Mr. Alex helped me today at the Auto Zone located at 4705 College. My battery was acting up and when I arrived the store was busy, but Alex treated me like I was the only customer in the store. He took my replacement battery to my car and began dismantling my old battery consulting me the whole way. He explained why he felt my battery went bad and how to prevent it from happening again. Never in my 46 years for life have I ever had someone give me the type of experience he provided me. Aspen, who is his supervisor was great too! She provided feedback and support for Alex as he navigated my experience. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. This experience today will live on with me moving forward. Please promote Alex. I too and a leader and supervisor and I know a great leader when I see one.

Ive been store hopping all morning, nowhere could help me with checking my codes for my coil packs, john here went above and beyond to help me to the best of his ability, and even if he didnt know, still tried to help with his own personal knowledge, great guy!! Ill definitely be coming back here more often!!

John helped me change my tail light which was nice cause it would have taken me forever to figure it out and would have costed $80 in labor to have it replaced at an auto shop. He was very nice and had it changed pretty quickly. Much better place than advanced auto parts, where they couldn t even help me put oil in my car lol. I ll definitely be back for my small parts needs. Thanks John.

Mycal, Drew, and Miss Gloria are true angles sent from above! They treated me with so much respect and kindness that it brought me to tears. Mr. Mycal took care of the issue with my car and helped me with all the details, Mr. Drew greeted me when I walked in and made sure I was taken care of till I left, and Miss Gloria helped me handle a phone call that was not going well and put a smile on my face when there was not much to smile about. Together, all three of them helped me figure out my car battery issues and I left feeling better than I did when I arrived- which is not the normal case as a young girl who has dealt with so many car issues. They were an answered prayer that day! Each one of them deserves a raise, promotion, and so much more! They truly went above and beyond to help me and I will forever be grateful for their help. The next time I have car issues I will for sure be going back to see them. THANK YOU for hiring each one of them, they make Auto Zone in Beaumont, Texas a better place!! God bless!

I went on a flat and pulled in on college street in Beaumont and Alex and the other team they went beyond their duties to assist me. That's what you call the customer service we all need in times like this.

We got a free engine diagnostic test after our check engine light lit up. We were traveling across country. This was such a great thing to be able to do. Plus their bathroom is clean. And their employees are AWESOME. They observe all covid guidelines too.

AutoZone is a great company that meets the needs of the customer and goes above and beyond with excellent customer service. Some time ago I purchased a battery for my car and needed a new one. I had a warranty on it but lost my receipt and I called AutoZone customer service. I was referred to the regional manager who called the other manager at the Auto zone store I was headed to. We were able to come up with a solution and they provided me with the best customer service. The manager did a good job . I like Auto zone because they are also very knowledgeable in their field. Don't hesitate to go to AutoZone for all your car needs. I give them 10 out 10 stars . I highly recommend AutoZone. Fast friendly service.

Excellent customer service and I found what I needed. Knowledgeable staff and felt very family-friendly store. My only concern was that this store's interior temperature was very hot & humid, not sure if the ac was broken. Overall, I will continue shopping at this store because the staff feels much more like family.

We were helped by a new young employee (Jonathon was his name I believe,) who did the diagnostics on our truck and was reassuring that nothing was wrong. He was respectful, knowledgeable and very kind to two inexperienced women! We continued our long drive uneventfully and confident thanks to his helpfulness. Appreciate you Johnathon!

Great customer service was in there when a customer was mad at the manager in stressful moment he handled it calm and respectful as can be. Tried to help the guy out as best to his ability beside the customer being ignorant. Miguel runs a great store and does a great job. Knowledgeable guy trust when I say he will help you.

I was trying to see if they could help on finding the part I told them want the part was and he wanted to know the specific part name, without even opening the computer I told him my vehicle information and said he want the specific name of the part, I asked him if he could input my vehicle info un the computer to see if there was a diagram he said no there is no diagram without even getting on the computer to find out, apparently he was in a hurry to get back to his phone, I ain t going back to that AutoZone, I just keep trying Amazon

I stopped in to buy new whipers. They changed all three and filled my fluid reserve. Also bought a gasoline additive, no more missing or sputters. Awesome staff

Staff is knowledgeable of automotive parts, they ask and answer questions pertaining to your needs. Overall I give a 3 star rating due to their competitors give the same or better quality services and better prices. With 5 competitors for your business within five minutes of each other. It pays to compare each stores product choices,availability and best possible price. Best possible means it is OK to haggle with each store for the best price. Hope this information is helpful to you.

Very courteous attendant help me diagnose my engine light problem. Which gave a readout that was retrieved quickly and turned out to be just an O2 sensor meaning I hadn't tighten my gas cap tight enough! I appreciate their courteous attention and helpfulness.

Good place, but sometimes I have to wait longer for a cashier than I spent shopping most of the time. I understand that some customers need more time with them, so I left 4 stars instead of 3.

I'm driving from Fort Worth and my brake lights go out and I had stopped by a another location in Corsicana and they told me I had to see mechanic... I Googled what was going on and found out it was a brake light switch and when I went to this location they did have the part and the young man working there actually climbed under my console on the driver side and replace the sensor plug for me... He did not have to do that and I really really really appreciate I'm taking the time to do that... Like I said I'm from Fort Worth and I had my two-year-old son with me so it was dangerous going without brake lights and I didn't know what I was doing to replace it hey.. Thanks guys I really appreciate you!

Lance H was the most helpful person ever!! He was very friendly polite and helped me with my truck!! I went to advance auto parts down the road they didn t listen to me and wouldn t even walk outside to look at my truck. I would recommend coming here and asking for Lance for anything!! Great costumer service!

My battery died and they replaced it. Great customer service... The manager even came to help. They used their tools and made me feel like we were long time friends. Would definately recommend.

First time visiting this location - had to get a spark plug for a fourwheeler and was immediately greeted and helped. Customer service was not an issue. They also complimented my car which is great for customer retention.

This review was not about Autozone at all.Terribly sorry that it got stuck to your store.In fact, when I was there recently the staff were all great and I actually have nothing but praise for their behavior when a man marched into the store acting kinda crazy, wouldn't wear a mask and apparently was under the false impression that the owner of a private business didn't have a right to ask him to abide by their posted rules.. Which, of course, they can make any rules for any potential customers since it is a Private Business. They reacted calmly and acted with reserve and dealt with the situation very well.So many people are under the mistaken impression that private businesses open to the public are somehow unable to have their own stipulations for customers wanting to enter their premises. They can.. No Shirt, No Shoes -No Service.. Masks count too if the owner of the business says so. That's perfectly within their rights to have as a stipulation to coming into their business.
