front end parts. I had to leave town in a hurry and didn t have time to get my ft end aligned before I left. Anyway after arriving in Beaumont I searched for and found an alignment shop close to where I was staying. They took my truck back and returned it in a reasonable amount of time. They furnished me with a print out of before and after readings. My only problem, which is a big one, is that anyone who knows very much about older Chevy Silverados knows that the upper control arm must be torqued to 140 ft pounds or it will work work loose and move. When I asked to make sure he torqued the bolts he stated he didn t own a torque wrench. The owner or operator who took my money acted like I was speaking French when I brought up torquing bolts.My opinion. Stay away from this shade tree shop. In this day and time, what repair shop that displays a ASE certification out front doesn t own a torque wrench ?

I called them and told them I was driving from out of town over 500 miles to have work done as they come highly recommended they did not disappoint me at all was there the very next morning and they brought my jeep into the bay ASAP and put extra man power on it to solve my issue so I could get back on my way home the drive back home was so nice since they fixed my spring problems of sagging and swaying thank you again for the top notch service and the owner himself making me fell at home ..now it s time to find more trails!!

We were dragging our skid plate after hitting some big rig tire tread on I-10. We went to four places and called three others none of them could help. We were about ready to chew it off ourselves when the lovely people at Beaumont Front End and Frame said they could help us. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!

I visited two or three other shops before coming here. Nobody else could figure out the issue of my truck pulling hard to the right and eating tires. These guys quickly identified the problem. Worked with me on scheduling to get the truck in for repair and the guy who did my alignment got it driving straight with no pull! These guys did what no other shops could do!

Horrible customer service, and lady at the front desk was very rude.I had called the day before to verify hours. I was told 7:30-5. I showed up at 10:50 and was turned away because they close their shop for lunch at 11. This is the reason I called the day before to verify their hours, I was not informed of the shop being closed for a 2 hour lunch break. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Older lady at the front desk needs some people skills. 2 trips in 1 made here. First and Last!

Very professional. I took my semi truck in for a 3 axle alignment. They completed the work and the technician explained to what he found and how he corrected it. Very affordable.

I would highly recommend Beaumont Frame and Front End. Dropped off my 2015 F-150 at 7:30 AM on a Friday and they were very friendly and helpful, mechanic came out in the parking lot with me to help diagnose front end noise I was hearing, and I get call at 11:00 AM that it is finished up along with an alignment. Front desk lady was very nice and we even got to pet Ollie (I think that was his name) the dog. I sadly don t remember the individuals names that helped me but thank you very much. These guys got me out of a bind. I was working on my trailer, its homemade and 30+ years old. When my grandfather made it he made it heavy duty and unique tonsay the least. When no place in the area had U-bolts that were long enough to replace what was there. These guys at Beaumont frame & front end came in clutch and made me custom length U-bolts that fit everything perfect and worked out great! I could not of been happier with the service I got! In and out with custom length U-bolts in 17min, I had spent half the day trying to find what I needed and they had me in and out and I was on my way to finish my trailer. I will definitely be going back if I need more or for anything they can do for me!

Honest mechanics... took my 1968 Fairlane to them to see about a front end alignment and they explained they couldn't get the part needed and to bring it back when I located the parts needed.

We were traveling across country in our motorhome and started having problems in Vinton, La with our suspension. The frontend bottoming out and bouncing all over the road. The Love's mechanic thought it maybe the shocks, but all looked well and they were not allowed to work on RVs. Calling ahead to several places in Beaumount and I was recommended to them. They could get us right away. We limped it there and after a few minutes of looking at it, determined the problem. The airbag valve arm had broken. They were able to do a repair and get us back on the road within a 1/2 hour. They charged what I assume is a 1/2 hour rate. If not it was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for auto repair. They let us bring our small dog into the air conditioned waiting area also. Greatly appreciated. It was scary to see them drive the coach over the mechanics pit!

The guys replaced my leaf spring on my truck. They were all polite and friendly. The job was done in a timely manner. The cost was at the quoted cost. I will be returning for more repairs.

After returning to pickup a vehicle and it was still having the same issues the technician worked on it, test drove it, worked on it again,test drove it and it was fixed. Kudos to the technician for being diligent enough to correct the problem.

