Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the issues with the our older 2009 Venza. What impressed me is that we went to a competitor first who could not perform the repair and referred us to Baker. Tyler said he would keep the diagnostic report but the technicians would not use it as they have to figure on their own what is wrong.They did determine the issues and promptly obtained parts and repaired it in 2 days. They were prompt and courteous in their follow up calls.They will be my automotive repair shop in the future. I highly recommend Baker Automotive Services.

The guys were very quick and super friendly. They kept the cost low and had great communicate. I really appreciate the ride to my hotel. They are AAA approved. If I ever have car trouble again I'd return to them in a heart beat. My car had been giving me trouble all week and I thought it was fixed by a family member, so I was driving and it broke down on me two blocks from here. I got it started again long enough to get it to Baker and they were so kind to me. They got my car fixed same day and even changed my oil because it was needing it really bad. They were so nice to me and my son, affordable and got the job done. I haven't had any more trouble with the car and I'm so grateful we stopped here!

I had an issue with worn brakes and stopped by to discuss it with Chase.The front brakes were worn out and the back weren t going to last very long.They repaired the brakes and did an excellent job. Chase and all the employees at Baker are top notch. I ve used them for other jobs and plan to continue to use them in the future.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Best service ever! Finished the vehicle a day and a half early! Great customer service and always available to answer any questions. If you want piece of mind thar your vehicle will have the best care.... GO TO Baker Auto Repair! One of the only shops around that will work on an older vehicle. I have a 1968 Ford Fairlane and they treated it like it was theirs... She runs so much better now and they fixed the brakes that someone installed wrong... After going to several different shop playing replace apart. A friend told me about bakers and I gave them a shot as a last result. A few days later my car was fixed. Big weight lifted off my shoulders when I drove off with no check engine light, and all the other warnings my car was giving was also gone. I really appreciate y all and I will definitely return for future repairs.Service: Engine repair

Excellent quality of work, but the customer service side of things needs improvement. I took my vehicle in because the AC had started blowing hot air. I was in a bit of a time crunch but they came through in flying colors. They had the issue diagnosed in a couple of hours and the entire system fixed in less than a day, no complaints there.The front desk/customer service rep on the other hand was the complete opposite. No names will be mentioned but the gentleman that I spoke to both over the phone at at the front desk came off as rude and condescending to the point where I almost just took my keys back and went to another shop.Overall, I would recommend it if you want excellent work done quick. You just need some thick skin and patience when it comes to dealing with their customer service.**Update 06-12-23**I returned to Baker Auto Repair with another vehicle that had AC issues. Again, they had the issue diagnosed and fixed in record time. The quality of work here truly is amazing. The best part is that the issues with customer service seem to be fixed. Overall, they are an amazing service shop with amazing people and I will definitely be taking my fleet truck to them going forward.Service: A/C installation & repair

Pros: I called about five shops in town and Baker gave me the best quote on replacing my struts and shocks. They seemed to do quality work and the technician I spoke with on the phone was friendly and willing to answer questions.Cons: The front desk staff was not friendly. The gentleman at the front desk told me he would charge a $98 diagnostic fee to which I replied, "I don't need a diagnostic, I know what's wrong with my car." Afterwards, he erased the fee and did not charge it. Also, the signage on the building is red letters on brown brick which is very low contrast. We drove right past it before turning around and finding it.Overall: I am willing to deal with subpar customer service in exchange for good repair work at a good price. It's just a shame because this is such an easy thing for a business to fix.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

We had a accident happen an hour before we took our car there. We told them we are out of town and needed to get back home quickly (10hrs away) they made sure to give us the reality of the situation and that we wouldn t likely be going anywhere soon. But nonetheless they would do their best.Low and behold they surpassed all of our expectations and we were fixed with the part we needed and on our way in due time.Let s just say between the professionalism, the jokes, the authenticity, and the price I wish I had one of these shops near by so I can always take my car here.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They worked with my warranty company with no hassle on my end and they fixed my brakes system at no cost to me, I only had to pay for diagnosis as per my warranty specified. Did an amazing job and got it done quickly. I'll be recommending them to anyone in the area in the future.

We brought my new 2018 Chevrolet Trax, in early on a Friday with the check engine light on. They were good enough to look at info and testing already done, and ordered replacement Turbo. We left the car with them, and by the following Friday, I got a call that my car was ready for pick up!! Runs like new!! I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism!!! I picked this shop based on the reviews.The only reason I didn't give them five stars is, I didn't get the best impression from customer service based on the way my questions were answered. He was very matter of fact and a little rude. The next day and when he called to notify me that my vehicle was ready, his attitude and service was 100% better and he was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend and return to this repair shop but remember first impressions are very important.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Update 1/17/23- I will never ever ever ever use another auto service. Their work is always top notch and the customer service is EXCELLENT! Love this place! Went to them for brake work this time and as usual, I'm happy. I didn't know how to create a new review so I'm updating this one As always they do excellent work and go above and beyond for their customers. Baker Auto Repair was great! Talked with Tyler and was able to get my car in the next morning, they took me to work, kept me updated through the process, and came to get me from work to bring my back to the shop. Service was above and beyond. The prices were very fair and they did high quality work. Will use them for all my future car needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They do good work. The guy (Tyler) at the counter was very rude to me. He treated me as if the price of the repair will turn me around. So when I came in I asked about running a diagnostic on my vehicle. He wrote $98 on a sheet of paper and just stared at me. So I m thinking he want me to pay at that very moment. So I reached for my wallet then he says No you pay when you pick up. So why did you just stare at me as if the price wanted me to pay at that very moment. I felt like I was being judge by my appearance, he assumed that the price would turn me around. Then when I came to pick up he wouldn t even give me any eye contact. I still spoke to his with respect even though I wasn t giving the same. I wouldn t bring my car here just because of that one person.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service was great! They were friendly, fast, and provided detail information on what my car needed. I was coming from out of town and my transmission lines bust. Triple AAA took me to this shop and I'm glad they did. Extremely overpriced! The technician called with an estimate that was $600 less than what I was charged. I was told the difference was sales tax. Tax was $100 so it doesn't make mathematical sense. I was also told for the second time that they "weren't making any money off this job"