Only take your car or truck here for an alignment! After being told by a tire shop about problems with my alignment that were inconsistent with what I knew to be true about camber vs caster, I took it to Beaumont Frame and Front End.The office staff were extremely friendly and the mechanic was very knowledgeable! They helped me prove that my suspicions were true about the tire shops diagnosis there was nothing wrong with the alignment on my vehicle.Thank you for your help, and for the very pleasant visit!Service: Wheel alignment

Paid $2100.24 2years ago for front end work including upper and lower ball joints. Took in for inspection and they called and said I need upper and lower ball joints. I told him when I brought the truck in I paid over 2k 2 years ago and these are suppose to be moog life time parts. I found the receipt today while it was in the shop being repaired was informed that I should have brought receipt sooner waste of $750 in parts cause they had already thrown out the old parts. They still the only local front end shop I trust

I highly recommend this place. I had 2 other shops attempt to align my front end on my 07 f350. One place tried twice and the other had me driven with a crooked steering wheel and a part come loose on ball joints they replaced, it was awful. Someone suggested I go here and give them an opportunity to fix it. I'm definitely glad I did. They fit me in same day and had me fixed and aligned right all in about 30 to 45 minutes. With fair pricing. I'm very pleased

Not cheap but good at what they do. I had death wobble and they fixed it. My dad took his stuff there when I was a kid. These guys do 2 things and are very good at what they do. I will use again.

The only place I will ever have any front end work performed on my vehicles. I added a 2" lift to a 2020 F150 and needed to do an alignment afterwards. "Aline Front End" in Beaumont told me I would have to buy an alignment kit for $125.00 from them before they could do the alignment. That didn't sound right to me so I went to Beaumont Frame & Front end.(I didn't go to them first because they stay so busy. Now I know why. Great work and personnel.) No purchases before alignment was necessary and it only cost me ~$80 bucks. Thanks Beaumont Frame & Front End!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went there last week to get an alignment priced at $140, when work was done it was $489. They said something else was wrong. Ok. Then after I left the place, I tried to get out of my truck, come to find out they broke my door handle. I didn't go back that day because they were closed. Went back the following morning, talked to the Owner, and that yes, the guy who worked on my truck did break it, but he felt they did not need to fix it, because they supposedly open it like any other person, In my opinion if a person/place breaks something that was working perfectly fine, they need to fix it! I will never go back there and I do not recommend them!! It was an awful experience all way around!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My son was stranded on the way home from TX (coming home to GA) was towed to Beaumont Frame and Front End during a time when there are no available hotel rooms from the devastation that is still taking place from Hurricane Harvey. He slept outside the shop and they took the truck in as soon as they arrived for the morning. They went above and beyond and fixed everything that was wrong with his truck and then went a step further. They fed my son and sent him on his way with food for the road! <3 Bless them!!! There are good people in the world!!! I'm so very thankful that he found them!!! If I lived in TX I would ALWAYS take my cars to Beaumont Frame and Front End!!! Nice, honest, caring people!!! Thank you!!!

I recommend this place. The office lady I don't know her name but she was very nice and sweet. If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would. I'm going back to get the ball joints replaced. Seemingly the last place on earth that knows how to align a Ford TTB suspension. It is a lost art, but they know how to do it. 4Wheel parts/JeepWheel parts in Beaumont sure doesn't. Beaumont frame and front end got my 1994 Ford Ranger right.

I have never had a complaint out of service. It has been my Fathers go to for years to keep rental motorhome units on the road. I am working on a 2012 GMC Denali to correct a rough ride. So far had leaf in rear straightened moving foward with Bubba there has to be a way to make driving a 3/4 ton a pleasant experience and every day driver

Rebuilt the entire front end of 92 F250, I cannot begin to explain the excellence of their work. A 27 year old 3/4 4x4 that goes straight down the road is an entirely new experience for me. 10 of 10 would definitely do business with again.

The was closed over the holidays so we stayed Village Creek SP until Bubba Davis got us in. We needed a 5th wheel axle alignment and feel Beaumont was the best place to have it done. Our technician Les was great and I had confidence that all the Techs were experienced and gave a great customer experience. Thanks Les
